$50 for chickens tenders and a shrimp meal. Way overpriced for bar food. Nothing exciting, just bar food. The chicken tenders were very dry. They serve crappy Pepsi on tap, but do have Coke products in cans, which is why they for 3 stars instead of 2. I won't be back.

Skip Duluth, the traffic and wait at a restaurant take the 53 bridge over to Superior for the best BBQ, homemade cornbread, burgers, Mac/cheese and uniquely delicious desserts.

The food is amazing. We stopped here because the original place we stopped had too long of a wait. We are glad we stopped in. This will be our regular place from now on when stopping or driving through Superior. Cannot pick our favorite crispy wings, pepper cheese curds, and pastrami rueben were all amazing! Welcoming and approachable. The servers were dealing with a full house and managed well. The smoked pastrami was on point, I am upset I didn't get stuff to go. 6.50 for Tap beer, I understand today's economy, shocked me a little. The owner and staff seem to make this place home for all whom arrive. Smaller bathroom; officially wheel chair friendly, but one bathroom for a line of people is my only negative thing I can say. Mama T’s has all of the things you want. The burgers are great, the pulled pork goes well on a sandwich or their nachos, and they’ve got hot sauces all the way up the spicy scale if you want to blast your taste buds into oblivion.

I’m a big fan of their beer selection: this is one of the only places in the Twin Ports with Shiner on tap. They also make a mean old fashioned and some solid cheese curds (not the weird cubes) to boot.

Really specific call out: I moved here most recently from Philly and I will say that the cheesesteak holds up. It’s great to scratch that itch when I’m hankering for a meat roll. And for you Old Bay fans, their fries are seasoned with it. Rejoice!

Be warned: this place gets really busy on weekends, so bring some patience. The staff are great and incredibly hard working though, so you will not leave hungry. Have a beer and watch the sports that are always on and enjoy the ride. It’s worth the wait!

Owner said, "free apps with purchase of drink and food for veterans". Apps were $30 for 2 apps. Service was absolutely horrible! Three tables arrived 20 minutes after us and we're served 15 minutes before us. Never again will I spend money is this bar/restaurant. There were 3 of us, burgers and ff two beers apiece $101 bill. What the owner did not inform us were apps from a specific list. Our bill would have been $30 cheaper as we would not have even ordered apps. Poor business etiquette.

Thursday (9/25) - The noise level was constantly way too high. They warned us that it would be slower than usual because of a couple large groups, but it was ridiculous. Ordered a soda that didn't come until asked for again after food finally came. Hoagie roll for sow slaw sammy was soggy and there was no sauce. Looked like they were understaffed, which was causing the difficulty in flagging down a server. The only thing that gets this to 2 stars was the fries, which were excellent.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by several of the serving staff, I asked the server what she would recommend between the pizzaburger or the Wyatt burger, and she said, the wyatt burgers best so I took her advice. I also got the Mac and cheese and My table got cheese curds to share. the burger was amazing with really delicious homemade Barbecue sauce and it was cooked to a perfection, juicy, Not dried out just perfect 10/10 the mac and cheese was homemade and i did like that it was a creamy mac instead of backed. Unfortunately it wasn't to hot temperature wise so for the mac probably a 6.5/10. And the cheese curds where cheese curds 5/10. my friend had onion rings and those where one of the better in the area not to greasy or full of to much batter delicious 9/10 I'd say over all try this place its a great place to go for lunch

I had the burger of the week which was the raspberry maple burger with poblano pepper cream cheese. I am not a fan of maple sauce on savory dishes so I got the raspberry maple sauce on the side which I am glad I did because I would not have liked it on the burger just my opinion the sauce o would try on a waffle though it was that good just not my thing on savory dishes. Stopped by happenstance two years ago on trip home from Canada and were blown away by unique food choices and home-feel service. Took a detour this year again on way home from annual trip to stop again. Worth it!

Our group of 4 had the double smoked honey pepper curds, a couple burgers, a Reuben, the wings, apple pie hard cider and the house ale. The food and drinks were fantastic! Tara was a wonderful hostess, steered us to some excellent food. Didn’t get the nachos but many people at other tables did and they weren’t disappointed. Get the curds, you won’t be sorry!

Greeted AND complimented the moment we walked in the door. Laid-back atmosphere, but the food and drinks......PHENOMENAL. Trust me when I say they have the BEST deep fried food I've ever had. Everything is so dang crispy. And the cheese grits..... forget about it... out of this world. Also, they carry Vykrie gin and im all about supporting small businesses.

An absolute gem! My best friend is from Virginia and was outright CRYING because she found a place that serves hush puppies in Wisconsin…I’m a bit of a food snob so I doubted her wanting to try it. I WAS WRONG!!!! This place was absolutely amazing. Everything was amazing, from the sides to the fresh veg, every bite was one of the next best bites I’ve had in a restaurant in AGES. I don’t eat out anymore and they have changed my mind. Even when I asked for a few accommodations (it was peach week and they made me fresh peach iced tea and it wasn’t even on the menu). Yall are amazing. We had a full meal with apps and the picture below is what we brought home…

First time visitor on a hot Sunday afternoon, out for an early dinner. The place had a good crowd and tables were available. Smiles and greetings from every staff person. Luke was our server. So good. He checked back often to make sure everything was right. Boy was it good. We ordered a bloody cajun drink and split a grouper plate with 2 large breaded filets, fries, loaded grits, a generous portion of fresh cornbread, and coleslaw. We ate it all. I will be back to try other menu items.

We stopped here as we were driving through the area. Amazing food! I had the Cajun chicken cheesesteak (one of the weekly specials), and it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. Fries were also great. The coleslaw was creamy and flavorful as well. Service was amazing. I only wish we lived closer so that I could try more of their menu.

If you are in Duluth, do yourself a favor and drive over to Mama T’s Smokin’ Eats in Superior, WI. The service was fantastic - Tara, our server, did a fantastic job! We had the Crawfish Egg Rolls, smoked pork and a burger! All were fantastic! The fries were perfect and crispy! The homemade BBQ sauce was out of this world! Highly recommend putting this as somewhere to go eat!

Mama T’s is my family’s favorite place to go eat. We recently dined in with some family from MT and they were blown away with the menu options and new & exciting flavors. I’ve never been a “grit gal” and your loaded cheesy grits are phenomenal. I’ve yet to order something I wasn’t impressed with. What a great little gem in Superior Wisconsin. My hats are off to the cooks (chefs). Walk into this establishment and I saw the smallest kitchen I’ve ever seen and the house was packed! Was wondering how these three cooks can feed all these people in a timely manner boy they rocked the tiny kitchen and then some!! Had the best nachos I’ve had in a long time and the service and staff were great!! I was super impressed with this place and can’t wait to go back and try something new! Would recommend.. it’s a great place to gather with family and friends!

Me and my fiance were really looking forward to trying this place out but I can't stand a business that would turn customers away even if it was closing at 8 and we were there 10 min before not knowing that but they could have still taken out order they were still cooking the last of the orders but instead the bartender decided to tell us the kitchen was closed and flat out refused to serve us im a cook myself and I would be pissed if a waitress or bartender turned down business it's extremely unprofessional 7-11-25

Me and my wife came up for the 4th of july. The moment my wife walked in she felt confortable and safe. The staff is extremely helpful and very suggestive. Im a chef myself and i have a hi respect for how the food is prepared and how fresh it is. Every bite did not dissapoint. It only got better each bite.
