My dad and I stopped here when traveling through because his blood sugar was low. The staff were rude and didn't know how to say "You're welcome." Hours posted on the mcdonald's website and apple maps is open until 11pm. This store reliably closes hours early and refuses to acknowledge anyone who pulls in. I placed an online order, waited in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and for another 15 at the window. There are employees moving at a snails pace looking at me as if i'm just expected to leave? Eventually a short man with curly brown hair who i imagine is the manager says, with a shaky voice, "we're closed" I tell him my order is paid for and was placed an hour prior. It's not even 9:20 at this point, i tell him how ridiculously unprofessional and disrespectful he is, grab the management service card and tell him they're gonna get an ear full. He says "yeah try it and see what happens" as i drive away. Call and leave a voicemail, never get a call back, The email on the card is no longer in service. I email the killian website and get no response. This is the most pathetic fast food restaurant i've ever encountered and the amount of pure disrespect and venom i got from the manager means that i will literally be going out of my way to tell everyone in the area that this mcdonald's is a joke and needs to be shut down, and especially doesn't deserve any business. It's astonishing it's not closed. It's been over a year that this sort of thing happens here. KILLIAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND MCDONALDS CORPORATE NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT OR FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF. Online it claims they close at 11pm. At 8:45pm we went to this location and the lights/sign was on. We sat in the drive threw for 10 minutes and no one said anything, so we pulled up to the window and could see a worker putting napkins into a bag and laughing. She then said “she’s staring at me” and another girl walked over and pulled the till out of the drawer. Nobody stated anything to us, just continued to do the closing duties two hours early. We then pulled away and saw they had turned the lights off and there were three more cars not receiving service in the drive through.

Make sure to BYOK (bring your own ketchup), this location is very STINGY when it comes to condiments. I was given a single ketchup packet for my meal. A SINGLE KETCHUP packet. Why so stingy? My Heinz Simply Tomato Ketchup at home simply does not hit the same as the McDonalds ketchup. It should be criminal to be as stingy as this location is. Other than my LACK OF SAUCE, the food was tasty and staff were very friendly.

This particular McDonald's, I used to take my two grandchildren to, and now I am taking my great grandson. His mother is one of the grandchildren that I used to take there. Although we weren't sitting inside the Playland, it appeared that some sort of an alarm was going off and when we brought it to the attention of one of the workers there he kind of poo poo us and told us it was an alarm that goes off and on all the time. I tried to convince him that this was not the case, and he totally ignored me. Then I brought it to the attention of another woman who tried to do the same thing but I would not allow her to and said that I thought that it was an alarm that goes off when a door was tried to be opened. At that point, she went back and got her manager, and then the manager was able to turn the alarm off. However, there was another sort of an alarm that would go off occasionally, High shrilled, and it sounded as if fire alarm battery or some kind of other alarm. You couldn't stay in there very long because you got tired of listening to the high shrilled. I might think twice about going back there again

My son finished a track meet and him and his teammates wanted dinner at McDonald's. After ordering they were told they could not dine-in due to other groups of teenagers being irresponsible, while they themselves had never been to this McDonald's before. I parked my car on one side of the parking lot add had my 2 and 4yr old grandchildren with me. I ended up Walking ALL THE WAY AROUND the building because the doors were all locked. Not a safe way to enter because of the drive through.
The condiments/soda station was a mess, sticky, and empty of ketchup. The play area was ok. The bathroom needed cleaning/disinfecting also.
The garbages were full so we couldn't put OUR garbage in there and had to leave it on the table.
I really did have a GOOD EXPERIENCE with the staff though. They were kind and helpful when I needed something. I ALSO KNOW they ARE VERY UNDER STAFFED, OVER STRESSED AND VERY BUSY! I APPRECIATE THEM FOR DOING THEY'RE BEST! All in all we got our order quickly and correctly and we still had a great time!!

I had fun here in the play area for my 4 yr old daughter and my 8 yr old Niece. The people were very friendly, so there was an awesome atmosphere to be in for me and my family. I ordered and was given a number, and my food was brought to the table. I visited twice in 1 week. Loved it and had fun. Will be visiting again with my husband and daughter and invited a cousin with 2 other little girls! Can't wait. Only 1 thing is you park on one side and have to walk all the way to the other side to enter the building. Looks like there was construction done to close one side of the building.

Service is not the best. I've had better service at many other McDonald's. They often forget things. Machines are often broken behind the counter. When I went yesterday, they completely forgot the entire Happy meal for 2 kids at the table next to me, except the apple slices--there were happy meal boxes with only a toy and apple slices. Speaking of toys, they ran out of Toy Story, which is fine, but they are still advertising them and have no notices that they are no longer available. They gave a valentine craft instead. Of course my son was upset, luckily only for about a minute. I just wish they had warned me so I could discuss it with him before the meal came.

ETA: It's gone downhill. The play area has been dirty the last two times I've gone. The bathroom in the play area looks and feels dirty. I've had to request tables be cleaned the last two times I've gone. Today, the kids' "extra" french fries (as an option instead of flavorless apples) were definitely NOT extra...just the same amount put into a bigger bag.

Staff here seem highly disorganized constantly interrupting me ordering to have side conversations. After I finished my order tried to get napkins all the napkin dispensers were empty no straws out or lids. My burger patty was burned and folded in half. The fries were cold and had no salt. Tried to use to restroom to wash up since I had no napkins and of course the soap dispenser was empty. The bathroom was disgusting the urinal was caked in yellow urine stains and the floor had mold and mildew grime on the edges. Before I start I'd just like to say that I've given this McDonald's several opportunities to redeem themselves. I've been here several times. My order is ALWAYS wrong. And before you think I'm a "Karen," hear me out. Not only is my order always wrong but the restaurant itself is disgusting. Today there was a horrible smell coming from by the soda machine. There were also wrappers, food, fruit flies and other miscellaneous cleaning and garbage that clearly hasn't been attended to. I wouldn't have known this was an issue but of course, my order was wrong and I had to go in to get it fixed. The staff here seems unorganized and lost as to what to do. Last but not least, the outside of the property needs to be cleaned up, garbage taken out and the signs put back up that are currently in the road. Hopefully this review helps management and staff members get organized and on top of their game.

Horrible service ordered 3 triple cheese burger with no ketchup an no mustard no pickel got 3 this right out of the whole burgers obviously your not worth paying more then minimum wages if you can't get your burgers right an on top of it burgers where cold an they didn't even have a line one.cate I from of.my order #SMH don't even deserve 1 star

Lobby closes at an unreasonable time, any time I attempt to use the drive through, even if I’m the only vehicle it’ll take 10-15 minutes. The whole business is staffed with teens and they routinely mess orders up and take for ever. I will never again attempt to spend my money at this location.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. Nobody acknowledged us When my son and I entered. They were just very unfriendly and didn't say much at all.
