This place was awful! The place was not busy at all and our food took about 30 minutes. The chicken was too dry to eat, and the fries were so overcooked and dry that they hurt your teeth to eat. The bathroom was also disgusting, dirty toilet plunger laying on the floor and there was obviously urine on the floor.

The first time I went into this place, I enjoyed it. The second time, not so much. I ended up walking out. The cashier came into the building as we were walking into the building. He had been visibly vaping, and walked to the counter without washing his hands. He was extremely rude, unlike the first time I had come in. I came in with my boyfriend, who’s African-American, which may be part of the reason. I heard Arabic gibberish in the kitchen area. Should be speaking English in front of customers, esp if you know some Arabic like myself. Was very disappointed. I also prior went to the drive-through, and no one answered, so again, I drove off.

Ordered 6 piece chicken tenders with LG combo ($4.99 extra for combo) and this is what I get… SAD!! $15 for 6 tenders and $5 for 14 fries. Unfortunately this is not worth it anymore. I’ve had good experiences in the past but this is enough to make me not go back.

First timer here. Food was very good, hot and plenty of it. The tenders have different coating from the traditional flour based breading. Tastes great, especially dipped in the delicious mad sauce. The folks in OSH are always so nice and friendly while we EAA invade their home! Mahmoud was great giving us a run down on the menu. I had an amazing experience at Mad Chicken! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just right. This is an edited review. I will admit, I initially gave this restaurant a bad review, but after talking to the owner I will say that I've had a change of heart. He was very genuine and wanted to make things right. He even opened the conversation with an apology for my experience and said he didn't want to make excuses. He's aware of the situations and yes, they were very short staffed that night. So I won't mention the bad because the owner is going to be fixing the issues which is great. I had the chicken bowl with tater tots, and I am a slow eater. When I finished, the tater tots were still crispy, not soggy, despite being deliciously drizzled with their awesome sauce. Absolutely a delicious meal, and great service. (One further note: I had the original Mad sauce on mine, and my husband had the chipotle. The chipotle is only listed as medium heat on the menu, but it is HOT. I can handle the spicy chicken at Chik-fil-A, but I couldn't handle that. We got 12pc traditional wings, 4 PC tenders, 2 waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and a bottle of water. Tenders were overcooked to order. The mild sauce tasted like oil with a touch of cayenne. I'm pretty sure the Mad sauce is just ketchup, mayo & pickle juice mixed together. The oil needs to be changed when it smells that way. Hey but the waffle fries and mozzarella sticks were great! I have to edit my review. I really loved eating here, but lately I've been underwhelmed. Recently I have been quite sick and I haven't been able to go out as much. Everytime my roommate and I order food it's always wrong. We can't even get refunded through the delivery apps. It makes me really sad, because the issue wouldn't have happened if closer attention was given to the orders. The most common issues seems to be forgetting parts of orders, using the wrong sauces, completely forgetting sauces. Ect. I just miss when the quality was worth the money I paid.

I am not a fan of fried chicken at all but this place is great! I usually feel sick after eating this kind of meal but I can enjoy mad chicken with no problem. The service is friendly as well and the restaurant itself is tidy and has good atmosphere :)

I’m sorry but it wasn’t for me, or many people i know. It is so incredibly expensive and for what? Not much flavor at all and dry chicken, I’m sorry but i just don’t think it’ll last. The service was very very good, a very kind owner, but i just think some things could be changed to keep it in business longer!

Gave this place 2 chances. Both times I got the madfire combo. The chicken was stringy, bun was soggy, tomatoes were mushy, lettuce was mealy. And both times I tried it they had these atrocious burnt onions on the sandwich! Literally black! Is this normal? Im so surprised this place has a high rating. Over $17 bucks for a single meal, it should be outstanding and come with more than 8 waffle fries, very disappointed with both experiences..

The food was very tasty with lots of options, including a long list of sauces to choose from. Atmosphere was very welcoming and very, very clean. Staff was wonderful and really helpful, especially since I had a very hard time deciding on what to order. Will definitely go back there!! Thank you for a wonderful meal. Oshkosh Mad Chicken rocks!!
