In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Literally the slowest “FAST FOOD” location I’ve ever been to. After waiting 30 minutes for my order they forgot my sauces and my fries. Asked for them to get them for me and waited another 20 just for that. At the end of the day I would rather go to Olive Garden on a Saturday night during HOMECOMING night than come here during the week.

I ordered two bacon bagel meals and two apple pies I waited 30 mins in drive threw in spot two the car behind me got sick of watting and went in to get her money back to be told she could not and had to wait…as we wait for our food we watch 6 cars behind us get there food and drive away…I called the store and the manager Amanda told me that they have new people on the grill and then she just hung up on me..first of make sure u people are comfortable being on there own before u put them there as one of the kids said he only had four hrs of training..after finally getting my food it was wrong so she brought me the right food and before I left I looked to make sure and nope wrong I went in to get what I was missing and Amanda was at the front and she just shoved my bag at me after I complained…she should not be a manager at all she has no personality and no people skills at all…ur customers are to come first I know as I am a manger myself and you should always try to make ur customers happy but she was so rude…please make sure ur employees are trained fully before putting them on there own…just rude customer service…

And your employee with the disgusting make up who told my finance she's stressed and go back through the drive through when we canceled the order and made it for counter she lied to my face and told me to leave?

Ive had soggy nuggest 4 times now. There's flies and the worst service known to man. You mam shouldn't have a job at all and PUT GLOVES ON FOR GOODNESS SAKE, as if your attitude didn't suck enough.

$60 waiting on a refund and more soggy nuggets with whatever was on her hands which are as nasty as her attitude. Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to manitowoc no second thought.

Just came through here to get some fries with my deal in the app. To the manager who handed us the food, lose the attitude! Very rude and not friendly at all. Especially when I called to complain to the manager and found out it was her who handed us the food and she kept cutting me off on the phone to the point where I just hung up because it doesn’t pay to talk to a brick wall. Lose the attitude! There’s no reason for it! Customers like us pay your paycheck! Kindness is not hard!!! If you hate your job that much, quit! Our bag was full of grease and the fry container, too. Soaked. I’d post a picture but can’t.

As a hard-working employee of McDonald’s in Oshkosh, I think it is a disgrace and is very sad that this location does not participate in the 30% McDonald’s employee discount program. So glad you care more about money than McDonald’s employees. I will take my business to Manitowoc where they do participate in the program and appreciate their employees. Thanks but no thanks.

One of the few places to eat around town and this place needs better management, most of the workers are high schoolers and they seem to try to do their best to fullfill the orders of customers, but management shows no type of lidership or organisation, there is one manager that stands out the most for being super rude with customera, has really bad temper and always closes a half hour early before the end of the shift, I myself had arguments with her before over ordering online she would not make my order since it was "pre paid already" even though its the way I have place orders online for the past years, amanda really needs to either find a new job or do the job the proper way and with a better attitude and make their custumores feel welcome.

Current Update:
We intended to place an order at the counter, but the individual assisting us was quite impatient when I inquired about a grilled chicken option, which they didn't have. Their customer service lacked the warmth and professionalism you'd anticipate. Consequently, we left without ordering. It's challenging to support a business like that.

Previous Update:
The fries were excessively salty. We ordered two cheeseburgers, but they forgot to include the meat. The staff did rectify the mistake, and were accommodating in fixing the missing meat in the burgers.

I typically don't write reviews but this behavior was disgusting and disturbing. I ordered a value meal and then kids meals for my kids through the drive-thru. I asked for ketchup for their sauce for their chicken nuggets. When I was at the window I politely asked the girl if I could have some ketchup for my fries. I am assuming it might have been the manager Sunday, 8/4 or the guy was wearing a gray shirt but he rudely handed me ketchup and told me that there was about 20 packets in the chicken nuggets Happy meals. I didn't go through every box ( Plus this was for my meal)and I told them sorry I didn't see that he proceeded to say "cuz you didn't even look". Which I'm pretty sure there was an f word before even. You could tell the girl working was mortified and told me to ignore his behavior but it was disgusting and I would think twice about this McDonald's due to that behavior. Especially when you have small children in the vehicle confused on why he yelled at me, and they could hear everything 😔

