I went here and there were no meat on my cheeseburgers, the soda tastes weird, and I specifically asked them to make my order fresh, but they gave us old food. This McDonald's needs to be taken out of business. I should never have to wait for food because this places workers can't follow simple instructions. There's a reason why these people work at McDonald's because McDonald's was the only place that would accept them. Disappointment. I would not recommend.

Paid 28 dollars for a mc-chicken, cheeseburger, and three drinks. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through line, to get my order wrong. It deserves 0 stars and should be torn down and replaced by a much superior Taco Bell. I’d rather have 2 Taco Bell’s kitty corner than this abomination of a “fast food” restaurant. The only thing fast about our experience was how fast we were disappointed.

I ate there for a snack with my family. The staff is very nice. The bathrooms and the store in general was pretty clean and spotless. I had a McChicken for 2.99. Order came very quick. While we were ordering, the items came.

The up charge because it's the "dells" is insane. Other mcdonald's outside the area is cheaper elsewhere. Our family of four breakfasts is usually $26. Service is so slow in the afternoon/evening hours. Also there is no play area. We even had a gift card that usually covers all four of us. Crazy

Went thru drive thru was skipped twice in different lines. ( I moved lines thinking first intercom didn’t work.) expressed my frustration after they finally came on to which I was recieved with them talking about me in Spanish joke was on them I spoke Spanish. They claimed to be busy (2 people ahead of me and both were the ones they skipped me for!) at no point did they apologize and they wrapped up a horrible unprofessional experience by getting my order wrong! Been to this one on our trip to Wis Dells. They charged 2 espresso shots $6.38, when asked why when they charged for caramel macchiato w/2 esp. shots $6.29 they simple said they dont have option in the register so they charge whatever. I mean Starbucks charges around $4 for the same thing. So this was most expensive coffee shots we ever had. And if manager or Mcdonalds marketing team reads this they should consider having espresso shot on the regular menu because there are people out there that simply do not drink filter coffee, would think they should already have it on the menu if they have espresso machine in the store🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️just bad experience from the manager at this location, she did not even offer one espresso shot as curtesy, nothing.

I paid $26 for 2 mcrispy sandwiches and a medium and large fry. I am a tourist visiting Wisconsin and half of the menu was not available which is not likely in most states. I have the McDonald’s app thinking they would have mchicken sandwiches and was told that they didn’t. I already had my coupon and if you have the app you know you can’t use the app again for another 20 minutes to get a code. I ask the young lady can I trade out my code from the mchicken to the crispy since I didn’t know they didn’t have sandwiches. She stated no she couldn’t accommodate that and when I asked, “do you know why they don’t have the mchicken?” She stated,” I don’t know I’m from Jamaica” , even though she was in America. The poorest service and disorganized McDonald’s I been to.
