I don't usually prefer McDonald's but this was a great experience. Best biscuit I ever had at a McDonald's or anywhere. Good coffee great hash brown. Not just "good, for a McDonald's," but really for anywhere. If only they were all this good. Biscuit was moist, held together and melted in the mouth. Good biscuit flavor. The hash browns were buttery in flavor. I'm not used to that at McDonald's. Will have to move them up a spot on my list of places to go.

This was a quick stop at the Berlin , Wi. Location for 2 regular cheeseburgers . They had me " pull up " and wait over 10 minutes !!! Every car that went through had to do the same . Placed a Mobile order. Got the email confirming my order as well as the text message confirming that my credit card was charged for the order. Pull into the drive through to check in and get food. The drive through attendant was having an issue pulling up the order. They asked me to pull up to the first window to try to figure it out. Did that and she tried to figure it out but they couldn't. I asked if someone else was in that could resolve issue. But was told no. I decided to park the vehicle and go into restaurant with phone and resolve issue. Was more or less made to feel like an idiot or like someone who didn't know what they were doing. Showed her the order confirmation email that specified that location as well as the correct date and time as well as the charge for the food. Was told sorry nothing we can do you can click contact us in the email. Mind you I ordered food. Got charged for food but left with no food..
The sad part is they don't seem to care because the fast food choices are limited in Berlin..

Drive-through is a joke. You never get your food from the delivery window anymore. They have you pull into an empty stall to keep there drive through times down and cheat the system to make it look like they have fast drive though times, but they still take 10-20mins to bring out your food. A couple of times, we have had to go inside after an extremely long wait time to find out they either forgot about or ordered or gave it to a different vehicle waiting.

Fast food is always horrible for you so it always gets a maximum of three stars on the food rating the service I’d say seven out of 10 times is good and with a smile and other times you get kids with an attitude but I mean it’s fast food what are you gonna do, the atmosphere could be a little bit cleaner, especially in the kids play area. I don’t think they go in and check those tables often enough because every time I’ve brought my grandkids there all the tables are dirty, even though there’s nobody in there at the time half the time, but other than that, it’s a good place For some naughty fast food, or to entertain my grandkids on a rainy day if they wanted to go to the park and we needed to get out of the house

This location is subpar at best. Ordered the 5.00 mcchicken meal with bbq sauce, nuggets, a no salt fry and a milk. The mcchicken was soggy, covered in mayo outside the bun, brown lettuce. The nuggets were half cooked, no milk came to the table, and the fries were salted. Go back up and complain they hand us a new fry and claim it’s unsalted, just to find it has salt on it AGAIN. We also ordered the McDouble meal with sweet and sour and were handed ranch. This is the third time now that our food has been undercooked, sloppy or just not put together right. The manager is rude to her employees and needs to go. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and will not be visiting again.

Once again I had horrible service at the drive thru window in Berlin wi with a woman named kathy who was extremely rude. At the drive thru she didn't tell me how much my order was, didn't tell me what window to go to and was rude to me when I got up there refusing to barely hand me my drink. If Taco Bell was open in the morning, I would definitely go there. Can't trust that place with people like that working there. Ordered a qp w/cheese and medium fry. Took payment fine. Pulled up to pick up window where 6 or more employees were either standing or walking in circles for no apparent reason. Guy comes to the window and says we will need to pull up and wait. We had been at the window for nearly 5 minutes so I replied "for a burger and fries?". Then he asked if we were the phone in order. A manager who overheard said, "here is his order." Which was shoved through the window. I drove off and the man in the wheelchair said, "they didn't give me any fries." I drove around the building and asked for a manager. I explained how my passenger didn't get his fries. Without and apology she thrust the fries. This is the kind of treatment you get when you pay $15 an hour for a simple, entry level, no brainer type job. This guy has not had McDonald's in some time because he's in a nursing care facility. He was shocked that his burger had nearly doubled in price.

Check your food before you leave. Not even joking but 9 out of 10 orders are missing something. Especially the sauces!! This is a McDonald's. They have national standards. This location follows them. To start, breakfast. Ends at 10:30am. The rest of the day is the standard. They have the Happy Meals with the kiddie toys regularly available. Sandwiches and McNuggets always good. They have the dipping sauces always ready. Ice cream machine is usually blessed with the Power of the Machine Spirit. Clean and friendly and timely. Drive thru is organized and civil. Restrooms were never steaming heaps of waste mountains. No kids Play Place at this one. Overall, 5 star dining experience without the price and complicated menu. Cheers!

The GM that has been there for years should be replaced with someone more competent.