This review has been a long time coming. I've given them chance after chance to improve, spoken with managers and staff but nothing has gotten better. Where do I start? Long waits, rude staff, inaccurate orders 9 out of 10 times (no exaggeration there), serious health concerns (I'll get to that part). I go through the drive-thru here almost every day for iced coffee and often something to eat on my way to work. I stopped ordering food for the most part because I know that whatever I order is not going to be what I get. Lately the iced coffee has had almost no flavor, tastes like it's mostly water. When I say that they mess up orders let me just clarify that these aren't complicated orders either. For example, a cheeseburger with only ketchup. That single thing alone has been messed up all but two times. There are almost always onions on it as well. I don't understand how you could mess this up every single time. Especially when there's maybe one car in the drive-thru behind me and a few people in the restaurant. There are multiple drive-through staff that are completely rude and talk to you like you're an idiot. My suggestion is that if you don't like the service industry or dealing with customers, find a job where you don't have to do that. The biggest concern of all for me though was one day the drive-thru was pretty busy and nobody was inside so I went in. Big mistake. A young man came out of the bathroom with the cleaning supplies toilet brush in A young man came out of the bathroom with the cleaning supplies, freshly used toilet brush in hand, no gloves, and he set the toilet cleaning supplies on the order pickup counter. He then went straight to bagging up somebody's meal. Again, NO GLOVES. Maybe he washed his hands on the way out of the bathroom, but I doubt it. When he came back to get the cleaning supplies I said "hey buddy you should probably move the toilet cleaning supplies off of the counter where you place the food before your supervisor sees that." His response, and this is verbatim, a small chuckle and then "Oh, this isn't that kind of restaurant." Needless to say I lost my appetite, took my iced coffee and tossed my food in the trash after leaving. I worked at McDonald's when I was 14 or 15 and it was probably the easiest job I've ever had. I'm not saying that there aren't difficult days there or things that could potentially make the job harder but there's a reason it's a lot of kids first job. It's easy. Fast paced, yes. Difficult customers sometimes, yes. But the beauty of our country is that if you don't like something you can change it, including your job. I am officially done going to this McDonald's for good. Hopefully the owner reads this and decides to make some changes. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place.

We went to the brillion mcdonalds last week and the spicy mcrispy was so fatty and hard I couldn't even chew it I had to throw the whole thing away. Leaving 0 stars for the horrendous “manager” Maddy. They were extremely busy so I was super patient and understanding. When I got up to the 2nd window (which was open) I could hear the “manager” on the phone with a customer in which they had messed up an order for. She was extremely rude to this person. After the call ended she and another worker were complaining about this customer and took zero accountability for their mess up. After sitting at the window for about 4 minutes listening to their complaining about this customer, I couldn’t take it anymore and piped up stating that they are extremely unprofessional and rude and that is not how people in customer service should be acting. The “manager” pretty much got in my face and I asked for her manager, in which she just kept replying she was the manager. I demanded a phone number for upper management at this point. They closed the window, I waited another extended amount of time and they gave me a ripped portion of bag with a 1-800 phone number-which is just for customer service. Then gave me my food which was missing food! So I said I’m missing food, and they threw another fit! Finally got the burger I was missing, got home to find out the bacon I paid an extra $2 for was not even on the burger. So I called (phone was not answered for 2 minutes) acted like I was not a part of the confrontation that happened about a half hour earlier, I spoke kind and gentle and was told to come back and get the burger. I was already home, 20 minutes away. She was snotty, so I asked for her name so I could call in the morning and talk to a different manager. She said she did not have to disclose her name, but Google does wonders-I was able to find her first and last name. She just graduated last year which would explain her lack of maturity, being courteous and disgusting acts of “professionalism”. Customer service is not her forte. I’m extremely disappointed and was terrified to eat my food, so I didn’t. Just terrible.

We arrived 1/2 hour before close. We weren’t able to get anything because all of the machines had been shut down for cleaning already. We were told, “Well we close in 25 minutes.” Couldn’t get ice cream, couldn’t get coffee, and there were only three cookies left. What a joke. If you are open till 10, all your machines should be functioning until 10:00. We continued our road trip without food🙄.
