This Blue haired girl with a tatoo on the right forearm when we walked in rolled her eyes and was being rude as if she didnt want to take our order. And then proceeded to be more rude, and practically throw an empty cup at my friend. And even had attitude about my refresher being on the counter but the number wasnt called, i dont want to accidentally tale someone's drink. And to top it off she didnt even give us a receipt.

i ordered 2 1/4 meals. i was asked to pull ahead our food was COLD cheese was not melted on the burgers and the fries were awful. i am not sure why i had to pull ahead Almost 20.00 for terrible food. lesson learned

I order the same thing all the time. The number one with extra sauce and EXTRA pickle. Every time I get my order the fries are cold and there is one pickle on the burger. Now with there new drinks I get a Tropical Refresher. It is go good. But last few times I got it I say no ice, and extra 'bursts' I paid a full $1.60 for two extra scoops of the bursts. Just for it to come out with the same amount as a normal drink!! Also when saying no ice it comes out half full! Just add extra lemonade! I'm so disappointed and the workers are always so rude, or slow with orders!

Everyday mcdonalds get a lunch rush.. Be Prepared!! It happens at the same time everyday!! I will not pull forward anymore to wait for my food as the last 2 times you've forgot about me and I've had to park my car, come in and ask for my food that was supposed to be brought to my vechicle. The people who work here need better training also, customer service is a joke and they act like because they're busy all customers must return late to work due to the incompetence of workers. DO BETTER!!

*update like 9 months later* this place sucks so hard! they just went 24 hours on thursday friday and saturday recently which is great because there is at least 2 factories that let out at midnight (they were only open until midnight before so anyone off at midnight couldn’t get food)… anyways- they up and stopped staying open 24 hours. i got there at about 12:03 am and the lights were on and another vehicle was at the menu already. i waited 5 minutes and another vehicle pulled up. i was like what the heck is going on and look, sure as sin the lights are all turned off. the app let me order and the drive thru greeted me. i called up and asked if they were open 24 hours NO THEY ARE NOT even though google says 24 hours and they were open the last few weeks. i’m done supporting this business. i sucked it up the last time but this is ridiculous. 3 vehicles in the drive thru and they don’t have the courtesy to tell people they are closed. real classy antigo

i checked their hours before going and had plenty of time before they closed. i pulled up and seen the light on and went to the drive thru- waited there several minutes, backed up and seen they turned the light off while i was waiting. they do not want to do their jobs apparently because they seem to close early or at least turn the lights off so you don’t come. if your employees do not want to do their jobs and stay open your posted hours you should know this. if you check reviews then you will know this now.

They were a reliable place that rarely messed up an order Lately they have been messing things up left and right. I seldom hardly ever complain. It isn't worth my time to make a fuss over an item that is just a few dollars. Recently, I ordered a triple cheeseburger with an extra patty and got cheeseburger without any patties. I don't know if workers were playing a prank on me, or if someone ordered a cheeseburger with no patty and got mixed up with mine. I am not sure how that could have happened. But, that was a $6.00 error. It made me more upset than totally missing an item, since I didn't catch it until after I got home. I contacted the 800 number, and it has been four days with no callback. It gives me a sour taste in my mouth about how they care about customer service. I called corporate again to escalate the complaint. It shouldn't have to multiple phone calls of waiting on hold to get a refund or a gift card for reimbursement.

I very rarely ever get fast food breakfast. Today I thought I would treat myself. I ordered the Big Breakfast as I wanted Pancakes. I got back to my office which is literally 2 minutes away. Sat down to enjoy...and OMG!!!! ICE cold eggs and sausage. I look, and there is grease formed on the sausage it was so cold. Pancakes...well HARD as a ROCK!!! So thank you McDonalds for once again reminding me why I NEVER come there. YUCK...YUCK...and a total waste of $7.59 for a fast food breakfast.

