Normally, I don’t complain, but this used to be one of my favorite locations. I even drive 15–20 minutes just to come here because the food was always fresh. Unfortunately, this is now the fourth time I’ve received old food. It’s obvious when items are just refried and reused, and today was my breaking point.

I usually don’t complain about fast food, but with how expensive it has become, there is no reason customers should be served reheated food that could potentially make them sick. That’s why I’m speaking up today.

My son and I stopped by, and the chicken nuggets we received were clearly old we had to take them back. My fish sandwich was also refried and hard, which is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that there was no line and the restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no reason not to prepare fresh food.

Customers spend their hard earned money and deserve food that is freshly made to order. Something needs to be done about this, because the quality has dropped dramatically compared to the past.

Ordered a burger, fries, a soda and a coffee. The lady at the speaker would cut me off and complete my order every time I said an item. Didn’t ask if there was anything else. Anyways I pay, get my food. Realize I didn’t get my coffee so I go right back in. They tell me “they can’t get the coffee machine to work” and offer me a drink $3 less than the value of the one I was getting. I said no… they couldn’t help me. Got 3 cheeseburger meals with medium shamrock shakes. The total was over $34. So…..that was ridiculous.

Food tasted as expected. Burgers were flat and bland but normal I guess. The shamrock shakes were good, which was the main reason for stopping.

The woman at the window where we picked up our food was cold and rude. It was not busy when we stopped - middle afternoon March 17 - parking lot and drive thru had surprisingly few cars. But she would not speak to me. She just stared and handed me the bag and shakes. I said thanks as she handed me each item. She was not rushing around, she just looked pi**ed off. At me, at her job, who knows. I don’t get it. How hard is it to say ‘have a good day,’ ‘thanks,’ just acknowledge I spoke to you….it’s honestly embarrassing. I worked these kinds of jobs for years when I was around the age of the woman serving me. And I was paid a LOT less than they’re paid now. I couldn’t afford the expensive hairdo or nails she had when I was her age. But I can’t imagine not smiling and saying thanks. And wouldn’t dream of at least replying if someone talked to me. It’s not difficult to be kind.

I’m glad the shake machine worked, but next time I want to blow $34 on crap food I won’t go here.

CAUGHT IN THE ACT! This morning I went to this location on Moreland and Bluemound in Brookfield Wisconsin where my order totalled 14.03 and I handed the manager who was working the window a 50 dollar bill. My change should have been 35.97 but after counting it I realized I was only given 30.97 in all fives. Apon going into the lobby to see if there was some sort of mistake, the manager went to the register without question or hesitation and pulled out 5 dollars and handed it to me. She didn't even look back to see if she made a mistake which leads me to believe she knew she took it, and my guess is that this isn't the first time OR the last.

If I could give negative stars I would, this location is not even worth 1 star! Walked in ordered food on kiosk, went to find a table ALL tables dirty, cleaned one off sat down and noticed ANTS under the table. Waited 20 min then finally went to counter and checked on food, they couldn't find the order ticket, so waited 10 more min, while waiting guy from drive thru came and waited 10 min for an apple pie and hash brown that was missing from his bag. In the mean time one of the workers decided to take a break even tho the lobby was full of people waiting for orders. When got food finally the manager was very rude when I asked for our cups and a water cup. Older couple went to counter and was ignored after waiting 5 min and yelling to back asking for help, when finally was helped the manager was just as rude to them. Also heard the manager being rude to the workers in back "How you going to be a manager if you can't get anything right". I will be contacting someone higher because this is not acceptable and honestly the worst experience I have ever had any a McDonalds!

Not sure what lady was working the drive thru on the morning of 9/16, but I would advise you keep her off that duty. She didn’t handle both drive thru lines efficiently (paying more attention to one side) and had a terrible attitude. I go pretty much every morning for coffee. I won’t be going back to that attitude though.

Review Edit: it appears that it was a case of both the employee and me having just a bad day. I should take blame for my part of the interaction, as I was pressed for time and a bit impatient. I’ve been back several times since and have always received outstanding service, and my coffee order is handled in a very prompt manner.

McDonald's building very different from the usual and hidden back behind multiple trees. The small in and out signs with only the arches symbol is about your only sign this is a McDonald's. Guessing retarded building/sign codes for area have caused such a treatment for this site. I decided to stop by for a quick snack here. I ordered a doubles cheeseburger, large fry with ranch and when I pulled up the window I politely asked why there was a charge for “extra sauce packets” because I was unaware that this location started charging for sauces. When I asked the two employees laughed in my face when I was genuinely asking a question. I then receive my food and there are no pickles, mustard, or onions on the burger just the tiniest bit of ketchup. I don’t know if this was accidental or purposeful. I went through the drive through to order an ores shamrock shake, when I arrived to the window the worker handed me regular shamrock shakes. Correcting her of my order and asking if the had Oreo shamrock shakes she said yes, but she could not take my food back because she had already handed it to me because of covid. Went through the drive thru around 730p last night. A few challenges with entering our order but the girl taking it was nice. Got to the window and young Asian girl with glasses took my card without even a total. Then handed me 3 drinks in a torn carrier with 2 tipping sideways. Then as she brought my kids happy meals to the window she tossed them on the counter. Opened the window and shoved them at me like I had done something to ruin her day. She brought my food, shoved it out the window and slammed it. Not sure what I did. But $35 for fast food I will head someplace else next time. There is a reason teens are being replaced by kiosks.
