Pizza and so called “bosco sticks” were so bad. Called last night to order delivery and the woman on the phone was beyond rude. Claimed they were cash only and refused to take our credit card until she realized she would lose our order. We stopped here tonight after a day of shopping in Lake Geneva and had a great experience. We ordered 2 16” pizzas for our party of 6, along with the cheese curds, fried mushrooms and artichoke dip. The thin crust pizzas were tasty with ample toppings and the crust was delicious. The appetizers were good, but that artichoke dip was the star of the show. Theresa and the other staff were very friendly and made sure we had enough drinks and what we needed. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

I went to Cimino's recently for a luncheon to honor a friend who recently passed. I live about 2 miles from Cimino's but being fairly new to LG had not had the opportunity to eat there although I had tried other pizzas in LG...wow... what a surprise!!!...the pizzas were phenomenal and the salad was made to perfection...the server was friendly, professional and very helpful in every way...a week later and it was time to order pizza...I called Cimino's...the pizzeria was consistently delicious...I order sausage and pepperoni and the ingredients including cheese were piled high...my new pizza "🍕 go to" in Lake Geneva!!!

I completely understand it’s the holiday weekend and restaurants are slammed with take out orders. However, I have never experienced such rude customer service as I did at this joint. I ordered via their website $130 worth of food, received a confirmation via their website, an email noting my order is confirmed, and a text messages noting my order will be ready in 30-40 minutes. When I went to pick up order, the woman at the take out desk was sweet and welcoming as she asked the kitchen if they had my order. I could hear in the kitchen chirping there was no order under my name. That was my first sign something was wrong. I showed her my confirmations of my order then another woman came out, who honestly was one of the rudest, most insensitive, unapologetic people I’ve ever met. She said started out our interaction by claiming my order must not be under my own name and that I was wrong. I again showed my order confirmations, my name appearing on the email, and the order number. She disappeared into the kitchen again asking the staff for my order. Nothing was found. Instead of telling me it was a mistake and that they do not have my order, I proceeded to wait with no answers.

As I asked for details on what was going on, this woman proceeded to tell me online orders sometimes don’t go through, which translates into “you are out of luck.” Instead of apologizing immediately for the issue, the woman gave me a lecture on if I order online I should always call the restaurant to check. I was shocked by this response. I have never had to do that for any order from a restaurant before. My rebuttal was the restaurant should take the online portal down if it doesn’t work.

To matters more bizarre, she printed out my order proving it was received and recited it to me. I stopped her in her tracks and asked for an explanation of what is going on. She never fully acknowledged what happened, but she said she can work on my order now and try to get it to me in 30 minutes. No offer to deliver to me. What was I supposed to do? Sit there for another 30 minutes?! I asked for a refund and went home empty handed to my family.

Again mistakes happen. I get it! But to make the customer feel like they did something wrong by using a restaurants platform is mind boggling to me. My complaint is I was sitting there at the restaurant with no explanation of what was going on, where my order was, if I had an order, or if I will get a refund. The woman who was working with me spoke to me like I was dirt on the ground. It was such a disappointing end to the holiday weekend. I’ve been coming up to Lake Geneva my entire life and never have experienced anything like this. My advice: order from Gino’s or Rosatis. They can handle online orders. Don’t go here unless you want to be taken for a ride.

Visiting lake Geneva on vacation, most places close the kitchen about 9 on a Thursday but thank goodness for mama ciminos! Everyone was very welcoming an our server “farmer” was very friendly, knowledgeable and proud of this establishment, that did not disappoint! Appetizers wings were HUGE and perfectly crispy, pizza was delicious and desserts are mouth watering. Worth a visit.

This is the second time that I have gotten something from this restaurant. Both times it was absolutely atrocious. My mother loves the shrimp plate. But I will never get anything there again. Tonight I got the big Bruno sandwich and I wish I would have gone anywhere else. I've had a calzone from this place and it was okay. Their pizzas must be something to stay in business. The cook said that he wasn't making my sandwich so the guy that took my order made the sandwich and it definitely showed.

Family friendly Italian restaurant. Usually this is our after the bar stop bc they stay open very late. They are always accommodating and have excellent customer service. I wanted to write a review as my mind has been changed about Mama Ciminos. Years ago I didn't have great experiences with the pizza but loves their pizza rolls which kept me going back. I have to say the last 2 times I've had their pizza it's been excellent. Much better then the pizzas I had there years ago. I'm not sure what changed or if maybe the times I had it years ago it was a couple one off bad pies, but the last couple have been great. They opened up several hours early on a Sunday and exclusively for our group of 30+ people after my daughter's baptism. We couldn't get enough of the food. Homemade sauce. They opened early for me to have a private event for a few hours, and the service was amazing. We were treated like family, and I seriously can't say enough nice things about these guys. Where do I begin!

When we walked in, we were the second table to be seated. It took about 15 minutes before our order was finally taken. After we place our order, a guy named Bob came in to pick up his carryout order and a table of four showed up.

We received our main entrees and as you can see in the pictures, the lasagna looked like mush. My children's fettuccine alfredo and chicken strips actually looking more delicious. The ravioli left a lot to desire.

Afterwards, the other table received their food and multiple rounds of beverages. We were not even offered refills on our ice waters. I had to ask two times for our pizza and the senior citizen in my group ended up waiting over an hour for the pizza to show up.

