My thoughts and concern come from what I just witnessed. It is currently pouring rain outside. We were parked from drive-thru which was fine. But then our food was brought out to us. The audacity of management leaves me appalled. You have a man in a wheel chair running food out to cars that are parked 40+ feet from the door in the pouring rain. To no fault of his own the food/bag is soaked and falling apart by time it gets to you. You mean to tell me that sending a handicapped man out to deliver food for the cars parked in drive-thru was logical. Do better please. You have how many employees working that are perfectly capable of running food out? Seriously disappointing…

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of 9/3/25 on my way to work and ordered a sausage bagel. When I got to work, I realized I had been given a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel instead. I called the location and the man I spoke with told me, “Yeah, we noticed we gave you the wrong bagel but didn’t catch you in time.” I would think checking the bag was something each worker did.

Not only was this irritating, but the way it was handled afterward was disappointing. I was offered a coupon, which I appreciated, but I was told I would need to let them know when I was coming to pick it up. Since my work schedule fluctuates, this felt like an unnecessary inconvenience—especially considering it was their mistake. If a guest receives the wrong order, they should be able to pick up the correction at their convenience, not on the restaurant’s terms.

Tried the snack wrap. Chicken was overcooked, dry, and small. Quarter pound with cheese just sucked. No moisture except for the ketchup. My kids had cheese burger happy meals, and it seemed like all this was prepared a while before we arrived.

I enjoy the taste of the food when I get it but I’m not sure why it’s so hard to put the sauces that are ordered and paid for into the bag. Once or twice is minor but I’m not sure why I have continued to give this location the chance to remember the little extras when I have received sauces I ordered one time in 1.5 years and I had to go inside to get them (after being told in drive thru that they were in the bag. Good thing I looked in the parking lot to see I was lied to). Busy time doesn’t matter. I worked at a McDonalds location and even I could put the sauces into the bags during lunch or dinner rush.

The lady working the drive-thru who is very rude to customers needs to be moved to somewhere that is not customer facing. Tattooon her neck and had a walker to help clarify who this was. I paid for an elderly disabled man’s order today because she snapped at him for her talking with other people while helping him which I’m sure confused him. Silence your headset if that’s the case and tell your customers right away that you will be with them in a moment when you can. Just terrible service. The manager came to allow for me to pay for his meal and knows the lady was rude. Never will visit this location again.

I have been going to McDonalds for over 50 years. Today was one to remember ... not for the best! I have been having trouble using McDonald's App. I asked for some help with the App. The manager said she can't control the App. Okay, how about showing me what I was doing wrong and how to do it right the next time?? Ordered a Oreo McFlurry. As you know an Oreo McFlurry is $4.39 before tax and this is how I get my McFlurry. That’s an inch off the height of the cup. If I remember correctly I thought I was supposed to get what I paid for. Obviously, I asked if I could get more ice cream in it because I did not pay $4-$5 to get about an inch of it not there. Manager told me “that’s just how it comes. It’s how it’s made” also claimed that was not an inch. For her to even look at the cup and tell me that was how it’s made and then give me an attitude is outrageous. Yeah don’t come to this one.

dont leave the parking lot until you check your bag(s) and make sure you have everything... just like literally EVERY mcd's locations, seems it's pretty standard to just hand us our order without double checking they have everything... fortunately (or unfortunately), i've learned from experience to look through my bag and noticed i'm missing a couple items and had to go back in to get it corrected right there and then....... and that's after already having to wait over 10 minutes in curbside pickup for mobile order... you'd think mobile ordering with curbside pickup is more convenient but several vehicles will come to drive-thru after you and leave before you finally get your order completed.. make that make sense

I ordered an iced coffee and a Big Mac from the McDonald’s app. The Big Mac had only one hamburger patty and one slice of cheese. An overdone hamburger patty. The iced coffee just tasted off. Not sure why. The hazelnut flavor was there but there was some other flavor that I didn’t like. I will avoid this McDonald’s.

Major case of food poisoning from this location. Been coming here for almost a year. Friday night I had a double quarter pounder, I noticed it was unusually pink inside after I'd eaten half of it.

I really hope a manager sees this.

My mom just had a major foot surgery and she wasn't able to leave the house for a few days. It was a few days after her surgery and I was taking care of her. We decided to go to the McDonalds drive through to get a midnight snack. It meant a lot to her because it was her first time being out of the house in a while, even if it was just in the car going through a drive though. When we got there and started ordering, the staff was so kind and patient with her. She's been on medication that makes her a little foggy, so she changed her mind a few times. But the drive through staff didn't mind at all, they were so informative and helpful. The young woman that handed us out food had a big smile and was so polite to us too.

I worked in customer service jobs for years so I know how important it is for customers to share their experiences. I hope the staff that was there on the evening of Thursday the 25th (January) continues to spread their kindness and cheerfulness.

This place is really unsanitary,the crew leader is nasty to her staff ,yelling and screaming. The beverage area looks like it's has not been cleaned in a month, there was dryed on build up food and soda and mold. The ice tea buckets were just layered and caked. Most of the tables were stick and dirty with food build up. The play land does looked like it has been clean in well over a month food build up and lots of pieces of food and dust and black mold on the mats. I told my kids to stop playing and we threw our meals away and soda and left. The workers were spraying chemical bottles at each other and the bathroom were just as discussing.

Best mcdonald’s experience! I went through the Drive-Thru and I was having trouble using my app. My grandson downloaded it for me a few days prior. I was struggling to use the app and kept pressing the wrong buttons. The guy at the speaker was super nice and patient with me! He helped me with finding my way throughout the app! I asked for his name and he said Tyler. When I got to the second window I asked for tyler so I could thank him in person. Very sweet and nice guy!
