Fries were cold, i got a snack wrap and there was more spicy pepper sauce than anything, the girl who took my order was respectful but other workers were flipping people off, they were using abusive language (cussing), the inside of the restaurant had flies everywhere table was sticky, food all over the floor under tables, our order came wrong, the bathroom was disguising, i got a sticky ranch that had looked like another had popped.

The drive-through customer service needs some attention. I had to ask if there was someone there to take my order. I had a passenger in my car and was talking to her while I was ordering, to make sure I got everything right and the order taker asked someone else to take our order, she said we were swearing at her....?
After finally giving my order, I was asked to pull over while they made it.
I will think twice before stopping here again. You shouldn't have to wait for someone to greet you and take your order in a drive-through.
There was too much mass confusion with this stop and that's the last thing I want when I'm traveling.

I called to ask if you can use your phone to pay when going thru the drive thru. I have to wait for my new card to arrive due to a fraud charge and new to the tap pay thru a phone. This McDonald's has to be by far the worst I've ever been to, not a single time I've went has our order been right, my brother always asks for a plain McDouble due to being allergic to onions, and almost every time they just give us a normal McDouble, we always make sure when we're going through drive through that the order reads correctly, so it's either extremely poor communication, or just lazyness from the cooks. The latest time we went, the soda was flat, and from some insider knowledge, they were well aware both the customer and staff machines were flat! At the very least, tell your customers that the soda will be flat!!

It was June 8th on a blistering summer day in need of a vanilla cone. In the summer my life revolves around McDonald’s in Amery. This time was different. It had been a long day I was sweating from being outside and Aiden could see that and he decided to give me a slightly higher vanilla cone that I’ve gotten on average and when I tell you it made my week it made my week. Ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe. There was no tomatoes or lettuce. It was only a very dry piece of meat, which I very much doubt was a quarter pound of meat, with ketchup and mustard. This place has kind of tanked since Covid. Management must have changed or something. I’ve been in a few times and each time no one was dining in yet the dining area was a mess. Tables needed wiping down and the counter at the soda fountain/ condiments area was a disaster with water/pop and ketchup everywhere. When placing an order they never ask if you want to dine in or take it to go they just pack it to go by default.
