Normally drive-thru's operate on a "zipper" system, alternating lanes. I was waiting on the right lane, when 3 cars in the left lane took their order and drove around. This was not the first time this has happened. I went to explain something wasn't working, either the loop detector or she just blatantly skipped me. Then she was rude and defensive, I'm just trying to help this not happen. 7am on a Tuesday

If this was a case of having to wait or if the order was made wrong which is very common, I would not waste my time with a negative review, but it was a special kind of Hell dealing with this location. I made my breakfast order at 10:25am with the app so that they could make it before the lunch changeover. I sat in the drive thru line and made it to the speaker by 10:35am. The lady said, sorry hun, you have to get here before 10:30am if you want breakfast. I said that I placed the order before 10:30am and I had to wait in line before I got to the speaker. She said there's nothing that can be done and I will automatically receive a refund. Taking her at her word, I drove forward to an empty space to look at the app. It said that you could cancel an order that hadn't been picked up as long as it hadn't been prepared. So I went to the app to cancel. What I discovered is that it said that they were preparing my order and it couldn't be canceled. So I went back through the drive thru and told them that I would need them to cancel the order or I would need a cash refund and that I would see them at the window if it wasn't canceled. I waited 25 more minutes to get to the window where I was yelled at by the lady wearing purple with no name tag telling me that I had to come inside. I mentioned that I have my daughter with me and she's sleeping and this will have to be taken care of at the window. She starts screaming at me that I have to move forward so that she can get to other people. I told her that I would move forward as soon as I received a refund and that I had already waited 30 minutes. She continues to scream at me and I ask for the manager. She said that she was the manager. Another woman that seemed to have more authority came to the window and asked what I wanted. I told her that I just needed a refund because it said that I picked up my order which they refused to make. She told the purple lady at the register to refund my order. The purple lady then asks me what I ordered and I showed her my phone screen. She slaps it away and said that there's nothing she could do with that, just tell me what you ordered. So I said a Sausage Egg McMuffin and a Sausage Egg McGriddles... but I had a coupon so it was less. In the meantime, I asked her name and she refused to give it. I asked where her name tag was and she said she didn't have to wear one. More lies. She finally shoved the money in my face (more than I paid) and I left. Bad service is one thing, but when they start lying and are extremely rude for no reason, that's another. Just listen to your customer, be truthful, be reasonable, and you will make it a good experience for both the employee and the customer. And wear your name tag! It's a requirement of the company! Customer service confirmed this when I called.

This McDonald's has a long reputation of very slow service, both through drive through and indoors. I tried it again today - no change. Go somewhere else.

4 stars for dumb kiosks taking peoples jobs. Employees were outstanding and it was very clean.
The one of the order kiosks didnt actually send my order but my app i used the deal on thought it did and would let me use the deal again. So i went to the counter and Michelle took my order and discounted it to the deal rate. She was extreemly polite, friendly and helpful. She was also obviously busting butt trying to help custumers at the drive through and up front.
Give Michelle a raise!!! I know you can afford it, you put kiosks in trying to take her job to save money and they suck, if it wernt for her you would have lost my bussiness tonight and im sure im not the only one.

Went here for breakfast around 9 am, a couple of weeks ago. And definitely won't be going here again. It wasn't busy, but had to wait around 8 minutes to simply order the food, the tables were not cleaned very well, and the worst part was the food. I felt abnormally tired for the rest of the day, and had stomach pain for the entire following week. Honestly, the only good thing I could say about this place, is that the employee that took our order and served us was kind. But that's it.

We stopped there the other night and I went in to order. The dining area was very clean. I went to counter to order as we pay in cash and the girl at the register was super friendly and professional. All of the staff was dressed neatly and clean. The food was prepared the best I have seen in YEARS at a McDonald’s!!! French fry’s were fresh and the sandwiches were also fresh and actually put together neatly! No cheese hanging more than half off the bun! I give this store a total thumbs up!!

I ordered one online but due to some glitch with the McDonald’s app my money was taken, but my order was not received so I paid for something that I didn’t get when I went inside to speak with an associate to see about a refund. I was ignored by the associate Instead of prioritizing. Her job decided to speak with another customer about what was going on in her life now, I sit there at the counter, waiting for some time before I asked if Was a manager that could assist me she continue to ignore me until I yelled over-the-counter for a manager at this time. She had already helped the customer in front of her, but just continue talking to her anyways about life situation while the line accumulated. So now that I’m yelling for a manager, so I can get my refund she finally acknowledges me, but then start speaking with other customers in line that have been waiting to be helped. When I told her the situation that I purchased the order that I wasn’t able to receive, she wanted proof so I showed her the screen on my phone that show that money has been taken out my account. She took the phone on my hand and started going through my bank account Statements, looking at everything, and then told me that she believe it was credited back to my account which it did not show anything to provide proof that that was indeed the case so I left without being helped without my money and without the Food that I ordered the associate claim that she was the manager, and her name was Beth

Ordering here never goes well for me. I know they don’t have a lot of people and it’s not the staff they do their best. If you order on the app never pick up inside because randomly the doors will be locked and you will have to wait in a long line anyway for your food. I would definitely go to another location. The extra time it takes to drive to a different one is shorter than the wait time and you will be able to pick up how you would like when using the app.

