We literally live 3 minutes down the road, tell me why we got luke warm burgers and cold stale fries? I dont understand. Maybe the manager should make their employees eat cold stale fries and luke warm burgers...see how they like eating it. Get better!

In the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes just to even pay and get my single item a large REGULAR Coke, take a drink while I drive away and it’s a diet. This has happens to me all the time! I try to remember to drink it before I drive off, but I don’t always remember. the service at this McDonald’s sucks! there’s always a huge line in the drive-through and you wait! so now I will have been in this drive-through line a total of 30 minutes because they can’t get one item correct! when you call, nobody answers the phone either

The people that was working there today, had people waiting for 30 minutes for their food including me I think someone have to fix this problem or you might be losing customers, there was person ask for their money back, another one was waiting for their food before we got and we had to wait almost 30 minutes too, this not ok

I’m looking to invest. I was one of three customers that drove off without being served but yet you’re still in business. That business model is guaranteed to win even if you don’t take customers money! I can’t tell if it’s too good to be true, or you have David Copperfeild on the payroll magically making money instead of breakfast sandwiches.
3 stars because I’ve had good experiences with this McDonald’s before. It’s not all bad, everybody has a day once in a while. A matter a fact there’s a lady that cleans the dinning she has gone above my expectations and is really nice. I appreciate her attention to detail making sure customers have a clean, enjoyable place to eat. She pushed this up to 4 stars.

Crappy place. I sit in the drive thru watching people go thru dt #1, one after the other. I sat there and watched 4 people go thru before me. All I wanted was a coke. Just save yourself a trip and dont go to this location. Floor is always slippery like a slip n' slide, food is always cold or missing and there's not a single good manager. Staff always has attitude and acts like they hate their job more than anything. Receipt paper is never filled for self service kiosks, ice dispencer has mold on it. Had the same guy at drive through 2 times, first time was rude when we corrected him on the order name, it clearly said "Kyle" not Kylie. When we went through the second time he was rude again and then ripped the survey QR code off of the bottom of the receipt so we couldn't give him a bad review.

This is one of the most consistent, clean, friendly stores in the area. When ordering on the app. My order is always correct, made fresh, and brought out in a timely manner. The morning gals are always cheerful and dressed appropriately. This speaks volumes as I will drive by most McDonald's anymore.

I went in today and ordered a Big Mac meal. When I got my food it had extra things in the bag. I was getting my drink and another customer was missing food. The manager then told him that she put his food in one of the bags that were on the counter. I then had to take the food out of my bag and give it to the random customer. This place is a joke.

I was here today and saw a 16 year old employee on the ground behind the counter. I asked if she was okay and was told by the *manager* that she was. Quickly after that, she was in the lobby. Obviously in distress. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was okay but in pain. She had some prior health issues and the cold from the drive through intensified these. She was visibly upset and crying. I got her water and sat with her for about 20 minutes to make sure she was okay. Somewhere in there her *manager* came up and asked to speak with her privately. She talked to him and came back and told me that he told her she should *take a longer break*
I told the manager she would be going home and he should be ashamed of himself for even suggesting she continue working.
I told her she has better opportunities elsewhere and should seek them out.
Disgusting.
I will not be coming back here. Ever.

I came through drive thru with my granddaughter a couple nights ago and she ordered the Chicken Big Mac meal. The chicken was so hard and it wasn’t even lukewarm, so she only ate part of it. I decided I’d try it again. After sitting in drive thru for about 20 minutes, I thought maybe my food would at least be hot. It was not. My fries were stale tasting and only warm, and my sandwich was cold. The chicken for the Chicken Big Mac was so horrible. It, again, was so hard and just so unappetizing. I wanted to take it back but I didn’t feel like waiting in line all over again so this was a waste of my money. This McDonalds is honestly the very worst one I have ever been to. The food is always cold. Because the food is always cold I always have to ask them to make it fresh. The last time I came here I ordered fresh chicken nuggets. They were warm but they were like rubber and hard so definitely they had been heated up instead of made fresh. There are so many horrible reviews about this place I just cannot believe that this continues and nothing ever changes.

