I stopped here at 7:00 on a Sunday night and ordered just a coke. There was only 1 car in front of me and after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to actually take their money/bring the food they drove away. I waited at the window another 5ish minutes and watched people walk.back and forth bit not a single person came to the window. I eventually jusy drove away, not sure what happened with the other 3 cars in line behind me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sat. Aug. 2, 2025; 10:20 a.m.; drive-thru. Spent at least 30 minutes trying to get a sausage egg and cheese biscute; apple pie; warm/med. mocha whole mild. Told no pie, fine; paid. Waited and waited and waited. Total of 30 minutes, had to go inside, at least 1/2 dozen people waiting. Was handed the sandwich, (had gotten the drink and the 2nd window). The sandwich, cold sausage not hot, biscute cool, overall unsatisfactory. In 50 years of meals with McDonalds this has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Stopped here on my way home to get food for the kids. They rushed me through my order (was not busy at all). When i got to the window a girl with short hair and braces asked if i cant pronounce my name”P”s. They gave me an apple juice with no straw and forgot a kids meal. I stopped on my way home to Marinette, ordered a double cheeseburger with ONLY pickle & onion, small fry & a bottle of water When I got to the window, the worker hands me the bottle of water without saying anything word after thanking her, then asked few minutes later opens the window and hands me the bag of food. I get back on hwy 41, open the bag, pull out the burger and theres NO pickle, NO onion, like I ordered but a slip that says NO pickle, add mayo. WORST PLACE EVER. Will NOT be going back. I'll start off with this place has the cleanest pop station I've seen. Unfortunately it goes down hill from here. My wife and I ordered separately, so we could both use the points we had on the app. (Our order was 3 McChicken $5 meals 2 happy meals and a buy one get one 6 piece mcnugget and small frie.) Food came out pretty quickly, but our order was short by three fries. No big deal, I go up and ask for them. The person who rang us up argued that they didn't mess up and that we only ordered two. We had two $5 meals with fries on our table. I even asked him to come look as he continued to argue with me. He pointed out on one receipt that there were only 2 small fries. I told him which he was our cashier and that we had two orders combined with 5 small fries. The manager got there and she even argued with me. I said come look for yourself. We're eating at your table and we are missing three fries! Not hiding it in the car! She then had an associate who seemed to be on break bring me a bag with the rest of our order. She was kind and I appreciated that. I found our receipt and showed the guy and I pretty much got a whatever answer. Top it off while eating another customer from the drive through had to come in to get her meal corrected. DO BETTER!!

I ordered a large combo double quarter pounder deluxe. The large fry was a medium in a large cup. Half full. The bottom wasn't pushed in and the fries 🍟 barely came to the bottom of the cup line before it rounds up to the top. Very disappointed, not getting what I paid for.

My dad and I stopped here to grab a quick lunch. Nothing special, just drinks and double cheeseburgers and fries. I’m not a huge fan of McD’s, but it was close and we were hungry. The person who handed us our food from the drive-through window almost just threw the bag of food and shut the window before my dad could ask if we could get some ketchup packets. He started asking the minute the window opened, and was completely ignored as it pretty much slammed shut in his face. We waited about 20 seconds to see if anyone would come back- nope. So that’s the first thing, and why service is rated the way I rated it. On top of that, my dad ordered a sprite. We’re already back on the freeway when he takes a sip, only to find out that it’s not sprite- just the carbonated water the flavoring mixes with in fountain machines. He tells me it tastes bad, so I take a sip and yuck! We’re already Miles away at this point, under time constraints to get back north. Who’s going to turn around just to get the correct drink anyway? Seems to me there has to be some way these workers know when the flavoring runs out on a beverage.
When I opened my double cheeseburger it looked like someone was mad when they assembled it. Just thrown haphazardly onto the prep table, and then smashed down with a palm. My dads wasn’t much better. These weren’t the normal -quickly put together- sandwiches you get everywhere. I should have taken a picture. I had to disassemble it and put it back together, the bun came apart in pieces. It was very unpleasant.
I’m trying to be fair with my rating, and not do the one star I was tempted to right after leaving. I think I’m being generous with 3 stars, keeping in mind that it is a fast food restaurant. I just don’t understand why people don’t have any pride in their work at all. As for the bag of food thrust through the window and being ignored, it wasn’t even busy. The whole time we spent in the drive-through there was only 1 car in front and 1 car behind. So what was the rush?
Whoever runs this place really should have meetings with the employees about pride in your work, and how to treat customers. It’s a sad fact that most places are like this now.

Ordered on the app and go to the drive through with my order number.
I was beginning to ask if I could get a different sauce on my sandwich when the guy on the mic so rudely cut me off mid sentence to tell me no. I couldent even get all of my words out before his rude interuption.
He said, its an app order he cant change it, then proceeded to add an order of sauce and try to charge me money to take off the mayo and add spicy pepper sauce instead. He said it's an app order so the best he could do was charge me for sauce if I wanted it.
I tried to explained that I would have ordered it that way but the sauce is not on the app, and this was the first and only time we ever had this issue with a Mc Donalds refusing to help us with our app order.
He of course cut me off again. His response was in a condescending and snide manor, "well ma'am, nothing in life is free". As though I am not already a paying customer. All I want is a different sauce, a sauce that I am already paying for on my sandwich.

