I stopped for breakfast this morning and was told I couldn't get any breakfast because they quit serving. It was 10:29 but the kid working the drive through who can barely speak english said it was 10:30 and refused to take my order. When I went inside to talk to the manager, who can barely speak english herself, just looked at me with a blank look on her face. So much for customer service.

Severely understaffed. Really, don’t even bother. At least 5 people from the drive through had to come into the store because something on their order was forgotten or incorrect. I and all others waited at least 15-20 minutes to get food. It was bizarre that every order that went out while I was there was missing sodas and customers had to ask for the cups. Also, no Diet Coke or iced tea available.

The restaurant is clean and the bathroom is clean and stocked.
I don't usually go to McDonald's, but I have no service in this area and while staying next door (kwik trip) as a trucker the Wi-Fi has been a blessing, so I feel compelled to show my appreciation by visiting your establishment. I've been pleasantly surprised, especially with the staff. Thank you for bringing a higher quality experience than what I expect from McDonald's.

The person who took our order was extremely rude. He wouldn’t let us finish what we were telling him before he would interrupt us. He also wouldn’t listen very good at all and when talking to us he had the worst attitude and continued to mess up our order. That is not good customer service at all.
