I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the choice. Waited an hour just for them to tell me they lost my order and can’t do a single thing about it tried telling me it doesn’t exist when I have proof of order on the app, my email, and my credit card statement. Biggest waste of my time and now I have to waste even more time talking to a manager the next day because nobody could bother to make it right for a $5 order. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Should be shut down. Nasty people handling the food. cant follow dress code or hygien rules. Manager doesn't train correctly. Manager never has hair up and gets in the food she is also nasty. People never change there gloves. They dont know how to do a simple job. They act like the customer is an inconvenience. They send out food wrong or not all the food is in the order. You call to try to make it right and you just get attitude from a child. Very lazy. I've over heard management talking crap about customers and other employees. Very very rude.

Ordered fries with meal, and while we had to wait for fries were served the bottom of the pan.
Ordered sundaes as well and they were on the expo table before any other food was done, served melted.
Updates: went again drive through this time. Fries were not the bottom of the pan this time, but ice cold. Burgers cold in center.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They got my food wrong. Forgot all the sauces to the nuggets. I stood up there for at least 10 minutes and not a single person came to help me. It was a little busy but five workers stood and were talking. They kept looking over at me. After ten minutes someone FINALLY came to see what I needed.

This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I smiled and said hello at the first window. She didn’t greet me and gave me the dirtiest look….then shouted at the vehicle in front of me because they passed her window. Even when I said “Thank you” I was given an eye roll. Then, at the pick up window, the employee didn’t acknowledge my existence. She handed out the bag and shut the window. I worked at McDonalds for 3 years. This paid behavior absolutely blows my mind.
On top of it all, I kindly asked to substitute the folded egg with a rounded egg…and I received a discolored scrambled mess on my biscuit. Thanks.

Went through the drive through. I ordered the new Smoky Bacon double quarter pounder, no cheese, to try with a Dr. Pepper. Lady taking our order wasn't very polite, and when we finally got our food, we weren't even told to "have a nice night." There was nothing wrong with boyfriend's order, but my burger only had one patty (image on the menu board very clearly has two) and cheese, even though the label said it didn't. I also got what seemed to be a Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Stopped to pick up a couple breakfast sandwiches and a large coffee. Loud and obnoxious workers I heard the f bomb like 6x in 20min. With many kids present. I didn't eat myself due to allergies but sat talking to some friends.. they both said food was cold and tasted nasty.. nuggets tasted like old gross oil and sorta fishy... and apparently the burger was disgusting so much so after just 2 bites he tossed it. My experience at the drive through was a awesome experience, the two people in the second window were so patient with me and my order, I'm allergic to Mayo and had to have my Mcchicken's made special as a result, I will be back just because of this experience. The young man kept a smile and didn't blink an eye when asked to get me more ice!! Exceptional service, 10 Stars !!

Pull up to the speaker girl is rude. “Anything else” “K” “Anything else” we only ordered 2 combos. We pull up to pay, same girl and she’s rude. We pull up where we’re supposed to get our drinks my bf ordered a large coke and I got a large caramel frappe no whip. We are the only people in line and they tell us to pull forward without giving us the drinks first. After we get our food the guy hands us a mello yellow and a caramel frappe with whip cream foaming out the top of the cup. My boyfriend says we ordered a coke and no whip cream. Simple, not very busy drive-through order: small peppermint mocha, small fry, and 2 chicken sandwiches. Lady tells me they dont have peppermint anything, so i dont have it on my order. I make a separate order for my coworker in my car. Get up to the window and pay for hers first for some reason then mine and get my receipt, pull up toward the next window and look at my receipt to see she charged me for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 pies, and a peppermint mocha.... so i get up to the window and try to tell the lady, but she shoves me my co-worker's drink and food and closes the window quickly, then comes back with "my food" and i tell her its wrong and tell her my receipts wrong too. She procedes to sigh and tell me "yeah thats what you paid for. They charged you for the person behind you." Takes the bag of food back from me and walks off just to bring me back the same bag of food, and I tried explaining again that i didn't want the holiday pies, i ordered fries. She rolled her eyes and asked me what else I was missing and being fed up and only having so long for my lunch break, I just told her the mocha that I got charged for, and she walked off and brought me the coffee and NO FRIES STILL. I left and will not be back if this is how they deal with customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I usually don’t Karen on the internet but this is the worst McDonald I’ve ever been too. Today was the 6th time in the last 2 months I’ve had to drive back because my entire order was not only wrong but tasted foul and old. Half of my meal is always missing, they give you an iced coffee lid and straw to burn yourself with your hot mocha (who the heck does that?!), the place is 4 minutes from my house and I order in the app so how is it that’s it’s ice cold every time I get home 4-5 minutes later? And they don’t care at all 😂 at least if all the girls working were even semi nice and acted like food staff maybe it would be forgivable but I’m clearly inconveniencing them by trying to order food there. My bad 🙄 I know it’s no loss to a mega corp like them but I will literally never step foot inside this McDonald again! Complete garbage food and astronomical levels of disrespect and contempt is all your getting out of this place.

