Drive thru dont speak English also couldn't take the right order after several attempts for 3 simple meal orders. Then gave wrong food and half the order and pretended like it was my fault also never gave me a receipt. Payed extra for the the sandwichs the kids wanted. Got home and those where also not what I ordered and still didn't give me a receipt.
This happens alot here apparently!!!!

The workers hardly spoke English. They got are order wrong a bunch. We ordered 2 #7s and they only gave us 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fry. It was supposed to be 4 burgers and 2 fries. They did not give us a receipt and said the printer broke but we don’t believe it. We also ordered the burgers plain but they all had everything in it. Vary bad experience and definitely would not go here

It’s been a long time since I’ve had fast food but I needed something quick today at work and I instantly regretted it. I asked for two McChicken‘s which I believe is normally two for around four dollars. She charged me $2.82 because she said I only ordered one, so I said OK I’ll order another one and she wanted to charge me another $2.82. Incompetent, why can’t you charge me the difference, you’re a freaking billion dollar company.

We were starving and nothing was open. Pouring rain, cold and hungry. Three things that do not go together well. I must admit McDonalds is a last resort for food. I won’t go into that, but when you’re hungry anything does.

At 12:30 in the morning it’s drive through only. When we arrived there were a ton of people jammed into two lanes. Here’s where the five star overall rating comes in. The lines moved fast, the order was accurate, and the most importantly, the kids working were friendly and efficient. We received our food fast, hot, and well, it’s McDonalds. What else can you say. They scored on the important stuff and that’s all that matters. I’d recommend this location l, which sits across from State Fair Park as long as the service remains top notch and the lines move.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 Happy meals with water. The sign clearly posted water as an option and when we got to the window the Manager called me a liar and said we needed to pay extra for the water or order something else to drink.
We then switched to apple juice and the Manager says have a great day in the most sarcastic way. As 3 of the coworkers stand there watching her to see how she handles it. There was a teaching moment for a Manager and she Blew it.

We pulled up to this McDonalds at 10:45 pm on Saturday May 25, 2024. One car ahead of us and listened as noone answered. They drove away and we pulled up to speaker and same thing. We pulled up to window and saw a girl duck behind equipment. Shame on the manager for allowing staff to do this. They close at 11pm, so they clearly didnt want to work. They screw up my meal on 4/29. I call and give them my Mobil order details. Explained to them ALL of my food was literally ice cold and the McGriddle was hard like they forgot to heat or cook them. A very nice Spanish manager told me come in tomorrow 4/30. He didn’t write down my name and he had a very strong accent and I couldn’t understand his name. I went in this morning 4/30 and explained the entire situation just like I’m writing this out. The female manager (what an absolute B!%CH) whom must hate her job and life gave me such a difficult time, wasted my morning and just made the first screw up worse told me go away come back later. My jaw dropped as I sat in the line just blown away. I hate to admit I come here twice a day most days of the week. What an absolute joke of a business and to think McDonald’s and the owner allow this to happen is mind blowing. What a disappointment and I will go elsewhere every single day instead of here. Forget their app and everything else. Crazy to lose a customer for life but that’s what they did. Good job McDonald’s!!!

The only reason why this place gets 1 star is because you have to. Went there today with a large group of people and numerous small children. Requested extra sauces (not an absurd amount) and was told I would be charged for them. That is unbelievable. I purchased a Big Mac and two 10 piece nuggets and the cost was nearly 20$. Then you want to charge me for extra BBQ sauce ?! That’s laughable. I asked to speak with the manager, Kee, and she was rude and condescending.
Not to mention the facility was filthy. Instead of arguing with customers over BBQ sauce, I recommend that Kee cleans the bathroom and tables for her unhappy customers.

I feel this is one of the nicer McDonald's. There are two drive throughs and lots of parking spaces. The inside has lots of seating and feels very spacious. There's a play area for children, which is separated from most of the other seating. We ordered our food through a kiosk and the staff promptly brought our food out to us.

Horrible experience, Bread on the Big Mac was hard, the fries where old, soggy and cold, the nuggets (20 piece) were cold and hard. One nugget had a black fly or roach cooked into it. I was told this was normal by "Frank", the manager . Probably not his real name. Then he proceeded to speak Spanish while taking my complaint, while his co-workers laughed and smirked while looking at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do have photos of the "McDonalds experience" and will upload. This is not the first time getting horrible food from this establishment.

The place was totally empty at 7pm on a Tuesday night...now I know why! The fries were cold, nothing worse than cold fries. My "Deluxe" Crispy chicken sandwich was anything but deluxe. First the chicken patty was so small it didn't even touch any of the edges of the diminutive bun. Looking at any of the pictures in the place showed a large patty hanging off the edges of the bun(false advertising?)... very,very disappointed! The "large" tomato slice was the size of a quarter! Then the mayo n lettuce was a small spoon full on the top bun all located at the edge of the bun. I had to spread it around with one of my cold fries. At least that reached the edge of the bun... And don't get me started on your customer kiosk which is anything but easy to use. I couldn't find my favorite Carmel frappe! I will NEVER return to this location...and I doubt I will ever patronize ANY McDonald's again! Everything has gone downhill drastically!