I used to look forward to getting my food at this location, but so much has changed. The new design and layout basically makes it a cold and uninviting place. My apple pie was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. The ingredients on my sandwich were all over the place.. The person who brought my food out was nice and polite and I have no problem with the service itself but everything else really makes me miss what McDonald’s used to be like.

It was closed inside at 5pm, though their work hours are till 11 pm. I ordered mocha coffee and it is the second time I hear that the coffee machine doesn’t work, what’s the problem with it? The revamp some to this place years ago sure made things bigger inside and the staff seems to have remained better since. However I never want to eat inside as it's just too exposed and industrial. The food is the same it's been for years but unfortunately it's just not been very good. The staples of Big Mac, 1/4lbr, and mcnuggets are still good standbys. However the dollar/ menu is a non existent joke now with even the smallest fry or even just a hashbrown exceeding $2! You don't even wanna know what happened to the once $1 valued mcChicken. At least they have breakfast... Except now there's a better breakfast out there. Beating McDonald's in quality, selection and price is now Wendy's. You remember, the burger place with better food you didn't go to because it was twice the price of McDonald's... Not anymore. For having never improved their quality and having gone backwards even at times, I don't know how they can justify raising their prices the way they have. I can only assume they're kept in business by the new McCafe drinks. They aren't bad or terribly priced, yet. I'm not going to go into a nostalgic rant about the better toys happy meals used to have because we're all already aware of it. Candidly speaking, I'm not sure McDonald's will last another generation if it doesn't correct its course.

I've lived within 10 minutes of the Mukwonago McDonald's for over 5 years and getting a shake there is nearly impossible. I've ordered a shake more than 15 times and 75% of the time they say "oh the shake machine is broke" . When I've asked when they expect it to be fixed I get a snotty "I don't know" or nobody knows that". This place is constantly hiring which makes me think it's not even a good place to work for teenagers.

This is a good McDonalds. Went at lunchtime, used the app to order and picked up at counter. Even though the drive thru was backed up with 10 cars when I pulled in, I got my order at the counter in less than 5 minutes. Restrooms really clean as was the inside of the restaurant. Lots of parking even for larger trucks and trucks with trailers.

The inside of the McDonald’s was closed, I’m not sure if they are short staffed, however my order took a while to come despite there being less then 3 other cars in line. Brand new space, set up for using kiosks and the McDonald's app and delivery services such as door dash. Very clean and uncluttered. Seems to be a very efficient operation.

Extremely slow service. Went inside and was greeted by a wall of machines to order. Took 10 minutes to use the menus to select my order for 4 people. Way slower than ordering from a person. Tried to pay however credit card transactions were not available. It printed a receipt which I had to pay at the counter. I waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone came by. This probably meant my order was not actually placed until this point, 15 minutes after entering the building. McDonalds is no longer in the fast food industry. Avoid this location.

Ordered a small shamrock shake that was filled halfway. Lady said their machine was “broken”…and could only give us a halfway filled shamrock shake…didn’t even give us our money back.

I went through the drive thru and the cashier was very sweet. The young man who handled our food was the 2nd time we dealt with him. He was friendly, thorough and sweet. This is honestly the BEST McDonald's in the state. This restaurant has never made any mistakes, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your employees are consistent, sweet and helpful.

Ordered online at 930pm. Got there at 945pm. No one answered the drive through, so we pulled up to the window. Lady was in there cleaning. Made eye contact several times and it’s clear shes ignoring us. So I try to go inside but all the door are locked. Go back through the drive through and honk until she finally comes to window and irritated points her watch like they’re closed. But it’s only 950 now and they don’t close til 10. I pretend I can’t understand so she opens the window and I explain what’s going on. She says we have no orders. I ask what I’m supposed to do with my order number and money I spent. She said cancel your card. Never met a more rude fast food worker before. No food for the family and lost the money.

Food ordered from kiosk was nearly 100% right. One of two cheeseburgers ordered with "no pickle" still had pickle. The wrapper showed "no pickle" only the one without; though both were ordered without from the kiosk. Also, one Happy Meal ordered with "under 3 year old" toy came with the "older kids'" book. Update Dec-23, ordered on App for counter/inside delivery... OK except that inside closed due to lack of staff. Had to wait through the (long) drive through.
