This location constantly misses items from my order. One time they didn't give one of our breakfast sandwiches. Another time they forgot to provide any of the three hash browns, one of which was a extra. They don't answer their phone so you have to go back to the store to deal with any missing item. They really need to check their work better

Back in the day part of your job working fast food was a greeting with a smile and getting your food to you as quick as possible so your food was hot. Also made fresh. Now people walk slow and treat you like your bothering them for coming in. Service is slow and when you finally get your food it not hot and fries are stale. But they want to get paid like they're Doctors. All I have to say is.. you chose your career path take pride in what you do.

Horrible customer service. Not having English speaking managers is a problem. You cannot treat people badly and just say thank you over and over to get rid of them. Fix the problem and apologize. I had to drive out here and waste my time because you screwed up but then you treat me badly because you have to fix the error I'm getting so sick and tired of bad customer service this is why your stores are not as busy as they used to be.

They make you wait in drive thru I get there about six in the morning. Me and my fiancé went through here and tried using our rewards app. I used 6,000 points for a free happy meal. I tell the drive through worker the code and he says it’s not working. He has us pull up to the second window and tries the code again and it still didn’t work. All he had to say was sorry it not working. That’s it. I don’t know about Mc Donald’s but I know at my retail place of employment, the customer doesn’t leave until there satisfied. I explained that to him as I was trying to stay calm and collected with him. He continued to just state that it’s not working. I have never had a worse experience.

Terrible service, nothing is clean. I literally took a baby wipe over our table and it came back quite dirty. Food was put together very sloppily. Floor is disgusting, food all over and you can tell it hasn’t been swept in a while as there’s dirt piles against the walls and very old food underneath tables (petrified fries essentially). Soda machine had no ice, we watched a manager try to use it and discover there’s no ice which is terrible if your own management doesn’t realize that until they try and use it. Probably the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve been in, at least if the food was good it would have been worth it.

Ordered 20 nuggets got 10. Ordered sweet tea and there was none, no biggy but still annoying. Ordered filet o fish. Asked for no trader, got no cheese and no tarder. But I have to say this is one of the better McDonald's I have been to.
The place is huge and clean. Workers were sweeping and moping. The place looked excellent.
The food was served fast and fresh. The fries were hot, and everyone was nice. If I had to say one negative was that the ketchup dispenser wasn't working, so I had to use the small packets.
Other than that, it was a great experience.

We ordered ahead on the app, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. Other in-store customers seemed to be waiting just as long, but the staff didn't seem to care. A young boy asked the cashier for ketchup while we were waiting, and was told they do not have any ketchup... really?

This is my usual stop when traveling from MN to IN. First time in years that the food was great, buns were fresh, fries were hot. Asked for a #6 which on the menu showed a fish filet meal, got a 10 McNuggett instead, we were the only people in the restaurant ordering at the time, with that they didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our nuggets. It was about 8:30 pm coming through. The two workers were cleaning the lobby/restaurant as if closing the restaurant, chairs were up, liquid on floor and table tops. Took the cashier about 5 minutes to take our order. We don't like to use the order screen, we like interacting with people.

Waited over twenty minutes after ordering using the kiosk to get my 2 sandwiches and a hashbrown. There were 3 other people in the lobby that ordered after me. They bagged and put out those 3 orders first that were ordered after me because they print the tickets out so the computer doesn't tell them how late the order is. Because they did this my ticketed bag fell behind all the others and got lost. Then the sandwiches were cold because they were made long before the food got bagged. I would still be waiting too but I walked up to the counter and said something where they said I needed to wait while they aimlessly walked around trying to figure out what was what. Don't go there unless you have a half hour to kill before getting your food. This was my second experience with long delays, so it is not a one off issue.

OMGoodness! I haven't had a filet o fish for a hot minute. I frequent this McDonald's, and the sandwich was perfect! The bun was pillowey warm and glossy. The fish was piping hot with the perfect amount of tartar sauce. Side note- My sister has NEVER had a filet o fish!!!!!!!!! 🤯 She doesn't know what she is missing!!!!!!!