I asked the sweet young lady at the window for his name and with a big exhale and sad look on her face, she said John. As though this is a normal occurance. This rude guy, was the leader on duty!!!
I could not believe that!!! What a poor example of leadership to this young lady.
I have been in customer service for over 22 years, I was a district trainer and a recruiting manager who has hired trained and managed some of the best people in my industry and I am absolutely horrified that this is the kind of "leader" you would have service your customers, and teach your staff.
I am new to this area, just moved to town and I will probably never give my business to this location again. My heart goes out to the poor staff who have to work beside this horrible guy, and the poor customers that get treated so rude and provide income to the restaurant that pays him to treat them soo poorly.

Side note:
After his rude and inappropriate behavior, we get home to find that he never gave us the sauce we did order for my son's chicken nuggets. What a gem (2 thumbs wayyyy down).

Stop for breakfast for my daughter and I on our way home, I have never had someone so rude! I ordered a large iced coffee and when she handed it to me it was not a large. So she proceeded to get short with me and go you ordered a medium and the proceeds to say I’ll remake it and SLAMS the drive thru window as I was about so say I’d pay the difference for what I wanted. Then the next lady come over to window and slams it open and snaps at me to pull forward! I was upset until this point which now I’m irritated, pull forward bring out my iced coffee and says have good day. As I’m still waiting for my food! I ordered food at the kiosk inside - Did not receive a receipt because the printer was out of paper. Three customers that ordered after me were served first. After 15 minutes, I then asked about my order and it was pulled from the back like it was forgotten. The food was not hot. The receipt in the bag was removed so I could not give an official survey. Dirty July 24 2024 I went in with my mother to eat, we picked eating in her car over eating at any dirty table! I have worked in the industry for years so I can read the screen there was no orders up when we walked in.. minimum of 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and she didnt have a good attitude at all looked like she was miserable n didnt hide it at all.. but she pulled the fresh fries I asked for early so they were soggy, again working in a place like that I know what I'm looking at I managed the fast food chain I worked for and that was disappointing n dissatisfaction all the way. The fries have a timer for a reason... golden crispy fries is something u guys advertise alot.. she made sure we had white ish fries. Not to mention but I'm going to.. how can your dining room be out of ketchup? BUT the packets she rudely pointed out on counter were disgusting n sticky I dumped over half of them to find a couple not sticky nasty ones. That was horrible experience food wasn't good it was better than her attitude tho I'll say that! Fries were a waste of money.. I shouldn't have to ask for them to come how u guys say they come. 0/10 it was a wasted $11 n some change.

The McDonald’s located in Abrams, Wisconsin is a very good McDonald’s. This restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The employees are friendly. The food is good. The ice cream cones are only 59 cents a piece. You can’t beat that. We will stop here again. We highly recommend this location.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and absolutely no service or aknollegemnt I was even there by any of the staff, I went to the gas station side and bought a snack as the 1 large order of fries under the heat lights looked like it had been sitting their for a while. I used the ATM and one of the McDonald's employees was mopping the floor and I said nice service,... With a delayed reaction said what's that? I repeated myself, and followed it up by adding "I stood at the counter for over 5 and no service" no response given. Probably to high to function, I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you're trying to get Food Poisoning. Only thing that should be listed on the menu is a serving of attitudes.

We did not have a good experience here on Saturday morn. We went inside to purchase at the counter for 4 people. We did not have to wait long for a counter person to try to take our order, but he was obviously very new there and was not trained properly or assisted by other employees to take the order in a timely manner and get it right.
The workers were all tense and not being very friendly. The order came out wrong. They corrected it but it was not a good start.
The breakfast burritos were very small and you could barely find the eggs, cheese and sausage, there was so little on there. Very disappointed!
Only plus was good coffee at a good price.
Our recommendation is better training for the employees and for corporate McDonald’s to provide more for the money, like they did when they started the business.

On the way home from Green Bay, WI last night at 9:30 pm, we stopped at McDonalds on East Frontage Road, abrams WI and purchased 2 Big MAcs, FF, soda and chocolate shake. The hamburgers were the most disgusting. They were dried out and black. Half of it was on the bun with rest hanging off. The buns were dry and hard. There was a dime size amount of special sauce. Driest burgers ever. Forgot to ask for ketchup (which is bs-just to save a nickel). This would have helped some. We were down the highway and could not turn around. Disgusting, Arbys across the way will be our future. $19 of disgust. I guess that is what you do with the food that just sits. 🤮 yuck

This McDonald's used to be so unique from all the others. It was set up as a 50's diner with die cast cars along the wall, old gas pumps, a both that was modeled after a first gen Ford Thunderbird, overall very different from your typical McDonald's. It was actually memorable and stood out. Now corporate decided to re model it cause thats what best for buisness according to them so its looks the same as all the other Kilian owned McDonald's, which makes eating there not very enjoyable cause all the character and personality is gone. Oh well, I guess all good things must come to an end at some point. Really is a shame
