Slow inept service. 8/4 11:45pm. 2 cars ahead of me - 3 total. Averaging 10-15 minutes per car. That cannot be within your guidelines??!! This is an everyday issue here.
Back again 10/4 9:45. Waited 15 min for DoorDash order. Never came. Is it company procedure to ignore all customers at the register? I stood there with 3 other customers - we were not acknowledged once - completely ignored. Some were eat in customers, one wanted to place an order. There were 3 orders on the screen. Why?? What is the issue with this location?

Tl;dr - avoid this mcdonalds. The line isn't moving and they give no reasons why. You'll end up screwed wasting your life away in the line.
We Placed a mobile drive thru order. We have been waiting in line for an hour now. We are only waiting because our payment has been charged already. Multiple cars ahead of us have already left the line, maybe to go inside and complain. Its not even busy inside. We Finally get to the window and get our soda and they give us a complimentary mcflurry for waiting. The staff tell us we're just waiting on fries. After waiting another 10 min for fries, another staff comes to the window to tell us to pull up to the reserve sign. We are still continuing to wait. We still only have the soda we ordered so far. People going in have ordered their food after and got their food already.

It took 30 minutes for them to complete my mobile order. They “spaced on your order” and completely forgot my Apple pies, the whole reason I went to McDonald’s in the first place and gave me 3 cookies instead. First of all, I don’t like cookies, I ordered 2 apple pies so I expect my apple pies NOT cookies. And second of all, my food was cold when I got it. After 30 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru they gave me cold food. COLD. I’m not happy at all. I want my Apple pies.

First of all food, sometimes I get a stomach ache but that could just be me. Otherwise it’s pretty decent for the price I mean it’s McDonald’s, some soggy fries some crispy which I actually like. Their nuggets are usually pretty nice and crispy but the burgers are maybe a little lacking. Next service, considering half the time our order is wrong yeah would be like 1 or 2 stars for this section but some of the employees are pretty nice. Now I can’t speak much for atmosphere because I usually only go through the drive through but I have been in other McDonald’s and it’s usually just alright. Maybe a little dirty, modern and decent. So overall if you have no other options this can be a decent stop for some quick pretty alright food

Made my boyfriend wait FORTY minutes for the doordash order he was supposed to deliver. He waited for SO LONG his car stalled out and had to ask another customer for help. The workers were seen inside doing NOTHING besides chatting to each other and standing around. The doors to get inside were all locked so he couldn’t even go in to check on the order. I am a DoorDash driver and I just spent 40 minutes waiting for my order. 10 minutes of that was even waiting for acknowledgement that I was at the window.
After I finally got my order, my car stalled out because the battery died. I tried waving down the employees for help, even tried knocking on the doors, and I wasn't given the light of day. Thanks to another patron I was able to finally get my car back up and running, but this whole situation was completely absurd. When the worker came out to give the person helping me their food (they also waited about ten minutes), there was no acknowledgment of my car having to be jumpstarted or even a look my way.
If I have the chance to, I'm not going to be picking up from this McDonald's again nor will I be taking my business here.

I’m so sick of doing pick up and waiting over 35 minutes to get my food. Then, I’m missing items and then have to wait even longer. I finally left without my items because I couldn’t wait any longer. This has happened too many times and we will probably not stop there any more. Plus, I don’t get how during the busiest time of day any of the food would be cold.

Ordered delivery on app, not only did it take a little over hour for them to bring it out, but they FORGOT about my order with no one else in line. Thankfully the driver informed me and even sent a pic of the empty line, so not sure what the hold up was. Fast forward an hour and they forgot a 6pc nugget with the order as if they didn’t have enough time to confirm the order was correct. Called them and asked for a refund and the chick who answered had an attitude and refused a refund for the cold food and the wait AND missing items. She said “ do you want the refund on your nuggets or not” with an attitude. Worked in food service for years. Whoever was working night shift at 11:00 on Wednesday, if you hate your job find a new place please. Don’t ruin decent fast food experiences for the rest of us.

Says 24hrs but lot lights are off. When I went there around 2am. Inside lights were on and 2 cars parked outside. Don't know if lot lights are off to look closed. Or lights are on a timer and they didn't reset them for daylight savings time.

