Usually I have a Good experience. Never seen the crew from tonight though 8pm 9/22/25. I did a mobile order. First for some reason they decided to shut down and clean the frape machine by 8pm. They replaced it with the new refresher which ended up being warm not iced... Then none of the sandwiches were made correctly. Paid for extra Mac and didn't want lettuce or pickles because of my chewing problem. Everything had pickles. Paid for extra sauce for the wraps for my kiddo and she didn't get that ether everything was dry. Felt like a water 🫤

If you order breakfast on the app make sure you have 30 minutes to wait in line BEFORE 11:00 am. I made the mistake of getting in the drive through line at about 10:58 and by the time anyone at the speaker actually spoke to me it was 11:05. I understood breakfast isn’t served after 11. But being I already placed the order (before 11) and arrived at the location (before 11) they still won’t take it? So it’s my fault their drive through line took too long now somehow. There was one car in front of me I guess I just chose the wrong line because it took minutes for someone to even talk to me. Then they say “okay pull forward” I wait in line and at the window they tell me to cancel my order they don’t serve breakfast after 11. My order was placed, and I was here before then. Not my fault nobody was working speaker.
The lady at the window acted like at 11am a giant McDonalds Ferry comes in and holds the crew hostage to steal ALL the breakfast food until the following day? Weird. This location is terrible they didn’t offer me anything or do anything to help and now I have to wait a WEEK for a refund when it’s their fault? What a joke.

Came through a couple hours ago. The girl at thw first windows was polite, and honestly was the best person I've ever had take my order. She explained the meals very well ans got me a good deal. She also looked presentable, nails done,hair up, etc. I got to the second windows, ans holy Moly the stench was strong. Greasy hair. If I see her I will just pull away. Please take a shower. What in the world. One of the employees looked like they dipped her head in the fry grease and if im being honest she smelled like it too. My car has air fresheners and I could smell the worst smell from the car. I almost drove away because I was (not even jokeing) gagging. However when i reached the second window the people looked decent (that I didnt smell from the car). Formerly my go-to spot in town, but I've resorted to blowing my app points and avoiding this spot. I ordered pretty regularly and the following has been my experience during my last three visits, all between April-May 2025. First, I once received a four-piece mcnugget instead of the new tenders. I had to drive back across town to exchange the items (They didn't let me keep the nugs). Ultimately, not a huge deal and I'm sure this has happened to everyone at some point. The following visit, I ordered two large fries only to find them barely half full and one even had the bottom pushed up a little extra, adding to my disappointment. I understand the fries settle in the bag, but it was a bit suspicious. I thought about writing my review then, but held my tongue. But I felt like my hand was forced after I received stale fries during my most recent visit. I'm hoping there are some new hires that just need a little time to train because I'm pretty disappointed at the sudden drop in quality.

Slow to get our order, then it was incomplete. Stood at counter for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged, people in street clothes were behind the counter putting their orders in. Supposedly they worked there but it wasn’t their shift. Then we had to listen to a verbal altercation with foul language between other customers, nothing done by management to deescalate the situation. Not a pleasant experience for my family.

It seems as though they don't really care about DoorDash orders. On at least 4 separate occasions now, I've ordered ranch sauces only for them to be forgotten. There have also been TWO instances of me ordering a combo meal and the fries are completely missing. I genuinely have no clue how you can mess something up that badly. It really is incredibly disappointing and infuriating. I've had little to no issues coming to the location in person and ordering that way, but as soon as it's a DoorDash order, they seem to forget how to do the most basic things. They really need to get it together when it comes to DoorDash.

We pulled up here for shelter from a thunderstorm and we expected good service considering there weren’t many people here. We used the self ordering station, and were met with the issue of not having a table ticket to grab onto. When we took the matters into our own hands, we ended up sitting down and waiting for 30 minutes wondering where our food was. When the food arrived half of it was cold or frozen drinks were melted. We also didn’t receive a slushie until about an hour after we first sat down. I understand that there was a weather issue and we allotted time for that issue, however we watched many people receive their food, eat, and leave all in the time that we were waiting for a couple of drinks and two chicken nugget meals. Overall, not a great time.

I order $40 $45 dollars in food and in all honesty the only thing made right was our drinks, I call and get a manager that doesn't care! I started to explain by 1st telling her how the fries taste like pure salt. Her response thanks for letting me know. She said it like she didn't care about the current customer but hey don't let it happen to future guests! She didnt ask what she could do to make it right nothing, McDonald's employees need to be retrained on proper customer service and how to cook in general. Stopped by on our way through from Janesville to Monroe Center to get out of a storm this crew was GREAT! They assured us (My 7 yr old son and I) that this was a safe location for storms , once things got bad they never bailed on us. The Manager on duty (I believe his name was Isiah) stood ready at the door to help anyone seeking shelter. He maintained a dry floor put up caution signs . There were 10 of us hiding in the restroom even asking some of his own crew to take shelter while He waited by the door , he checked in with us to reassure thing would be okay. This was a great experience THANK YOU CREW !!!
