The food that I got was colder than the weather right now, and I had to use the bathroom and it was so dirty it looked like a bathroom crime scene and my service was just not tolerable or professional at all 😔 the girl Lynne was a really big let down she was very rude and just clearly thinking she above everyone I would never in my life treat customers the way she does, deserves to be fired tbh 😪 it was all just very disappointing I will not go back to this place

TERRIBLE experience. i was with my mom and little brother and we all agreed this was the worst experience of our life. first, it took them 4 minutes to come to the mic to take our order and then we were in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food before i went in and talked to them. then they messed up our sodas and sauce packets. they were swearing in front of the lobby full of customers! when they handed us our food they basically threw it in our car. it was so messy in the lobby and very unprofessional, there was a poor girl waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby just to place her order and nobody came up to her. they repeatedly looked at her (so they clearly saw her) and still didn’t even go to the counter to take her order.

I ordered a Large French Vanilla Iced Coffee, they were taking a while on it.. I seen the employee making it through the window and tell me why the whole cup was filled with dark coffee.. then she walked towards the back and came back with it was a little lighter then she handed it to me and it was so strong pure coffee like what.. I was so upset had to fix it at work and still was very strong added so many things to it idk what the hell was going on in her head but it was pure black coffee not even kidding.

We just went through the drive through at McDonald's on Park Ave. In Beaver Dam. We had a small mix up on our order and the manager Davis, was so professional, apologetic, and fixed the mix up quickly, with a friendly smile during their busy rush hour.

I usually don't like McDonald's that much because the fries are cold and the mchickens are messy. But I mean it when I say this McDonald's is the best one I've been to. The fries were so hot I had to eat them last, and the Mchicken was amazing. Great job guys👍

The young lady at the second window accidentally messed up and gave our order to another person going through the drive through, which is fine, we had our receipt so we gave it over to her so she could remake our food. Instead we got pestered for 10 minutes about, “we’ll why would the other person take your food if it wasn’t theirs” “why did they take your McFlurry if they didn’t order it” I have absolutely not a clue, I didn’t take it, I just wanted the damn food I payed for. She had absolutely no manners, we where still very polite, saying please and thank you, even regardless of the situation and after we got our food she said “have a good day” and went to shut the window on us, only forgetting again that we had a whole large coke ordered that we didn’t get. We got the drink and we said thank you, and before that even finished leaving our mouths the girl slammed the window in our faces, not an apology, not a your welcome, just a rude interaction and an interrogation about why some other family took our food. Food also managed to get stark cold after that interaction aswell, so terrible service, cold food. I think I’ll just drive a little further and go to the other McDonald’s next time.

Employees are dumping cooking grease in the parking lot, which is not only disgusting but also a safety concern because it makes the concrete slick in between some parking spots and the entrance. Not to mention that tracking old cooking grease into your vehicle is highly unsanitary and difficult to clean. Outside of that, it’s a very average McDonald’s - one that I’m certainly not returning to.

Decent place to get delivery from if you don't necessarily care about getting what you ordered. I think I've likely saved some money getting messed-up orders and getting credits/money back for all the mistakes they make here. Deluxe burgers made into plain burgers, hot coffee being given as iced coffee, drinks in the wrong size, and most recently every mcflurry is half unmixed vanilla. Honestly, I'd really prefer to get my correct order instead of getting credits and refunds. But until they fix these issues... Thanks for the discounted wrong food I guess?

But man, at least fix the mcflurry issue. An oreo shamrock mcflurry shouldn't be half unmixed vanilla. That's just lame. Get it together!