On July 11th at 830pm the absolute rudest employee was working the drive thru. She was very condescending, impatient, so loud and so rude to all of the people in line around us. When it was our turn we were treated the same way! Mid way through our order, being treated so disrespectfully, we told her nevermind we don't need to be treated like this and as we were pulling away she continued to yell things at us out the drive thru window! Food, take forever to get to you you always have to check your bag to make sure everything is put in there cause a lot of times they forget service is slow, especially when it’s not rush-hour and it’s still slow very dirty inside there’s no straws left in the lobby ketchup everywhere around the soda. Machine floor is super dirty just a very dirty either there needs to be a change or management or something needs to be changed. This place used to be really good at what they do and then I went downhill the last year.

normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but what I witnessed during my recent visit deeply disturbed me and needs to be addressed by upper management or corporate.
I came in to place an order and the self-service kiosk wasn’t working, so I went to the counter. A young woman named Jackie assisted me. She was clearly still learning but was doing her absolute best to take my order with patience and care. Unfortunately, what stood out wasn’t her effort—it was the way the rest of the staff treated her.
Jackie asked for assistance warming up some cookies that had been given to me cold, stale, and nearly frozen. She approached multiple coworkers for help, and not only was she ignored, but one employee gave her a completely unnecessary attitude. I could visibly see Jackie become nervous, shaking and trembling, simply because she was trying to do her job right in an environment that was clearly unsupportive—if not outright hostile.
It was heartbreaking. As a mother of an autistic child, I immediately recognized the signs and reminded Jackie that she has the right to a safe, respectful workplace and should absolutely contact HR. Jackie shared with me that she was afraid to speak up or advocate for herself out of fear of being fired. That kind of fear is unacceptable. It’s not just poor management—it borders on discrimination.
McDonald’s constantly advertises that they’re hiring, and yet here you have an honest, hard-working employee who’s trying to learn and do well, being mistreated and made to feel like she doesn’t belong. If anyone from corporate reads this, I strongly urge you to review the store’s footage, speak directly with Jackie, and investigate the culture in that location. She deserves so much better, and quite frankly, so do your customers.
I won’t be returning to this location, but I truly hope someone steps in to protect and uplift Jackie before she’s pushed out by a toxic team. You have a gem of a worker in her—please don’t let that go unnoticed.

I have low expectations for McDonald's but while there the shift manager joked with a colleague about how she tells "random people" that she isn't wearing "panties." So I went to the drive-thru yesterday and although I know they were short-staffed and busy I was totally okay with the wait .What I was not okay with was my small fry I ordered and food temp. There was only 15 fries and completely cold food!! Was it ok sitting there that long? like cold to the touch , all my food! Our OJ was basically water so I asked for new stuff and the worker was asking me what could possibly be wrong with it. Then I open what was supposed to be my BACON egg n cheese bagel to find a dry mostly hard slab of steak instead. U want to give me steak instead of bacon, fine..but could u at least put good steak and the onion and everything that supposed to go on it?! They didn’t even put the sauce that is supposed to go on all bagels regardless of the kind you get. At that point I was so over going up there and explaining why I wanted the correct thing that I ordered so I just let it be but will definitely not be returning as I’m disappointed with our visit.

Horrible experience… Had to drive around the building three times because each time I sat in the drive-through nobody picked up. It’s 4:47 AM. This location says 24 hours. Today I stopped to grab dinner to take home for the family. I ordered a 2x quarter pound burger with no ketchup mustard or onions, another of the same burger with the standard fixings, and a 10 PC nuggets. All meals. I then called my wife to let her know that my order was in. Talking with her for a bit, I've moved to the front of the line, declined a receipt at the window as I usually have no problems here, and then get my drinks. I'm asked to move forward and wait. This is typical for the quarter pound burgers so I expected it. After talking on the phone for a bit, I noticed I have been here for 25 minutes, and numerous guests behind me have come and gone. I am about to go into the store to ask about my food when an employee comes out, hands me a bag and turns to leave. I immediately noticed this bag is way too small and glance in it to confirm it isn't my order. He takes it and goes back in the store. 10 minutes later he comes back, again with the wrong order. I reconfirm my order with him and he returns again. Later, the manager comes out, gives food to the car behind me, and asks to confirm my order. She then tells me she has "an autistic employee who is very overwhelmed" and they will remake my meal. She eventually returns and hands me my food. I ask to confirm that one burger has no sauces and no onions which she confirms, saying it is the bottom one in the bag. Then I ask if I'm going to be refunded at all, as I have been here for 45 minutes. Looking puzzled for a minute, as though it is odd to hear me ask, she then offers to give me 5 free meal tickets, but she has to go to the office. She comes back another 5 minutes later instead with the cash value of my order today, as she couldn't find the meal tickets. Having already been held up for 50 minutes, I am in no mood to argue. I took my cash and went home. Sitting down to eat, it is apparent that the manager lied to my face, as both burgers have all sauces and onions. Not only that, but the meat of both burgers is incredibly dry and barely warm. I highly doubt these were freshly made burgers, but rather the burgers from the second incorrect meal they tried to give me. I am incredibly disappointed, irritated, and tired from this event. I certainly hope someone from McDonald's will see this review and reach out about this as the $30 I was refunded for my purchase is hardly equivalent to the time I spent waiting for this store. Also, to blame the situation on a handicapped employee is pretty deplorable.

