I place a mobile order and drive 12 MINUTES to get my order. Pull up to the speaker and wait 3 minutes to give my code. Pull forward to wait behind 2 other cars. The first took about 3 minutes and the second took about 10. I Pull up to the window and the gentleman confirms who I am and then yells for the manager. She takes a bit of time coming to window all while yelling about what she is doing. She gets to the window and gets a phone call and pulls it out to check it, ignores it and then tells me they do not have more then half my order ready and it will take 10 minutes. Asked if I wanted to cancel so I said yes. Then her coworker chimes in oh we have 1 of 5 missing items, i said forget it. Then coworker says oh we do have 3 of 5 items and she tells him to shush at this point. Cancels my order and I look at the receipt and 1 of my items was not returned. She then asked if I got said item and I said no. So then hadn't even got my full refund and got my cold chicken nuggets. Because I'm sure they were sitting for 20 minutes.

Very average food but if your looking to get filled up on lots of calories a decent choice. Though I will say for fast food the drive through was kind of slow.

Went there twice in the past 2 weeks and couldn't even order st the drive threw. Went to the outside order station and was told to wait and watch 2 cars order and get there food. When I asked I was told, I told you to wait. Awful service to say the least spend over 3 minutes waiting to order the first time and 2 minutes the second time. Plus there was no one in the drive through and they couldn't take my order. I most certainly will never go back to the Baldwin McDonalds again!

Staff was really helpful. Elderly woman can in and was confused with the layout and staff helped her get the order in and made sure she got it when it was done. Another person came in and did not understand the points in app for paying for food, person at counter walked them how to use the points to pay for food.
Both employees could have just let the customer founder but did not.

I have encountered rude employees at this location far to may times. I work in customer service and have see the looks that they give their customers and the way they talk to them. This place was very dirty. Almost every table needed to be cleaned of crumbs. The floor needed to be washed badly and was very slippery. Employee delivered our order to the table but no “thank you”, “is there anything else”, “have a good day”!

Staff was very unfriendly they appeared to be inconvenienced when I ordered a special order. I tried to redeem a free chicken nuggets with points I earned using the app and was told he couldn't honor that and his manager was on break. Our fries we got with our meals were cold and stale. Our burger was ok but have had better at other McDonald's, and finally is the places cleanliness is horrible, there hasn't been a time that we have ate there that the dinning area didn't have tables without food all over them and the floor and the restrooms are close to the same.

The Baldwin, WI McDonald's was fast and friendly. We ordered our meals online and they were ready for when we arrived. The Happy Meals were not missing anything, particularly important for parents. Everything else that were ordered was there too. All was the right temperature (hot food, cold drinks) too!

Lastly, the young man who was operating the window was incredibly friendly and polite. You have to give props to a young person who could be having fun in a Friday night, but is working instead.

The floors are VERY slippery in the store. Maybe using a cleaner to cut the grease would be helpful… an then have three mops (one for the kitchen, one for the dining area and one for the bathrooms).
