Found on Google just looking for a new local place to try. So glad we found Marcos. Our new favorite BBQ place. They have lots of choices. We got a bbq sampler and it was amazing. Enough for 2 of us to share. The staff and owner are so friendly. Tgey have great indoor and outdoor seating. I am so happy this place is close to home. We will definitely be going back....a lot.

I was skeptical being a bbq place way up north, but this place has great food, great service, and room enough to get a semi in and sit down for a hot meal. I came in 30 min before they closed, not expecting much. The food was fresh, and they treated you like it was mid day, no rushing just welcoming. Not really the best bbq, but it's something. Corn bread is cold. The sides are bland. No seasoning. The meat is mediocre. I've had the ribs, pulled pork and wings. Out of them 3, I would suggest the wings. I'm used to real Southern BBQ so maybe I'm just too picky.

Weird location. The parking lot is a danger to navigate, and it's just a big open area next to some other businesses?

The brisket burnt ends were terrible, and weren't proper burnt ends. The pulled pork tacos were good though, as was the Mac and cheese and potato salad. For what it was, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I've driven past Markos dozens of times but never stopped. Needless to say, wish I would have sooner. Their Reuben is TO DIE FOR. The absolute best I have EVER had. I ended up getting 2 to go with yhe ingredients seperate to eat at a later time. The brisket nachos were also phenomenal. Very quick and friendly service. I'd recommend trying the local root beer on tap as well. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more melt in your mouth food!!!

Amazing food, great service. The brisket sandwich had a generous amount of meat and was amazing, especially with the spicy sauce added. The mac and cheese and cornbread were also absolutely wonderful. Beans weren't really bbq and kinda tasted like they were from a can so that was a bummer. They were pretty busy but the employees were still very friendly and positive. Overall I was impressed and I definitely would love to come back and try other things on the menu.

We were about the only people in there on a Friday afternoon, and someone put on the restaurant's pig mascot costume and came out to greet us, much to the extreme delight of our two year old. This is a really great bbq place! Located 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it might be easy to miss since it is set back a little bit off of the road.

My wife is not a big BBQ person but she came here with me to try it out and support a local business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would most certainly come back again. I got the three meat platter with the brisket (very moist!), pulled pork, and sausage. I finished my plate before I realized it because everything was that amazing! I've enjoyed amazing BBQ all over this country and Marko's is a great hidden gem to get that craving fixed.

Got the sampler platter. A HUGE portion of three meats along with three ribs, a side and some cornbread. Everything was mouthwateringly tasty. Very friendly folks working here. Visiting Brillion all the way from Texas, we were pleasantly surprised at how good the BBQ was! The sliced brisket was fabulous (could be sliced thinner!) and the French fries were to die for. Was passing through Brillion and decided to call my order in for curbside pickup. On the way to Fond du Lac, I had a difficult time keeping my buddy from eating the ribs and beans. The aroma was great. Got home and my wife and I enjoyed the best ribs we have ever had. I had the beans to myself, and the were delicious. Planning on making another trip in the next three weeks just to go to Marco’s. Will get the ribs and beans for supper but I can’t wait to try the meat loaf sandwich for lunch. The young gal that brought our meals to the van was great. The aroma coming from the building just draws you in. Three weeks may be too long to wait.

Ordered take out today. My husband got the sampler, I got the chili and my son got the tacos. All I have to say is he is on point! I tried some of everyone’s and everything was amazing! My husband makes us eat at BBQ places all the time when we are on vacation (BBQ just isn’t my cup of tea) and I have to say this is probable the best one we have been too and it’s close to home. Ok.... in all fairness, I'm not a pork person. It's just not my thing. With THAT out of the way...

Stopped for lunch with a buddy. Cliff notes - A-freaking-mazing! He had the burnt ends, I had a turkey melt. Turkey melt was indescribably awesome! Crunchy, hot, melty, with a touch of buttery goodness. Had to try my buddies burnt ends. Then I had to try them again. And again. Tender, smokey, bliss! The homemade mac-n-cheese was another favorite!

Service was fast. And I mean fast, like it made Jimmy John's look slow! Literally, we ordered, took a drink of soda, and she was on her way to the table with the food. The owner came out and chatted, super nice guy.

All in all, great little place that I'd feel bad driving past!

Heard good things about this place so the wife and I made the trip out to Brillion. The food was awesome, so many things on the menu I wanted to try. I guess we will have to make the trip back to try each menu item 🤷‍♂️. This place is the real deal. They treat you right and the food is exactly what good BBQ is supposed to be. You won't find brisket and burnt-ends this good anywhere else unless you're in the south.
