I ordered a Mcgriddle this morning and as i was eating it something fell out. I then realized it was a piece of chewed up gum. I called the location to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude and not helpful. He asked if I wanted a coupon and I said no I just wanted to let you know because it’s really gross. He told me he found it very hard to believe because it was against the rules to chew gum. Weird considering I found chewed up gum in my food and do not chew gum.

Could hardly hear the person over speaker. Ordered 2 double cheese & 2 mcchickens. Was told to park in spot 1, waited 5 minutes, kid comes walking up with food and says "2 double cheese & 2 mcchicken" now I could tell right away there was not 4 burgers in the bag. He hands it to me, open it and only 2 mcchickens. Yelled for the kid, let him know, 5 minutes later get other 2 sandwiches.
Altogether, couldnt hear, tried to send me off with 2/4 sandwiches, spent 20 min waiting for 4 sandwiches. Not so much as a hey, our bad and some people with ZERO common sense.

Had a very poor experience at the New London location recently so we tried this one and it's a night and day difference. One of the few indoor fast food playgrounds around, and this one is one of the better ones we've ever been to. The kids always have a good time! We've always had good service here as well. The only negative at this particular McDonald's is that it's never been the cleanlinest compared to others. More frequent wipedowns of tables and counters and we'd give it a five.

Let’s get the good out of the way first. Polite staff with a relatively clean store and the fries were fine. Now for the bad, payment was nonfunctional on the kiosk I chose, normal employees were not trained in how to retrieve my ticket from the kiosk at the main counter (a manager was needed). No ketchup in the dispenser. The burger I ordered (quarter pounder deluxe) might as well have not had a patty in it considering how absolutely tasteless it was. I’m not sure what was up tonight because I’ve not had these problems before at this particular store.

Guys in the kitchen had long hair and beards, non of them had hair nets or beard nets on only one used gloves while preparing the food. I felt sick to death thinking about the food being prepared. The guy who was managing the front of the servicing area was loud and very unprofessional towards the workers and customers. The only thing I appreciated was the one guy(Oriental) who was taking the food to the tables and the kids area. Best MCD around here. And I live in menasha. I WILL drive all the way across town from now on in order to go to this one store. They were all nice and friendly and took care of us when the other 2 stores decided to close early for a party. Unfortunately, they didn't have any squushmellos. but at least they had their play scape open.

My daughter was super happy to get to play and use her $5 dollars in change she had from her piggy bank. They took the change without complaining and they were super fast with the food! It was delicious and definitely needed so it could calm me down from being upset at the other locations. My daughter and I bothe had very happy meals 😊❤️