I come here probably 1-4 times a week to get atleast a coffee, maybe some food if i feel hungry. I always use the drive thru because even though it can be busy they do a good job at keeping the line efficient and moving. The same young girl is usually always the one handing me my food she is tall and skinny and always does a good job. She greets me and confirms my order and is always radiating good vibes. The coffee is always hot just the way i like, and the hasbrowns are a must have. Good job guys

Went through drive-through. Started to order, the kid walked away waited 3 mins before being asked if I was helped. Said I was half way and they stopped helping. Got to the window drinks were handed to me, and was told to pull forward. I got a big Mac and quarter pounder. Sat at the pull forward window for ten minutes, as I watched about 12 cars go around me. My big Mac had no lettuce or sauce. It's bread patty bread patty cheese bread. Called the McDonald's to let them know their mistakes and was hung up on.
So short story short got a $4 dollar meal for $10+. Stop hiring kids and having poor management.

What happened to McDonald's? I have been in several locations and they all are terrible. The lobby is always dirty. If you can actually get someone to take your order the service is terrible. They don't seem to want anyone to dine in anymore. I pay cash so I am not about to do mobile order or use a kiosk. If this is a new norm I don't like it and the employees don't deserve more money for less work. I will be be going to Culver's or A&W where the hamburgers are better and buns are fresh. The lobby seating in McDonald's after remodel is also a joke. I hope some day they get back to their friendly service and clean lobbies. This was not just a one time instance. It has been several times and several locations. Zero stars if I could.

SO , I brought my 88 year old dad here...and the food was great...but, they had FOX entertainment on all the televisions...and now, sad to say, neither of us will ever go back. My dad had been stuck in the house for awhile...and really craved those fries...but both of us have now agreed that ANY corporation that broadcasts right-wing-propaganda is not for us.
There seemed to.be a big "mucky-muck " in khakis who kept talking to the workers in a loud voice ...and whining and crying about "corporate "...he went on and on in a LOUD voice about being "stressed" by corporate. I mean...this went on and on and ON!... It appeared he was talking to another manager...but they did it right there in the dining area. Isn't there an office they could have discussed these corporate problems in?
So...GREAT((!!) food...the young folks behind the counter were wonderful and super polite...it was the right-wing television ..and worse...the "mucky-muck" whiny cry-baby screaming at the OTHER manager.(who just stayed silent..and looked embarrassed)...about how "corporate "screwed" him. Please get rid of this guy NOW. AND turn off fox entertainment.

It's very sad to see this store take a downturn after their remodel. I've encountered rude and lazy employees, mostly during the day shift. One specific thing I can't seem to understand is why they stop selling breakfast burritos once they run out for the day. When I worked here a while ago, you didn't tell the customer "sorry we're out of burritos". You got someone to go back to the kitchen and roll more burritos. It takes about 10 seconds to roll one. I used to roll an average of 200 burritos a night when this store was open 24/7 and I was working 3rd shift, so running out of burritos for the morning shift was a VERY RARE occurance. Now, I'm lucky to successfully order my favorite breakfast item 1 out of 5 times. I hope they can filter out the bad apples and hire some new employees who will bring back the passion of serving the customer a pleasant experience, every time.

Terribly managed. No consistent lobby hours. Slow service. The employees will look you right in the face assume standing at the counter and not even acknowledge your existence. Door was locked. People were inside. Went to the drive thru (the second order screen) I sat there, not being helped, while 2 cars on the other screen ordered and continued to the window.
