I'm not sure what was going on the night I visited, but it was really slow, and we had to wait at least 20min to get our food. The drive-through was moving so slow, at about every 3min to 5min a car we would move. There were like 6 cars ahead of me. Two people left the line...Must of been short staffed that night.

Everytime I go here, I ask for Extra Extra Caramel drizzle and get charged 4 times.
It's a poor coffee Frappe. Barley any caramel in there.

Honestly, you order table service via the app you expect follow through. I saw an employee walking around with a tray but the tables were full of customers. They walked away with it. My app showed that NOW my food was on its way. It never arrived. I got up and found it sitting at the counter. An employee said they could not find my table.
This McDonald's also is in dire need of an upgrade with tables and benches. They are literally ripping and falling apart. STUNNED!.

2/26 Stopped for a curbside order. Lunch hour so I expected the wait. When the person came out I was taken aback at the length of their bejeweled nails as they were fumbling with trying to get my food container to close. No matter where they are in the process I feel those nails are not appropriate for food service.
Also part of our meal was forgotten. Waste of time and gas to retrieve it once I got to my destination.
Burgers over cooked and almost black, onions tasting old and like they turned.
No matter how we dine at this location it always seems pointless, nothing is ever correct.

I come here almost daily for my coffee. Never had an issue with service but today, i had the best service I have had through the drive-thru yet. At the first window, the woman working was the kindest. Her and i had a conversation about coffee and how we always order the same thing basically. At the second window, there was another kind woman who offered me napkins with my coffee. Called me hun and had a conversation about her nails and where to get them done if i ever wanted to. I really appreciate this McDonalds and the service they always have. I hope these women get full credit for how wonderful and personable they are to customers.

Service is always friendly at the drive thru. Our issues are with the food. Sandwich wrappers are full of diced onions, a real treat as you're trying to feed your family in the car. Sandwiches in boxes are a DIY dinner as you're left reassembling everything to eat it without silverware.

I went here after work and got a big mac and a quarter pounder with cheese. I got all the way home and went to eat with my girlfriend only to realize that there is no big mac at all, and the quarter pounder was hard and black and burnt. So i brought it back and nicely told them about what happened, and they gave me a new bag of food l, so i went home and opened the bag and there was a big mac that looked good, but then i open the quarter pounder and see that its literally burnt black again. This isnt the first time or the second time ive had problems with this McDonald's either. My last problem i had with them i made a pickup order online and paid for it and it was pouring rain out and i was at my buddies down the road and i got there about 15 minutes after i placed the order and they said they had thrown it away already and that they couldnt refund me and to try to come back the next day to solve it, their reason they threw it away was because it was 4 minutes after breakfast was done and said we took to long and so we tried to come back there atleast 15 times and get our money refunded but each timr they had a reason why they couldn't do it or about half the times we tried to get it resolved they said we would have to wait and eventually it will get refunded and that was a 30$ order that never did end up getting refunded. If you look in the picture you can see how awful that quarter pounder looks, and how they just threw three pickles almost on top of each other and then the other pickle is on the other side at least, but this just looks nasty and dry and just as bad as the first one that I got if not worse. I went to pick it up and look at the other side and it was so dry and old that it literally just broke apart. But when I had called the lady working, a short skinny woman who usually works night shift, she told me that it was freshly made and that it's too late to get a new one now because they're cleaning up for the night. How hard would it have been to just make me a new quarter pounder when they literally closed about 5 minutes before I called. She then rancid on telling me that I should not accuse her of giving out the same quarter pounder because that is just nasty... But really what's nasty is the food that I just paid for and wasted two trips going back to the store to get our order right. Highly don't recommend going to the store, and if you do, make sure that you check and see if everything is there and not only that open up the wrapping or box and make sure it doesn't look like it's been sitting there for hours all nasty and dry.

I travel with a minor league baseball team all over the Midwest and then road trip vacations across the U.S. I stop at McDonalds almost every morning for a latte. In these days of hard to find staff, poorly run businesses and minimal customer service, THIS McDonalds is a 10 STAR! Friendly, courteous, fast service - EXCELLENT staff. Kudos.

I'm always impressed with the consistent excellence at McDonald's, and my latest visit was no exception! For starters, i have never experienced this at any other McDonald's. They took my order pretty quick, but didn't understand what i meant when i said "the works" on my burger. I stood waiting for my order for over 10 minutes while my french fries sat on the tray and got cold. When i went to fill my soda cup there was sticky spots and straw wrappers all over. When i sat down in their lobby, it was hard to find a place to sit that wasn't dirty. there were napkins and fries under most tables. To some it up, i would say, i won't even go though the drive through at that location. YUCK!!!

The number of stars depends on whether you go in the day or at night. If you go at night stars will probably be one every time. Usually in the morning they are really good and that’s when I like to go but lately they’ve been pulling me forward for five minutes to wait just for a freaking coffee that they didn’t register in their system and forgot about it so when I get to the window it’s not done and I order ahead, so zero stars for me today.
