Come to this location quit often and have never had such a horrible experience. The guy couldn’t figure out our order what so ever and we ordered directly off the menu no changes to the food. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times and he still got it wrong. When got to the window to pay, the guy wasn’t there. When he did show up he just took the card, gave it back and walked away without saying anything. When asking for a receipt the guy at the next window was absolutely no help.

i went on to order food and it was showing breakfast.. so i order a biscuit meal & coffee for curbside pickup. it tells me the order is ready, and when i get there i enter the number. then it says to go through drive through or counter to pick up… sometimes this happens and u can still pick up ur food. but today the drive through lady just kept repeating we’re done serving breakfast… like okay?.. she didn’t offer any solutions.. just drove off and said whatever! …usually great but the app glitches out and i’m done with the inconvenience :) had i had known they were serving lunch … i would’ve be ordered lunch :)

My 12 yr old daughter went on the drive thru on her bike and was rudely told that she could not be there on a bike and if she doesn’t leave within 30 seconds that they would call the cops on her! As a mom, this upsets me. How is a 12 year old supposed to know bike was not aloud on the drive thru? I am disgusted by how this employee handled this. She could have just told her nicely and not scare a 12 year old innocent girl who just wanted some food! Disgusting attitude! I hope the owner of this franchise can read this. Place is so gross every time I’ve gotten food here it’s never made right there’s always something wrong with my order, for over 2 years it still runs horribly I feel like no one is training the employees right don’t waste your money on this location go to the one on northland. I went through the drive through and the employee didn't ask if i was using the mobile app, didn't seem to understand half of what i was ordering, and i was told before 9pm that they couldn't make a shake because they were cleaning the machine, but they don't close until 10pm. I don't think they are able to take orders in a fast paced environment, and this has happened 4 other visits to this location, other locations have never told me that, probably because they don't clean their machine until they begin to close. When my order was handed out, the bag was badly ripped and open, not rolled shut like every other time. I visit McDonald's at least 2 times a week, and i am not going to go to the Ballard Rd location anymore, to many frustrating experiences there. I would not recommend to my nemesis!!!

I don’t usually have issues with this location but three days now I’ve ordered a frappe through the mobile app with an extra shot of espresso, each at different times throughout the day and every time I’ve been told they’re “cleaning the espresso” machine and couldn’t do it. I don’t know if they’re always cleaning it or if it’s broken but whatever the case I’m never reimbursed for the extra money I spent for it or an explanation as to why it’s ALWAYS being cleaned. Just be honest with your customers and tell me not to order it anymore if it’s broken or you don’t have time to add it 😅

The workers there are rude and have attitudes even though they're the ones that forgot my order. 2 cars after me got their food before me and when I went in to ask for my food they were rude and had an attitude. Gave me my bag with out my 20 piece chicken nuggets then I had to go back in because they gave me a medium fries instead of 2 lg fries that I ordered. I come here a lot, I work down the street. It used to be really good but the past couple of weeks my order has been wrong. It's the order taker not the cooks. I don't understand how hard it is to listen. When somebody asks for a quarter pound deluxe and gets a regular quarter pounder. Or when I ask for an extra patty and it comes out with the normal amount and I take it up there for correction she says "You didn't say this. I took your order." Like, if you had listened...? Food was accurate and timely. Tables were all dirty and needed to be wiped down, everything was sticky. All the garbages were overflowing. No large soda lids. Typically they would bring the food out to your table where you have the number. They only called our number at the counter. There was no one else at the store.

The drive thru worker complained and rolled her eyes she had to “back track 3 screens to add my coupon code because it’s a whole process” and it took her less time to add it than it did to complain about it. Okay? Do your job. There was no one behind us- don’t act like we’re an Inconvenience because we didn’t have the code ready before we ordered- even though we had it ready before we paid.

I don't usually give McDonald's 5 stars because fast food needs to really impress me to get all 5. This drive thru was very fast, friendly, and accurate. By the time I pulled up to the window to receive my food they were ready and handing it to me immediately and with 100% accuracy. Obviously it’s mc Donald’s and you can’t expect much but god dayum. I order a very simple sandwich: cheeseburger add light mac sauce. This takes 3 button pushed to put in but it seemes they ALWAYS have a problem putting light Mac sauce. I’ve had add Mac with a special request but that’s just doin to much. There’s is an actual button that says light Mac sauce, and believe it or not, it’s under the light section. I only come through at lunch during the week so that means it’s only workers that don’t have school aka: adults. If you have the slightest brain power you should be able to ring the sandwich up in 10seconds but it seemes like the headset workers can from a straight up special Ed room. My only complaint about this mc Donalds is it’s the worst in the franchise.

TL;DR: overall not a great experience but not a terrible experience either.

This is not my normal McDonald's, and to be honest it was an accident that I ordered from this particular restaurant because I was driving at the time and forgot to switch to the location closest to my house in the app. But my experience was fine, nothing to write home about, but also nothing bad enough to warrant mention. Food was warm enough and my order was correct, the person that brought my food out didn't say anything even after I told them to have a great day, that is why I took off 1 star. I understand that they don't pay enough for you to actually care about your job at all but as an adult you could at least pretend a tiny bit, or at least say something like "you too" when I tell you to have a great day. I know, personally, that working fast food can suck and be very draining but there is no need to take that out on the customers. Overall not a bad experience but not a great experience either.

Placed an order at drive thru around 9 pm 6/15 and ordered the 2 for $3 and a large fry. Line went fast and after I paid and got to the window for my food I was told to go to spot 1 waiting on fries. I pulled into spot 1 and after 7 minutes of waiting and watching all the cars behind me leave I went in. Ignored by 3 associates when I was standing at the counter. 2 minutes later someone comes to the counter with a bag and repeats my order and I say I’ve been waiting 7 minutes in spot 1 and had to come in and all I get is a sorry. I get home which is 3 minutes away and all my food including the “fresh” fries were stone cold. Even though it’s convenient I will never go to that McDs again. What should have happened was to give me all new food after I explained how long I was waiting for them to bring me out my food.
