Food is only ok, very over priced I paid over 6 bucks for a single order of fries with cheese. I also had gotten a chicken wrap and taco salad, there was more lettuce in both than meat and in the wrap the lettuce had a wired taste and brown. The customer service is great just the food and prices also to charge a to go fee is just crazy. Won’t recommend!!!!!!

You could not find a better place not only to eat but to converse and hangout with your friends and family and this place is also a great way to meet people including the people who work for the company! This place is warm welcoming and inviting, that is all you need, besides their tasty food and cheap prices!!!! Have fun like I did and my family! I stayed at the hotel next door for a few weeks and this restaurant quickly became my go-to spot. The food was fantastic and surprisingly affordable, especially after Portland. The Alpine Burger was great, and their Thai curry and pad Thai were outstanding. Breakfast was a treat, with perfectly cooked sausages and delicious pancakes or French toast. Highly recommend it!

Got biscuits n gravy says on menu comes with hash browns n eggs 1.00 xtra..asked for cheese on eggs..came back to room no cheese n no hash biscuits. ..called up about errors..she says " no hash browns w/ B n G.! And said no cheese either..so I said can I get free browns cause no cheese n paid for cheese change menu about browns not coming with..n she says sorry no free browns n hangs up ph...BTW.. This place is fine. We came right before lunch and it was very quiet.
Staff were friendly though not particularly attentive and they needed a few reminders to bring things we ordered. We did need to flag them down for the bill after waiting a bit.
Food was ok. It wasn't very hot and the waffle was soft and floppy.
Portion sizes were fine.
I would be willing to try this place again when it's a little busier.

Do not eat here! My group waited 1 hour and 50 minutes and our food didn't even come yet. Waitress was rude, and their cook shouldn't even be allowed to cook. Horrible experience had to leave what a disappointment for mothers Day. And there were only 3 families there.

Usually leary of places with huge menus that serve everything, but this place has always served spot on dishes. I also don't usually order burgers but their Asian burger was phenomenal. (Fresh burger not frozen) Cabbage, cilantro, onion, tomato and teriyaki sauce. I added mozzarella and combined it was perfect.

I run a local networking group that meets for breakfast (Business Over Breakfast) twice a month in the Milwaukee area. We had to find a new location and Mai Cafe was MORE than happy to accommodate our request! Our server Carol was fabulous and tended to our group of 20+ attendees all on her own. I received a phone call from the owner (Mai) that evening thanking me for bringing the group to her establishment and she is happy to have us back!

The 3 ladies that were there tonight were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. The prices for the food was really reasonable and the food's taste was unreal. It was by far the juiciest burger I have ever had and the fries were perfect.

If you happen to be in the area amd have the time for some good food, definitely drop by and order up.

Mai"s Restaurant is an awesome place, it has a bar connected to it but it has a big door separating it, so the bar doesn't interfere with the nice restaurant. The food is excellent and the prices are on par with other places but the serving sizes are bigger. The waitresses are always pleasant and it's a great place for kids as well. The bar has FREE pool and music (as long as you're drinking). Moreover it's connected to a decent priced hotel so you don't have to drive drunk. The drink prices are great as well. It's a very nice place with cheap drinks and food.

My wife and I were in Milwaukee for 5 days out of the 5 days we ate at a different establishment every meal. For breakfast this place did not have fancy food pretty basic actually, that being said, Wonderful! Portions were perfect,everything was delicious cooked to perfection. I've had fancier meals that didn't hold a candle to how well and reasonably priced this was. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Decor is slightly outdated but the personalities of the staff far outweigh the ambiance.

My husband and I stayed at Travelodge during the 120th Harley Davidson anniversary and we truly enjoyed the food, service and everything. Staff made us feel right at home, we will be back to see y'all!

I had the veggie stir fry and it's amazing. Homemade from scratch (!!) teriyaki sauce, come to find out all sauces on menu are owners own. Truly divine. Veggies were cooked expertly, just enough not too much so fresh crisp and plentiful. Lovely staff, Becky has been with the owner for 20 years. Great vibe. Happy I found this little gem!

Terrible service, walked in the door and nobody even came to seat us. When we finally got a table it took nearly 10 minutes before we were even given menus, then an additional 10 minutes before they asked us for our order. Low and behold another 30 minutes before we received our food. Staff didn't apologize for long wait times even after my 5 year old asked what was taking so long, so I'm assuming this is a normal thing for this place. The food was surprisingly good but not good enough for the wait time and somewhat high prices. Staff was friendly, when ever they decided to come around and check how everything was only 1 time for the nearly 2 hour visit. In my opinion I think the staff should dress a bit more professional as well and not coming to work in what looked to be the same clothes they partied in the night before ( only assuming because they looked like they were all hungover) oh and last but not least... I wouldn't suggest bringing kids since they "haven't printed any children's menus" and if they would have there would only be 2 options, grilled cheese or chicken nuggets. So plan to pay full price for what your kid wants from the adult menu.

My husband and I each ordered the enchilada plate and the food was mediocre at best. Generic and mediocre. Way overpriced for the quality.. The restaurant itself is dark and gloomy and the music from the connected bar is absurdly loud. The waitress was nice but the food took forever when there was literally nobody else there.