The service told me that they are very busy. I counted a total of three orders in the hour that we sat there waiting for our food. The server then told me that they had new personnel in the kitchen and that was also slowing things up. We were in front of the window to the kitchen so we could hear one cook training the other cook. Either way, there is absolutely no excuse for the ridiculously delayed service.

Oh, the men's bathroom was also locked and not available.

The atmosphere has a lot of Al Capone and Italian mafia type related pictures all over the restaurant, a lot more than I have ever seen in a mom and pop shop in Chicago.

And to think that we were going to go to Rosati's but when we were traveling, we prefer to try mom and pop shops to support local shops.

Being from Chicago; it's hard to find a good pizza joint outside the city, let alone the state. However, Mama Cimino's Pizza hit the spot! Perfect crust, right amount of sauce, and the taste, feels like I'm at home. We absolutely loved this place. The authentic Italian music, the friendly and helpful staff, and let's be REAL - THE PRICES WERE ON POINT. Not only do they stay open late, but they also offer a variety of options! These are the most amazing stuffed shells I’ve ever had!

I decided to order a late night dinner, and was reluctant about ordering so close to closing. When my dinner arrived, it was all so fresh and warm. I ordered the stuffed shells with a side salad, and a cannoli. The salad was so fresh, with large chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers in it. The balsamic dressing was a great compliment on the salad. But the stuffed shells were amazing! The sauce was flavorful, and the garlic bread was the best I’ve ever had. It was soft & chewy, not dry and crusty like all others. And lastly, their cannolis are stuffed with real cannoli cream. It’s difficult to find a cannoli not made with frosting, but with the actual cream! 5 stars all the way! Only one thing I’d comment on, is allowing drinks to be ordered for delivery.

I recently dined at Mama Cimino's Pizza in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely server, Carmen, who made us feel right at home. Her exceptional customer service truly enhanced our dining experience.

The cheese curds we ordered as an appetizer were out of this world - so fresh and delicious! As for the main courses, both the chicken parmesan and chicken carbonara were absolutely divine. The flavors were rich and authentic, and every bite was a delight to the taste buds.

Nice little pizza joint. Staff is friendly and helpful. Place isn’t fancy. Prices were good. Got the Pepperoni Rolls and they were great. Got 14 inch Ciminos Crust(thin) with Sausage/Black Olives. Very Tasty and thought sausage was excellent. Will go back.

Came here before celebrating my siblings' birthdays at an event down the street, and I'm sad to say I was very disappointed. On my order of stuffed shells, I received 3 fairly small stuffed shells. The price was not representative of that amount of food. My partner's chicken parmesan serving size was significantly more. So much so that he took more than half of it home. My server also not great. She really struggled to remember portions of our orders (there was only 4 of us and we all ate fairly simply) and was very absent/spacey. The place is cute, but for the prices, the service, and how unsure I am now about the portion sizes, I will not be back.

Talk about a diamond in the rough. We ordered one of the specials (a 24" pizza, 10 wings a two liter) and it was more than we could eat. But it was well worth it. The wings were cooked perfectly. When our waitress said the wings were the size of her first, she wasn't joking. The pizza awesome. Our waitress was fantastic. We will be back for sure. If it's not the number #1 pizza in Lake Geneva, it should be!

Great service and even better food! Staff is really friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer. Food comes out really quick but is still high quality and tastes fresh, and prices are excellent for the amount of food, especially when it comes to pizza. Atmosphere is nice with various entertainment and beautiful decor no matter what time of year. No visit to Lake Geneva is complete without a visit to Mama Cimino's! I wanna share my feedback with you all guys seriously right here. I'm only who got professional certified chef in that dirty filthy kitchen since 2 years ago. Nick hired me and I said ohhh my god. Air vent were so black and thick dirty dust. But... I focus on feeding their customer carefully since Nov 7th, my last day of working.

In fact, nick hired me and fired me twice times!! Obviously he played a game with me and I'm profoundly deaf that I can not hear his sickness mouth. Many employees told me that I'm blessed to be deaf.

Nick keep dirty pizzaman that he never washed his hand all day! For example, I called him to help me quickly and he took fresh salad to go (minutes ago, he took raw sausage for pizza). That killed my heart ❤️!! I'm patience and no choice. That's Nick's responsibility. Nick kept ignored my complaint for 2 years. I am done with Nick for good. Stay away from Mama Cimino. Good bye!!

So disappointed. I order here all the time. Love the driver's and staff. And obviously the pizza. Well tonight I ordered the everything pizza no olives. I'm allergic. Well luckily I checked and there was olives on it. I call and I talked to the sweet receptionist who gave the call over to the cook...maybe owner. Who was not sympathetic....basically called me a lier, saying I never said "all" olives....... Anyway he said he would not give me my money back (which I never even asked for) and said it's a very expensive pizza. He also said he guess's that he owes me a free pizza then? Very sarcastic. We really enjoyed our Daniela Salad and Olive & Mushroom Pizza.

Very fresh ingredients in the cobb-like combo.

The crust had a crispy bubbled edge, and the sauce was perfectly tangy.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. So worth the 12-mile drive each way for this late-night treat! We're happy to support and vouch for this family-run business.