We went through drive thru on 5/18/25. The order was wrong and the service wasn't much better. We addressed our issues with one of the assistant managers who instead of taking care of the problem chose to give numerous excuses of why the service was bad. I called today 5/19/25 and spoke with one of the managers Faye and she ensured me the way things were handled were unacceptable and that she would definitely address the issues with those involved and make sure these type of issues will not be repeated. After speaking to Faye she made me feel that it would be addressed properly. Even after our bad experience we will return due to the assurance from Faye. She went above and beyond to ensure this isn't the normal business practices. So I want to give Faye a huge compliment and shout on how she handled everything she was absolutely amazing

Waited 30 minutes for fries to be cold, bigmac was luke warm l. Called and asked the manager what was taking so long he got cocky with me said the chicken tenders take 9 minutes everything was made fresh he will bring it to me in a minute then sent someone else to bring it to me.. okay if it takes 9 minutes too make the chicken tenders then why does it take 21 minutes too make a bigmac, a kids cheese burger,and a bacon mcdouble.. asked for some sort of refund or discount or something he kept telling me no.. very displeased with my whole interaction there today. Ordered from here against my better judgemental after reading all of the recent reviews and the "manager/owner's" replies.

These reviews appear to carry little weight with management, because nothing has seemed to change. Acknowledge, pretend to care, do nothing about it, repeat. The money keeps flowing in, why bother to make a change for the better. Stat Quo and laziness are abundant and obvious with this group. I would be embarrassed, but clearly they have no pride.

Do not bother ordering ketchup, mustard and especially do not pay for a dipping sauce. They will not be in your bag.

I went to get breakfast this morning. There were busy in drive so I went into lobby. The person taking my order was really kind and helpful. There was about 4 people behind me 2 at the kiosk ordering food. I waited almsot a half a hour to get 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Reason why I’m upset is because litterly almost everyone after me got thier food before me… my food was hard and cold. There was this old lady just yelling at them where my McMuffin where my coffee she was the 7th person to order and she got her food before everyone. Now if that was someone younger yelling at them the customer would have got yelled at right back.

So I drive to the parking lot and go inside (I can not eat lettuce) and ask when the extra charge started for “NO LETTUCE” because I buy a mcchicken almost DAILY… and it was never 5$ for a mcchicken. I came in earlier to get a kids meal. I didn’t think I would have to specify my life to ask for a kids meal. The lady that took my order around 2:40 was very disrespectful and put a costumer under pressure, I work fast food, two jobs in fast food. And I don’t care who you are I’m not going to decide YOUR order for you. Yes I may not have a kid or I may be “too old” for a kids meal but I do in fact have a nephew. I was going to be civil and come back for a toy after work. And all I got out of it was even more disrespect. In her words “ Wow that’s a big story for just a toy!” We showed her a receipt and tried to explain but it wasn’t going to work. So we got my nephews toy I paid for because I know working fast food it doesn’t change the price. And left. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service. Stopped in for some breakfast on the way home from 4th of July weekend. Ordered $30 worth of food and took about 30 minutes to get it. We had to go ask the cashier where our order was. It was weird because people who ordered after us got their food first. She stated the order was taken off the screen. Definitely no longer "fast food" when it takes almost 30 minutes to get your order.

I give credit to the manager who was motivating the staff in the kitchen, but McDonalds has a standard to uphold with providing "fast food"

We have a big family, 6 kids to be exact! We live on the opposite side of town than McDonald's, but nevertheless, whether we go there and eat, or bring it home and eat... The food is NEVER cooked to order !! Either way too much sauce (ketchup/mayo) where it sogs the bread and gets all over you when you eat, or little to no sauce at all! The burgers are usually very dry,and lack seasoning... Far different tasting than any other McDonald's we have ate at.... In not a good way!!!! Terrible service, long waiting times, missing food over half of the time, rude employees, and disgusting food!!! Pay the extra money and go to culvers or arby's.... About the only 2 fast food joints in this town with food that tastes as it should!

Over the years this location has gotten worse and worse. Today we stopped in for lunch and used the kiosk because no one came to help us in the front. The machine worked fine but never gave us a receipt, and the staff could not get us one either. After we got home we noticed that we were missing milk. We called and they could not help us because we had no receipt. The person on the phone was also rude to us and said the kiosks are all working fine. Overall, not a good place to eat, at least not nowadays.

Update: 3 years later. Continues to go downhill and Killian Management Services doesn't care as long as they are making money. They mess up the simplest order. Order extra pickles get no pickles. Quarter pound Deluxe most of the ingredients missing, no tomatoes pinch of lettuce etc. Double quarter pounder got a single in a Double quarter pounder box. The list goes on.

Well I went to the drive through waited 25mins and then my order wasn't right. I went back and they fixed my order and apologized repeatedly. So I wasn't upset with them. At least they were there and working night shift. Only two girls.
