Our server Thomas was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The miso glazed salmon was literally the best salmon I have ever eaten (I love fish and have lived in San Diego, so I've had a lot to compare to!). I also am a fan of the pesto aioli fries.
We have sat inside and outside on the patio. I love the atmosphere outside especially, but either way, the vibe is a classy casual.
This restaurant is one of our main go-tos. We love it.

We have been going here for years and always have a great time. Great experience. Thomas was an excellent server. Friendly and attentive. My wife ordered the poutine, and I had the French dip. Both dishes were very good. We were there around 630 on a Friday evening and had no wait time. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Pay cash, and you can avoid the 3% card fee. Bartender was awesome. Saturday night special was prime rib, and we came in as a party of 6. Everybody ordered the prime rib, not a single person liked it. I was unaware that "medium rare" was hard to prepare.. My prime rib was cooked through on the ends and red all the way through in the middle. 0/10, don't recommend.

This place was AMAZING!!!! It was our first time there. The atmosphere was relaxing, and food and drinks were amazing. We first had the Pesto Fries, and then my husband had the Sconnie Burger, and I had the miso crusted salmon. For dessert, we had the key lime mango cheesecake. One thing in Wisconsin we can’t get enough of is cheese curds and a good old fashioned, and this is the place to get both.

One of Main Street Bourbon Room’s signature drinks is a barrel aged old fashioned, which you can order it to go in 16 and 64oz.

For appetizers we indulged in all the cheeses. We had Poutine, Asiago Pesto Loaded Fries and Cheese Curds.

The Poutine is always a win for me. The house fries are like a thin cut potato wedge, with non breaded white cheese curds and chunks of ribeye that is then smothered in beef gravy. It is then cooked so that the cheese is ooey-gooey. It can easily be a meal, or an appetizer to share.

The Asiago Pesto Loaded Fries had the thin cut potato wedge house fries, with non breaded white cheese curds, topped with pesto and smothered in a Asiago cream sauce with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Again big enough to have as a meal or an appetizer to share.

Cheese curds were white cheese curds that had a really light beer battered breading. Which they give you a ton of.

It really is a great place to have some appetizers and a few old fashioned.

Loved it to much I went back the next night. Got a berry and walnut Salad to go while in Green Bay, and it was perfect. Really enjoyed it.

Went back next night with two guys in my travel group and had one of the best burgers I've ever had, The Beast. Two of us had it and both agreed it was amazing. Third guy had walleye and loved it. We also shared an order or poutine that was good.

This was a big miss! I was disappointed however not entirely their fault… their coolers went down and all there meat dishes were not available! Too bad. That said and being a lover of bourbon, I asked for a new bourbon (whiskey) to try. They had about 30 on the menu. I thought for sure I’d find a new one but, the server sadly didn’t know any bourbons at all! She had to go to the bartender for a suggestion. I had a glass of Devils River! Very good. My husband and I had the pleasure of eating here on our anniversary earlier this week and we couldn't have been more pleased! We went here after wanting to go for quite a while. We walked in to a mostly empty bar area and were asked to wait to be seated. That’s fine, so we sat at the bar. The bartender passed us off to somebody else who gave us menus and never said a word to us. We didn’t get to order drinks until we asked the original bartender if we could order, to which he said we couldn’t. We had to clarify that we wanted to get drinks. So we ordered drinks and just as we finished that, the host told us our table was ready, and proceeded to stand directly behind me while I paid for the drinks. We then ordered off of a menu that was completely different than the one they had online. We got the pesto fries to start, which were amazing and the sole reason this isn’t a one star review. Once we got our entrees, it was ice cold. Literally, it seemed like they threw it in a blast chiller. I had the Surf & Turf and although the steak was cooked perfectly, it was so cold it wasn’t enjoyable. The potatoes were also cold, as were the prawns. My girlfriend’s short rib may as well have been pulled from a freezer. This place was grossly overpriced for such awful food. Definitely will not be back at this faux-fancy establishment

I was just in for a solo dinner this evening, it was my first time at the bourbon room. I’ve been told many great things and all of them great things held true with this visit. Food is decent, but nothing spectacular. Risotto needed salt and was pretty bland. Shrimp WAY overcooked. You can always tell how good a chef is by the way they cook shrimp. It needs to be cook for literally 60 seconds and not 10 min. If was there for a packer game again I would probably go somewhere else solely b/c waiting for 35 min when you have half a restaurant isn't something I enjoy doing. Nice neighborhood gastro pub. Like many places, staffing shortages caused a short wait (15 minutes) when we came without a reservation. The food was on point, some of the best poutine I’ve had in very long time. The service was quick and food hot and fresh. The only disappointments were that I could not get a lemon martini and that the dinning room was loud. It’s one of those high ceilinged rooms with nothing to absorb the sound. It’s a little like eating in a school cafeteria, it was hard to hear the conversation at our table.

We ordered the ribeye and a ribeye philly sandwich. The ribeye was asked to be medium and that is what I got. It was severed with veggies and mashed potatoes which were just as delicious as the steak! The ribeye Philly sandwich was mouth watering delicious and cooked to perfection! I am literally writing this review while still sitting at the table because this place is a complete gem. Stacy, our Waitress was the best through and through. Nick, the Bartender was cutting fresh herbs, stop to explain what he was doing and said to make sure we come to the bar for a shot before we leave. When shown to the waitress she just got a new glass and didn't say much and the next glass had a small dead bug in it! The food wasn't great either. I had crab cakes with green beans and spicy mushroom risotto and the risotto was not good. It tasted like canned tomato with tons of tobasco. The best part if that plate was the green beans.
We also had shrimp and grits which were very lumpy and tasted like scrambled eggs.

They get 3 only because I'm a huge bourbon fan, and they have a huge selection. The food and service leave a lot to be desired. 2 of 4 orders in correct. My Salmon was way over done. The appetizer didn't show up, and the waitress planed to bring it at the end of the meal. Brought us a bottle of ketchup when we were already done eating. The place was cold, had to ask for heat to be turned up. Even got Old Fashioned's garnish wrong. Sheesh, come on people!

Bar was clean and food was top notch. Drinks were served by an experienced bartender whose sole mission was to please and enthuse our tastebuds. Crowd was enjoyable with light conversation and laughter all around. Will be back again and again!!!

Great speak easy feel of a bar. Amazing shrimp&grits, chicken&waffles, cubano sandwiches. But the stand out are the cocktails. These bartenders are craftsmen that know their stuff. Bourbon oldfashion is an absolute delight.
