On the good side, the food was fast and hot. I had a quarter pounder with cheese. That item used to include actual cheese. It was a very mild beef flavor, sorta. I could not taste any cheese. I opened the sandwich and it looked like there was a drop of ketchup and one of mustard, except that the mustard was flavorless. Then I figured out that it must be the cheese. Does Donalds cheese come in a spray- out form? Or was it really flavorless mustard? I can't tell. One person taking orders was unhappy and sharp toned. The one taking money was bubbly and delightful. So, I remember when Don's was a destination. Now it is the place to go when there isn't someplace else. I regret that because I used to rely on Don's as a reliably good place for a quick meal. Now the brand seems headed in the wrong direction. But, the food was fast and hot. The coffee is still great old Don's coffee. There was one happy friendly person, so there is still hope.

I had ordered a quarter pounder meal regular and asked for a drink (did not say I wanted a large drink) and they had up-charged me and and given me a large drink instead of the regular sized drink. This is very unprofessional taking money from customers unknowingly, I’m glad I was paying attention and looked at my receipt. Also the fries I had received seemed like they were at the bottom of the bin and either in their last few seconds of life or sent out way after they had need needed to be thrown away, extremely soggy and overly salted fries. Extremely unimpressed with my experience and stop at this McDonald’s, I just wanted to get something nice for my step daughter and family but this was an awful choice stopping here.

Every table in dining room was dirty. We had to ask for a rag to clean the table. A staff member brought on and washed the table. There was food all over the floor. Service was very slow. There was no one else eating in the dining room the while while we were there. There seemed to be plenty of workers on shift. There did not appear to be a reason for the dining room to be filthy.

They were awesome! I've never used their kiosk (?) method of ordering & was struggling, and the cashier was so kind, helpful & patient with me.

The young woman who served our food was such a joy as well with her kind spirit and willingness to be of service. I witnessed & was very impressed with her attention to detail as she cleaned the dining area tables & floors.

She was also very sweet to some children whose dad went to use the restroom and told them not to worry. She knows their dad, he's a good man, and he'll be right back. So sweet! What a way to go above and beyond the call of duty! More people should be like her.

I didn't catch her name on her name tag, but I overheard someone wish her a happy birthday, so I did as well.

It's so nice to have these nice little encounters in life these crazy days. They sure know how to brighten someone's day! Thank you! =)

My family and I visited this location two weekends ago. kids and wife got burgers. and I ordered a fish. They told me it would be a wait on the fish. so as I was waiting for the fish order to come up we hear the line worker say it fell on the floor and he should just use that one. Our jaws dropped! after that a women comes in with an order that was wrong. Then we hear her say we can probably save that one for who orders that next. My kids and wife were done eating by this time. I went to the counter to ask for a refund for the fish that they were still cooking. Still have not received the refund. We will not be coming back to this location ever again.
