Decided to go drive over to this specific location to see if their ice cream machine was working, surprisingly it was. when I got up to the window, I gave the worker my money which was $.70 And as I waited to get my change back, I got my ice cream cone, which was dripping all over And half the amount of ice cream usually get on a cone. I got my cone. She gave me my receipt and that was it. I was not given my change back and eight cents isn’t a lot And I don’t care that much but it’s poor business to not give someone their change. We have been coming to Belgium Plaza for so 21 years! We’ve gone there every time we go to Door County Wisconsin. So if you are looking for food on the way to your destination. This is a great place to eat at. The food at this McDonalds was so amazing and so were our drinks!! We also go to the gas station that is right next door where you can get some goodies!!! The atmosphere was great because this one is really nice! You can still get happy meal toys for the little ones and a lot of other stuff. Highly recommend!!!

We've stopped at this location a few times in passing, and the service is continuously slow. Not once are we able to get our food at the window. We're always told to pull up and wait along with multiple vehicles before and after us. This time, we ordered 3 meals, 4 extra burgers, and a 20-piece chicken nuggets, and we waited almost 20 minutes. When I called to see what the issue was. I used the self service screen to order a medium fry, cheeseburger(no meat), ketchup packets, sweet and sour sauce, bbq sauce, a large coke and an Oreo McFlurry with caramel syrup. I checked as my order popped up on the screen and was the only one “in progress” and two customers in the drive through with orders on the screen as “complete.” I waited a reasonable amount of time which 5 employees stood in a circle talking, eventually a high-school aged teen set my bag down stating the sauce and everything was in there. I checked the bag and it appeared the food was there and so was the sauce. She walked away and I called her back over asking about the soda and the McFlurry (honest mistake I’ve worked in fast food and for some reason drinks are always difficult to remember!) I went over to drink machine which was out of ice, oh well, although the coke was flat and lukewarm: I sat my items received down at a table and sat. After waiting some time I went up to the counter to remixed them I was there as they stood in a circle and talked. A young man stood and mixed the carmel on completely. When I sat down there was no spoon in the bag and the sweet and sour wwjd I was lmm

What in the hell did they do with the old cups?! Now they are plastic and the covers? You better remember to ask for a straw because now, you pull open a tab on the top, fold it over and lock it into place. This, gives you a mouthful of ice and makes it hard to get just your drink. I'm glad I wasn't driving or I would have had a big mess. I'll take a cardboard straw over this new malfunction any day. Oh, and remember to ask for napkins with your straw, too! After requesting not to go park by the shed, ( the shed is the drive thru #2 parking space and it must mean that no one can walk 40 feet to deliver your food.) Had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. The poor manager there was running around trying to answer drive thru, make food, bag food, service the front, run food out to cars all by himself. This wasn't because of staffing issues as they had at least 4 other employees there because a different employee mentioned everyone working. They were just all standing around doing NOTHING.