Went here to get my daughter and 2 nieces kids meals with the Pokemon toy and they didn't give us the Pokemon toy. When I asked the guy and girl about it, they told me they don't have any. Then changed their answer to, they have the toy but aren't giving them out. Instead, they gave us an old Nerf toy that my daughter and nieces won't even play with. Was disappointed in my last visit. First, if I wanted extra Mayo on my mcchicken it cost 30 cents. But Mayo packets are free. That doesn’t make much sense. But the Mayo packers I requested got forgotten. The bun on both my sandwiches was literally hard. They were also dried out. There’s also an inconsistency with drinks for mobile orders here. Sometimes I’m handed a drink ready to go and sometimes an empty cup. Is there a standard for mobile app orders?

Bought 3 kids meals for the kids from the drive thru. One was a hamburger happy meal with ketchup only, got home and the burger had everything on it so had to scrape everything off for him. The other two were 6 pc chicken nuggets, got home about 5 minutes away and the nuggets were dry and pretty hard and there was no dipping sauces as ordered.

First off if you can’t get water out of the bathroom sinks, this pretty much guarantees none of the employees that handle your food are washing their hands …

Why can you never place a mobile order with this location and why are the self-service kiosks always out of order here? You can never use your points or discount codes at this location because the people at the cash registers are clueless and there is a massive communication barrier…

And why is it no matter what time of day, what day of the week, you’re stopping here? The place is filthy, dirty, and not a single clean table no matter how slow it is?

Summary: Slow service. Building locked in the middle of the day???! Curbside ordering requires that you go inside to retrieve your order. If you can't properly serve customers, you should just close.

Stopped on a road trip to get a large french fry. I ordered for curbside pickup in the app since my children were both sleeping in the car. Ten minutes later, both kids are awake and screaming because we've been stopped so long. I tried to go into the building to check on our order. It was the middle of the day and the drive thru side door was locked. I had to walk through the flow of parking lot traffic, around the building, where I found another door to also be locked. The third one was locked, too, but not closed. What fast food restaurant locks their doors in the middle of the day??! No one came to the register while I waited but someone did eventually bring my food over to me. If I'd known that curbside ordering would mean I'd have to wait 10 minutes, wander through the parking lot, and come inside to get my order, I wouldn't have bothered. What a waste of my time.

Ok, so we stopped at the Subway next door for some sandwiches, but the kids want McDonald's so we stop there for some happy meals and a quarter pounder for my father-in-law. We pull up to the drive through at 5:30 and they tell us someone will be with us shortly. After waiting for several minutes of silence, we decide to go inside and order. Now the waiting begins. After seeing several more orders pile up and seeing no sense of urgency out of the McD's crew, we start to wonder if we'll ever see those chicken nuggets. The steady stream of customers coming back to complain about mistakes in their order did nothing to instill confidence. Finally, number 224 is called and after checking our order, we see they got it right, just in time to walk out at 6:02. Longest I've ever waited for fast food. Could've gone to plenty of sit down restaurants and gotten our food faster.

We went through the drive through at 9:20am on April 13th, the woman taking orders seemed slightly confused but as we pulled away it seemed that she understood that we had one mobile order and one drive through order. Once we arrived at the window to pick up our food, the mobile order didn’t exist, we told the man that we put the order through and that the lady taking orders acknowledged it, to which his response was more confusion and after telling him multiple times that we put the order through his best response was “sorry I don’t see it man”. So after more arguing since the order was paid for and it was owed to us the woman that took the order starts walking towards the window and assuming neither of us knows Spanish starts blurting out words to her coworker, one of them referring to my friend as a pendejo. After she realized that we understood what she said she proceeds to slam the window closed on us. The man finally opens the window and gives us our order with no acknowledgment. This McDonald’s should work on training employees to actually understand how to do their job and not cuss customers out in a different language when they screw something up.

I went through the drive thru for a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal. Drove up, order immediately taken and placed, paid through the app, order was ready at window. Hot and fresh! What totally impressed me was, I was greeted at the window, eye contact made, order placed in my hand and not left in window, and the young lady actually said thank you and have a good evening. This McDonald's could be / should be the Midwest training facility on crew members etiquette and protocol.

I visited the Big Bend McDonald's the morning of 3/4/23. It was possibly the filthiest restaurant I've ever seen, and that's saying something. The service was poor and the staff looked unprofessional. The food was as it should be, thus the 2 star rating instead of just 1.

I've gone through the for cappuccinos on two separate occasions. Each time the person taking the order repeated my order back that it is cappuccinos. When I go to get the drinks they try to give me frappes and are clearly annoyed when I tell them that wasn't my order. I then have had to pull up and wait even longer while they make the correct order. I've learned my lesson and won't be back.

Had to use kiosk no one came to counter, then they brought ice cream, when food was done, they yelled across the restaurant to come and get it. Didn’t bring fountain drink, pointed to cups and soda machine. While eating, you could here a group of employees talking, they were disgruntled about their working environment, one of the guys like dropping F bombs in which raised my daughter’s eye brows, and mine. Clearly no one really responsible enough to run the show.

Well I’m leaving my review here since I never heard back from anyone (management nor corporate) Don’t come here as a POC. I was literally ignored when I walked in. Two people looked at me and walked away. So I had to order through the kiosk behind me. One minute later a Caucasian man walks in and is greeted with his order taken right away. I was given my food from the only guy who seemed to want to say something but I never received my drink either. I wanted and should have said something but I think I was just so emotional, embarrassed and hurt, especially being pregnant, I did not want to make a scene. I will never go to this location ever again. They are horrible.