Updated on 10-24-2024 one of the employees threaded us for no reason other then the fact he thought he was big and bad which is crazy cause all we did was pull up to the speaker at drive threw. We didnt even get to say anything at all. Idk who they hear at this location but at this point they need to complete fire the whole crew and start over because it's obvious that the crew now hate their jobs and don't don't care about customers at all.
I would give this location no star if I could. I stood in there for 15 minutes before anyone at all said anything or even looked at me. The manager on duty really needs to be better trained in customer service

Yeah, there were 7 cars waiting for orders at 11:25pm & none of us got our order taken. It's Sunday & it says they don't close till midnight & the app even took our order. The manager who is some skinny dude who always looks like he's high on the job was quickly counting the drawers at 11:28pm. We all saw him. All of the cars that were waiting to get our order taken. They could've told us that they were closing but instead they all walked to their cars while leaving us at the drive thru. This place needs better employees. So... I had to take my burger back up to the counter because it was literally swimming in ketchup. There was a hair in it, and there were no onions on it. This is the burger they then gave me. It had burnt buns, cold cheese and they put a veritable ton of onions between the two meat patties. There were no napkins to be found anywhere, including the playplace, near the beverage fountains or my bag. I usually recieve good food and service here but not this time. It was terrible.

Most of the tome they get your order right. But I would DEFINITELY check before you go especially at night.
They do take while to take your order in you go in to order so use the app if your able to or go to the drive through.
The play place equipment is clean. The tables are a give or take if they had time to clean it or not. Also the coloring station is almost never stocked and that may also be people taking them all. It is also quite cold in there as the vents blow right on you when you eat. But I'm sure it helps it to not stink in there as well.
If there is a line you will almost never get your food when you get to the window and will have to pull up. But also I know I'm the past they are short staffed allot as well.

Waited 40 minutes for 3 happy meals and a burger. Went to ask about order and manager yelled from the kitchen “I’ll get to it when I get to it”. Then when I asked nicely for a refund she acted put out, and complained about how the food was going to come out while she processed my refund and that her numbers were going to be off. No apology, no explanation as to why 4 other families and two individuals got their food before me when they ordered after me. I wasn’t the only one who had been waiting either. It was an entire dining room of upset customers. Horrible customer service. We will not be back. The manager has multicolored hair, didn’t catch her name tag.
We had been there earlier in the week and they completely messed up our drive through order. Also overcharged me. I figured we would give them another try since the manager then blamed her new employee for not knowing the system.. Bad choice. Should have known if the manager is blaming her own employees something is off. Sad environment.

Waited for a pick up order that was already done and try to come pick it up md the doors was locked had to go to the drive thru to tell them the doors are locked was told to pull too second window waited another 10 minutes then had to go inside and now the doors are unlocked all of a sudden asked for my order they been in front of the baggers the whole time smh RIDICULOUS

I have no idea when this McDonald’s opens. It says 4:30 am on Google but I’ve been there at 5:15 am and the drive through is not operational. When they’re open food is solid doe.

I just don’t recommend ordering curbside pick up because even though it says 2-3 minutes they do your order last so you sit for 20-30 minutes waiting and you can’t leave because you already had payed then the car that gets there after you gets their food first

Don’t try to go early in the morning, you will literally be ignored by the woman with long hair. Sat in the drive thru and thought maybe no one was in there and when driving passed the window the woman blatantly saw me so we wrapped back around and sat again and nothing did not end up getting to eat here.

This McDonald’s is the only corporate store in Beloit and you can definitely tell the difference.
The orders are almost always accurate, the staff is friendly and professional, and the ice cream machine seems to always work.
If only corporate would take over the other stores in Beloit…

I’ve only gone in to eat twice and some of the tables are clean, I appreciate the worker bringing the food to the table! It’s nice and quiet but I rather do drive thru, sauces will be forgotten occasionally but the food is always fresh and the fries are always salty to my liking so I don’t even mind going back around or inside for them
