Very slow workers here. They had no sence of urgency when it came to getting orders out. The line of cars outside was long and the people in the place were waiting for their food. We waited almost 19 minutes for our food. It was busy but the workers didnt care. They took their time.

Ordered through the app. Paid for 40 piece family meal. Got sent with 20 pieces. And has to sort it out myself. Less then happy after working 14 hours about having to go back and get what I already ordered. Service is one of the simplist jobs and should be pretty easily achieved. Double check the bags mcds.

The employees are usually pretty polite, and my order is usually right as well.... But you might as well plan on waiting 10-15 mins for your food every time you go, regardless of what your order consists of. Definitely not fast food.
EDIT. Dropping a star due to issues with inaccurate orders lately. Check your orders and look in the boxes to make sure you got what you ordered. Pic below of receipt and sandwich.
THIRD EDIT: ordered a Bacon Double Today ... No Bacon. Good grief...

Paid for 4 honey mustards and got none, ordered PLAIN snack wraps and got Ranch wraps, and the Hi-C was VISIBLY low on syrup and tasted like crap. All this after ordering ahead on the app, and then waiting 15 mins to get our food.

Bad service as always, it's not the first time this has happened. I'm missing something in my order or they cancel my breakfast, like today. They said I had to be there by 10:30 to get it, and I was there a long time before, I was waiting in line to be able to move forward, and they didn't want to give it to me. They cancel it several times, and it's long before 10:30 when I arrive, and the same thing always happens.

Both cheeseburger buns were covered in ketchup and folded in half. It looked like someone stomped on our sandwiches with how terrible they looked. Our Diet Coke was also flat and warm. Just drive to the next McDonald’s rather than stopping here.

Please, if marked" already here" in the app start my food, I would rather it be a little bit cold then have to wait for it to be made it when I arrive which is the entire point of ordering ahead, Staff is always kind just this location tends to get busy being on the highway, the only way it seems to get them to make the food ahead of time is to do counter pickup service in the app.

Rude lady at the counter. Tried telling me I had to had the phone in the store that placed a store pickup order when I no that is not how it goes. I was picking up food for my mom as well as myself/husband. She told me I needed to go through the drive through to pick it up I told asked her what the difference was if I went inside or not plus my husbands truck is not drive through friendly. Honestly, this McDonald’s isn’t bad. The workers are really nice and get the food out fairly quickly, but the atmosphere is just not it. The manager Sue, AKA Susan seems to have an attitude with everyone. Mostly to the employees. Customers rarely see her, but when they do she is just super moody. I think she needs to drink some coffee in the morning to maintain her stress levels.

Chicken had a couple of chunks of tough pieces in it. I accidentally selected the wrong toy for my daughter with her kids meal and employee. Let me exchange it for the correct toy which was very nice. They have a really clean area and employees are out cleaning it often. Friendly employees. This McDonalds in particular always seems to have a line at the drive through. I'd say at least 1 out of every 3 times I go there I have to "pull ahead to number 1 or 2" and wait for my food or beverage but it's not a long wait. Usually it's less than 5 minutes. The staff is always bright eyed and bushy tailed, friendly and courteous.

I always enjoy my two cheeseburgers and fries here! No complaints with staff here. It's connected to a gas station, which is another great reason to stop here! It's convenient and a good 1/2 way point to get out and stretch on our way to Mercer! If you have a pup I'd say there is enough area to put your dog on a leash and go to the bathroom.