I really have enjoyed my experience here as it's consistently fast good. I have been a customer for most of my life and have rarely had complaints. My only concern is the prioritizing of customers in line. I am well aware that certain orders come first, but I usually wait a lot longer than people using a kiosk to purchase food while I order from the register area. I don't consider this the end of the world or a serious problem, this would just be something nice to iron out.

Again order online go pick up food get home to an incomplete order. Not only is it incomplete for the 25,000th time but today we got old food nuggets and fries. Not being a Karen but come on do better it’s annoying AF. I would call but that’s always a useless waste of time. So again today I’ve wasted money trying to do a quick dinner.

I came through at 11am on May 31, 2024. There was an older lady in the drive thru. I asked for a cup of ice and said I had a mobile order too. She stated all you want is a cup of ice, well you can ask for that at the window. If you don't want anything else you can pull forward. I stated again I have a mobile order, she then says aw ok you do have a order pull forward then. I get to the window and she gets on the headset and says, there is a lady coming through that wants a cup of ice. I guess the person did not hear her so she then says. There's a colored lady that wants a cup of ice. Just give her a cup of ice. 🙄. So of course I asked to speak to a manager. I just can not believe this is what we are doing in 2024. She could not find any other words to describe the customer in the drive thru line 🤷🏽♀️. Crazy don't know if I will ever be back there.

80% of the time when I stop in on my morning commute, right after opening, it take 10+ minutes for someone in drivethru to take my order. It's gotten to the point that if someone hasn't spoken or the line hasn't moved in 2 minutes, I'm just leaving, cause likely it will take an additional 10 minutes before I leave. I know, first world problems. But it's incredibly irritating when I just want my morning coffee before work and waste my time even attempting to stop here. Won't be making this mistake again.

If negative stars where an option I'd give this store -100 because it is absolutely terrible. It's clearly run be incompetent people or can't handle basic tasks. Whatever you do don't do a mobile order at this store because there's a 50/50 chance they'll just forget about your order and you'll be left there sitting for 20 mins or more. Don't bother calling either because the workers are incompetent and can't answer basic questions like why is my order taking so long.

Husband went at 11:15 pm because it is the only McDonalds listed as 24 hours nearby. Building was definitely open and employees inside. They never once answered the intercom and when he pulled up and waited he saw them in there. He tried to knock on the window and the employee came to the window, grabbed his iced tea, looked at my husband and then walked away. Afterwards, reading through all these reviews, I don't know how this location hasn’t been shut down.

The google hours say 24 hours but when my husband showed up to try and order they didn’t answer. Cars in parking lot lights on in the lobby and all other lights besides parking lot lights. And someone leaned up on the counter. I’m not sure if this location is actually 24 hours but if it’s not they should change it with google. My husband showed up at around 11:30pm I get things happen but honestly this needs to be fixed especially if it’s not open 24 hours… if it is 24 hours they need a new staff.

I live across the street from this McDonalds, my last 3 visits have been nothing short of awful. I came through the drive through before close, should've been no surprise to me, they messed up my order, to which, I just thought no big deal, I'll swing through and have them fix it quick...Now they are closed, however I sat at the drive through window and watched 3 employees just stare at me whilst knocking on the window, saying "hello" repeatedly, eventually just honked my horn for a brief second before one person actually opened up the window to acknowledge me, I told him I would take a gift card so I could come back another day and pickup the correct order I had placed. The following day, I placed an order through the mobile app, went to pick it up, they got my drink wrong....something I can look past, but when they handed me my food and not one item was correct I had to yet again, swing back in and have them correct it....3 times in 2 weeks, each visit a 20-25min wait for "fast food"....take the trip to the east side of depere, save yourself the headache!

What a joke! I came at 9:50pm because its stated that its a 24hr McDonald's. I sat for 10 minutes while saying hello into the monitor. I drove around to find employees working with headsets on. If you can hear us at least let us know you are closed rather than ignoring the 10+ cars waiting in the drive thru.
