We used the kiosk to order this meal. I asked for my receipt because the kiosk was out and I just knew there would be errors. My daughter’s medium strawberry smoothie didn’t come with the meal and we had to go ask for it and on top of that, it was filled 3/4 of the cup and when I asked if they call this full there was no reply. The wife selected ranch with her meal and had to go back and ask because they forgot to put it on the tray. I had to go back and ask for my bbq sauce. I had to go back again and ask for the apple juice for the happy meal too. Then fries were semi cold to begin with. Glad I’m not from around here and won’t be returning.

This restaurant apparently does not want people to come inside to order food or eat. There was a line of people inside and no one came from the back to take our order. Eventually I popped my head in the back to ask for help. Instead of “how can I help you sir?” I instead heard “what are you doing behind my counter?” Eventually the young manager came out to take our order. TERRIBLE: I ordered two Quarter Pounders and asked for no onions. My receipt said no onions. The cartons for each sandwich had a slip attached also saying no onions. Each sandwich was LOADED WITH ONIONS. I was the only one in the drive through with no one ahead of me and no one behind me. So there did not appear any need to rush.

Family restaurant that took over a defunct Perkins location. The food is pretty good, especially for the price, and the fried chicken is awesome, in my opinion.
The only negative I can think of is they fell into the same line of thinking as all the rest of the diners within driving range, that people stop eating after their extremely early closing time of 3:00 pm. This only leaves a couple high end restaurants, a Dennys, or truck stop gas stations for food without going on a road trip.

I stopped at McDonald's on my way to work to grab a drink. I usually get a large diet Coke because the Cedarburg McDonald's has the best tasting diet Coke. However, this morning I decided to go with the unsweetened iced tea. I pulled up to the window and saw a large cup completely stuffed full of ice. Then I saw an empty cup next to it and thought well, maybe they'll put some ice in the empty cup, fill it with tea and top it off with a little extra ice like they sometimes do with my diet Coke. Unfortunately they put the tea in the cup that was stuffed full of ice! I have a whole lot of ice but not much tea. For $1.78, I expect much better.

I ordered online and was supposed to pick up my order from the drive through but there was a line of around 20 cars that wasn’t moving so i went inside to see if i can pick it up from there. I wasn’t approached or helped for a very long time until one of the employees told the other employee to come and help me. He rudely said i cant pick

I have literally never left a negative review before, but I’ve reached my limit.

This McDonalds used to be the best location in the area. Now it’s a shell of what it once was. I understand the food is inexpensive and employees would rather be spending their weekends elsewhere, so what can you expect? That being said, where is the work ethic? When the bare minimum is not even being met, there’s a problem. The stale fries, the half full container, the hot fudge sundae without the fudge, the open sandwich container, etc… There is literally NO excuse when I am the ONLY customer in line. And don’t even get me started on the poor customer service. Oh my word. A smile and a polite greeting/farewell go a long way! Please take a little pride in your work, night shift.

Did a mobile order from the parking lot. After that, I went in the restaurant to get some extra sauce. An employee watched me approach the counter...then walk away. I wasn't greeted by an employee for another 5 minutes - no one ever looked at the counter. Morning manager at this McDonalds is insufferable. Taller lady with curly, short, brownish hair, doesn't wear a name tag. Order is always wrong and she always argues instead of admits fault. Literally every. Single. Time. She can't make coffee drinks properly regardless if it is the correct size or not and she can't read a mobile order or modifications. Once an order we placed literally said 2 apple pies and she argued with us saying we only ordered 1 even after being shown a receipt. She is extremely rude and unapologetic for making me waste my money every couple weeks when we decide to make a quick stop for breakfast. Always willing to grin and bare it because I, too, work in the restaurant industry, but after happening every time with her I am soooo over it. Need a new morning manager for sure. There is a younger male manager who is the best and never messes up but he is never there in the mornings. Sad.

Stopped in for breakfast and was really disappointed. The food was about what you would expect. They are consistent and decent with the actual food side of things here, with the few times I've been. However, it is the majority of the workers that end up disappointing. At least this morning they had one poor girl (Who was perhaps the only bright spot in the employee realm) trying to run food out, bag orders, and run the register. We unfortunately received a very sour-tasting Mocha Frappe (It almost tasted like it had been accidently combined with something fruity like a smoothie.) However, the the girl trying to do 30 jobs at once and the manager were both very polite and offered us a refund on that item. I wish this location had more of those types of people. While we were sitting waiting for our food, one of the younger workers that was on break was loudly discussing with an older coworker about how she won't "Eat anything from here, because it all tastes like plastic." It definitely caught the attention of all the diners in that section. Nobody is expecting much from McDonald's, but it also looks pretty unprofessional to openly bash the quality of the food in front of the people waiting to eat that food. Another downside to a lack of quality workers is the wait times were super long, and that was visible, as another customer was getting noticeably frustrated when his fries and drink order took quite a long time to get out to him. I hope this McDonald's does find a better team of employees, or at least trains the current one a little better. It is in a pretty great location, and the food has always been good (minus the sour frappe, but mistakes happen). But unfortunately the culture of the workers is enough to overshadow any of the good, and for the time being at least, I would recommend avoiding this location.

