Worst servicing McDonald's on the east side of GB. The employees pay no attention to the customers at the counter and you often wait 10 minutes just waiting for one to acknowledge you're even standing there. When you finally order it it's cold when you receive it after waiting another 10 minutes. The store itself is always messy and there's rarely any clean tables and the floor is always gross. When you order in drive thru, even when there are no other customers, the employees don't pay attention to you and you have to repeat yourself 4 times. The one girl that got delivery orders together yesterday has an ATTITUDE on her and was incredibly rude to the dasher after asking to decrease the number of bags for him. Do not waste your time at this location. They don't care about you in the slightest.

3 X your Out ! In the last couple weeks asked to make my nuggets Fresh , they assured me they were when I double checked upon picking up at the drive thru . Nope ! About an hour ago, a young oriental girl with glasses in the drive-through gave me a very bad look when I asked her if they were made fresh she said yes they were three times, I said you know I’m asking because I’m not waiting for them and you have them bagged already so that goes to show me that they’re not fresh … and she assured me again that they were ! Well big surprise they weren’t !!! This location is so bad now used to be good.. Their ice cream machine over freezes the ice cream to the point where it has a weird bad taste to it. They never make anything correct , today the frozen Coke machine was down , they forget multiple items and flat out refuse to make your food fresh !

.! Do not go here go to another location avoid this at all cost!!!!

I stopped here on March 28th around 11:30am for the first time after getting groceries.

I was very impressed by the service. Even though I was more than happy to wait for my food, the gentleman working the cash register was very respectful.

I have a severe stutter and the gentleman was patient with me while I let him know what my name was. I wish I would have known what his name. He did a fantastic job for me.

I hope to stop by again soon. It's just a little bit tougher than other McDonald's due to location.

I like the coffee, and I only order ONE SUGAR each time, (almost daily)- this location screws that up more times than I can count anymore! I do not like cream in my coffee, and they end up putting cream in it. This morning they struck again, after I almost dropped the cup because she did not have the lid on tight, and then I get all the way to work only to realize it tastes terrible and when I take the lid off, sure enough there is cream and no sugar. She even repeated to me that there was one sugar in it as she handed it to me! How hard is it to put one sugar and nothing else!!!? I am going to start driving out of my way in the morning to go to a different location and hope for better service.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers, no modifications—make it all the way home and the patty was not in the burger. HOW DO YOU MISS SUCH A STEP? One burger, fine, maybe you were rushing and made a mistake—but both! There was also no traffic (the only vehicle in drive thru). Not only that, during receiving our food at the window, the drinks were not already made while the employees were standing there chatting. I had to remind of my drinks. Maybe just look at the screen of what was rung up. ????

Had a vehicle breakdown just outside their location around 2 am and had been waiting on a tow truck until the time they opened which still wasn't enroute yet.. battery had also died while waiting.. A Spanish speaking employee whose name I believe was Yefri (spelling may be wrong), was more than eager to be helpful in the awful situation despite a language barrier and having to communicate through Google translate. Helped jump my car prior to starting their shift which was a huge help to keep warm while continuing to wait for tow service. Stopped in for food after (seemed similar quality to all other McDonald's). And the place was absolutely clean at 5am so other reports make me believe it's more a patron issue than a worker issue. Most of the time, the workers will make or break your experience anywhere, and for me this this kind guy at 5am definitely made it for me.

5 days in a row I have gone to this McDonald's and for 5 days in a row I've been given cold coffee and when I asked him to warm it up or give me some other stuff they had an attitude I will not be going back there again. Their biscuits are usually hard and left to sit for a very long before you get them too so that's another issue with their food.

The entire place was empty and not a single table or seat was clean, the floor in front of the playground full of trash and food on the ground, I asked a staff member to come wipe a table for us so we can sit, he just wet the table basically, and didn't even remove the dirty napkins on the seats!

This location is terrible!!! I don't know what happened to the old breakfast team that was there 4 or 5 months ago but they are gone and the new people working are awful!!! This is a clear sign of bad management and poor ownership. McDonald's has been using the SpeeDee system since it's creation. It's a system that works very well for speedy service and quality food. I don't know how a simple system like that can get so messed up. Fast food is trash and for what you spend on it you could absolutely go to a sit down restaurant and get way better quality.

Usually going through McDonald’s the staff are very short and sweet. This McDonals has a young gentleman who works the first payment window and he has such a nice welcoming! Asks how your day is and made small talk. The staff at the second window made ZERO eye contact and just handed me the bag with no word. Staff should be more like the young staff member. The manager should give recognition this this young man as it’s hard to find good workers!!

Playland was empty. It could of used some more care. It was pretty dirty. Food and fingerprints all over the tables and doors. Went through the drive thru. I ordered a Big Mac meal. Usually, I just go through really fast and get my food at the window. This time I had to pull into a marked spot to wait for my food to be brought out. I don't usually go to this location because it's right off the highway so it gets pretty busy, the entrance/exit from the main road also doesn't have a stop light so it might take longer to make a left turn exit.
