Chilton McDonald’s….. Went through the drive thru on Sunday October 12 at 2:00pm and waited 15 min just to get an order placed and then sat another 15 min before I received my food. I ordered two burgers and a medium fry. When I returned home, my husband’s burger had no condiments on it and my double cheeseburger had a pickle and ketchup and to bottom buns put together to make it. We called the restaurant to talk to a manager only to be hung up on when asked what she could do for us for the trouble. Continued to call back (6 times) only to be ignored. If she couldn’t handle the simple situation with our simple question why not offer a simple solution?! Very unhappy with their service!

Drive thru guy started asking about Mobile App before I even got in front of the menu and speaker. He never said total amount after I ordered. Went to pay and was given my change. Started pulling forward, saw wrong change, backed up and said that I was missing some change and they couldn't open the register to give it to me. The girl looked to be a highschooler and not sure about the guy, but I think some training needs to be done about taking orders and making correct change for the customers.

First time happening here in about the last 19 years that I've been going through the drive thru. Food was good though.

Tonight we went through the drive thru and there was a line and all the spots filled waiting for food to be done. After waiting for 40 minutes we had starting asking cars how long they were there and some said an hour plus. Not only us but multiple people went in to ask for refunds because we noticed the teenage employees were fooling around throwing trash and joking when there were literally 20 plus people waiting for food.

Another customer and I went in to McDonald's to order and they would not acknowledge us so we ended up leaving. Therefore they had two lost orders. Normally, I go through the drive through here and things have been fine but I needed to use the restroom. Which was extremely dirty and probably hadn't been cleaned recently .

Early morning visit: Nasty unclean bathroom, trash not emptied from overnight nor the bathroom cleaned up gross toilet. Restaurant area not cleaned up tables, floor dirty overnight, bugs flying around the light fixtures. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's.

I don't normally complain about a McDonald's. However, our visit started with the self-serve scanner not reading the app. Then once we ordered our order was missing items. Next up both ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup. I told an employee, he gave me 2 packets and said he would replace it. I saw 2 other people mention it to him again. Mind you, it was not busy at all, nor was the drive-through busy. Then next up, the bathroom, flies all over, paper towel dispenser out of towels and falling off the wall.
Plain and simple...do better!

Doordash order. Food arrived on time, kind of warm. Fries old and many smaller pieces, not great. 2 cheeseburger meal was customized for extra onions (looked more like LIGHT onion) and estra pickle (just had one as usual) so no requests followed. Asked for salt packs, given 2. No napkins. Just meh

Their hours say 11pm they closed before 1030pm as I was leaving there was a line of cars coming by from the fireworks show in the next town over I can say they definitely lost out on a bunch of customers seen a lot of blinkers turn off as soon as they seen the lights off. Big golden arches are still lit up though.

Went in with my husband and our daughter. 5 employees that I could see working, not one greeted us. Husband goes to the play place and I wait at the counter for over 10 minutes, patiently waiting for somebody to take my order. They're all glancing over at me, but not saying anything to me. Finally the woman that was working the drive thru comes over and takes my order, but didn't apologize for the wait or anything.
Ordered extra sauce on my husband's breakfast sandwich.. there was barely any sauce. Lady says "I can fix that", takes the sandwich from me, puts sauce on it and hands it back to me.
Found a hair on my hash brown. Lady throws it away and hands me a fresh one that just came out of the fryer.

Not impressed with the service at all. There was also a very large man working there that was seemingly barely doing anything but grabbing drinks for the lady in drive thru... His hair was so greasy and frayed, not kept up or put up, looks like he didn't shower in over a month. Definitely not coming back here.

Ok I placed an online order for curbside. I waited 20 mins before I went in. They apologized, gave me a free item and I went home. I live 12 minutes from the location. I got home to divide food to my family. They forgot the 10 piece chicken. Called them they made it right. I got home to finally eat my food.....no bacon on my quarter pounder. And that patty was not a quarter patty. It's already 9pm. I dont have time to run back and forth because people are not being taught to do it right the 1st time. The crew is empathetic and friendly. Can't really speak to much about the inside. But I doubt I will be back.

The people working were rude, nobody greeted us they avoided us standing at the register and came over and walked away, then when told to take the order by someone said "i guess i can" The gentleman who brought our food to us was the only one to say anything to us. They were not busy when we were ordering as far as having multiple cars or people waiting. Really disappointed in the team that was there this afternoon

EVERY TIMEEEE I get a coffee I ask for and PAY for a medium. And well I get a small!!! It literally said on the cup it was small and highlighted yellow. I’ve gone to other McDonald’s and they give me a medium so I know what it looks like… and you can’t tell me a medium cup goes from roughly 4/5 inches in height to a large cup! That’s an extreme difference!

Door dash liaison again and I have been to this location multiple times today.
The dinning room was pretty clean and every time, even through lunch. The bathroom was actually clean and stocked. Everyone was busy but pleasant, no nonsense work ethic was definitely noticed. Didn’t have to wait long for orders.

If I could rate a zero I would! Stopped.for supper and had it to go. Messed up both sandwiches. When I called the lady was so rude! She said I could come back another time for replacements. REALLY?? I said I'll be back in a little while for them and the lady said she'll have them ready and guess what they never made them. Now I am here waiting!! Meanwhile the rest of our food is getting cold! Asked her on the phone if she wanted me to bring the wrong ones back and told.me I don't really care what you do with them and hung up on me! I used the App and I had to remind them of my order after almost ten minutes. I was very patient. I still don't get it. They want you to use the Mobil app and they still can fill your order. What's the sense of the app if they don't fill the orders. Now, this isn't all the time as most of the time it works. At this McDonald's on North Ave in Sheboygan I have the most problems with having to wait on my orders longer than normal.

I don't know how all these 5 star reviews are popping up for this location because the quality and timing of service has gone way down. I have never ordered a double quarter without receiving a single quarter. The sandwiches are sloppy, often with condiments dripping off the side and toppings laying out of the sandwich. The fries are saltier that the dead sea and don't count on a drink to wash it down because half the time the soda syrup hasn't been changed. Just today I ordered a bacon mcdouble but didn't habe bacon on it and a regular mcdouble with mayo and tomato. The regular mcdouble came with the tomato, pickles, and mayo on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. I would love for it to be explained how these mess ups occur at such a high interval? We're all human, I used to mess up when I worked here. But we never let this occur so frequently. I wouldn't mind the wait time at all if the things were made properly.

My wife ordered me 2 Quarter pound cheeseburger, hold the cheese. Tags on box said special order/ hold the cheese on both of my Quarter pounders. Both had cheese!! Wait times while in the drive-thru have significantly decreased, even during peak meal times, now that they have hired more staff. Orders have increased in accuracy and freshness with the additional hirings. Quality is about what you expect for McDonald's. I have not eaten inside yet since the pandemic started so I cannot speak as to cleanliness and such at this time.

Ran in for a quick bite and to use the restroom during a long drive. The drive through was very busy so I thought I may have to wait a long time but Melissa (the manager on duty) and her team were on top of it. She was discussing orders with the back of house, bagging orders and filling up McCafe drinks left and right. It between all of this, she quickly and cheerfully takes my order. As a former McDonald’s crew trainer, I know efficiency when I see it. Food was hot. Tea was cold. I was happy customer.