I had a deluxe Quarter Pounder with cheese. The amount of grease made it unedible and I threw it out after two bites. The sensation was as if you gargled with vegetable oil; it did not taste like a cheesburger. Lastly, there was what appeared to be a yellow scrub brush bristle in that second bite. I think this cured me for good of the desire for a lunch or dinner sandwich from Macs. I'll still risk a breakfast sandwich.

I wish I was exaggerating when I said this, but my burger was literally DOUSED in grease. I understand that fast food isn’t exactly the healthiest, and burgers do tend to be greasy, but the container it was in was filled halfway with grease, both buns were soggy, and I had grease dripping down my arms after holding it for about 10 seconds. Along with that, service was supbar at best. I wasn’t even acknowledged ONCE at the drive-thru, they took my card and gave it back and handed me my food without a word, not even a smile or hello or anything. I’ve usually had good experiences at this location, but today was unbelievable. I was incredibly disappointed.

My double quarter pounder with cheese was an absolute mess. The box was soft and mangled from grease/who knows what. the toppings weren’t even close to being on the burger, more of thrown in the box, and portions of the burger Pattie were uncooked and very cold. Very disappointed in my meal here.
My 2 children’s happy meals were fine (hard to mess up a child’s cheeseburger), so at least they had a good last minute dinner and didn’t have to go without eating.

This is the second time I have had a horribly made meal from this location in a short time, and will do what I can to avoid returning. Wasn’t always like this, has gone downhill even for a small town McDonald’s.

Anyways tonight we observed highly unethical practice. After they fail to efficiently take our order, they try to sabotage our food by purposely not putting the meat in the cheeseburgers. I believe this was done because they were irritated that we was visually not pleased with their service… this happened on all four burgers. When I went inside to let them know, no apologies, and everyone in the kitchen looking extremely secretive along with the drive thru lady who took the order. I am convinced this was organized as while we were waiting in drive thru, everyone disappeared into the back. I am concern that the next time, they would spit in peoples food, or worst, harm someone’s family member with whatever they might try next... Please steer clear of this location. This place needs to be investigated. I am attaching my receipt here to show the order was not complicated at all…please take a look for yourself and explain why none of the cheeseburgers had any meat on them…this took place tonight 10/17 at 8:35pm.

Food was good & was satisfying. The drive thru cashier (2/13/22) , at 11:00 am needs improvements. I had to wait a while before the window opened to pay for my food, 3 or 4 minutes, & she wasn't nice! Once again the service was terrible. On Sunday, 6/12/22 at 1:30pm I placed a order at the drive thru. The young lady that responded my order was reluctant to assist me. I had to repeat myself 3 times and I told her to alleviate the situation that I was hard of hearing, to no avail, finally another lady interceded and took care of business. I was so Gross 🤢 out last night when I went. It was a long line. The food was being made fresh that nice . Staff was nice. However when one of the worker went outside to bring someone there food the were walking back they touch the ground. Didn't wash there hands. I was watching very closely to make for sure he didn't touch my food. The garbage cans were overflowing and you could see it through the drive-thru window. While a couple of workers were fooling around someone could have cleaned that up and swept that ground. I get it gets busy. But wash your hands. The food was hot. I don’t usually post reviews but I’ve never been so utterly disappointed and honestly insulted by the people who have been working at this location. I ordered food just like everyone else, always saying please and thank you because I know it’s hard working fast food, but I do expect customer service in return. When I paid, It looked like a child gave me my change back, and with someone so young I do want to be nice, unfortunately I did not receive the same thing in return, completely disheartening. When I received my food I found an employment application in there. I don’t get offended easily, I assume they want nice people working there. Why I’m so offended is that every time I have gone to this McDonalds, I’ve consistently run into children AND adults who have no kind or courteous words to say. They are so desperate to have more employees so they’ll stick an employee application in my food bag, yet they don’t give a single **** how they treat/talk to their customers which is why nobody wants to work there. If you’re going to recruit people, I’d suggest making your work environment something that people would actually want to work in, these kids might not have a large choice to where they work, but definitely a choice on how they act. It’s disgusting to see children and adults act this way. I’m 21 and I know for a fact if I was way older there wouldn’t have been an application in my bag. I ordered food from DoorDash for this McDonalds and it was absolutely horrible. 27 dollars for five items. This McDonalds is literally less than five minutes away from me. The food was disgusting. No name on the bag so when it was delivered to my facility no one knew who it was for. By the time I could track down my order and actually got the food it was 45 minutes AFTER the delivery. Cold. Slopped together and smashed. This place has been HORRIBLE every time anyone I know has gone there. Never again!
