50% of the time its a bad experience.. yet again here iam making another negative review due to getting a messed up order.. ordered my wife a frape.. was supposed to be large mocha. when i got the drive thru window i thought weird this looks small. didnt think anything of the fact it was caramel. when i got home she was mad saying it was a small!!!!! last time i came here i ordered a meal that they messed up and i could not eat and i was on the freeway so i was not going to turn back 30 mins to fix my burgers.. someone responded to that review to which i also responded and nothing happened!!! im truly done with mc donalds lol

This is by far the worst mcdonald's I've dealt with. Every time we order something is messed up. My children have been given expired apples on multiple occasions. This time they didnt get apples or sauces at all. Management is rude as hell every time. I just saw another review about fries being half empty, that happens all the time at this location.

In the drive through I asked the guy if the coffee was fresh and he said no. I then asked him if he could make some coffee for me and my friend. I waited and I got no answer! None! Just dead silence! He never responded! So I just drove away! Is this how McDonald’s is treating customers! Very disappointing!

Best McDonalds we have ever been to! Manager and staff were quite professional, friendly and conscientious. They bring your order to you here. Plus the Manager made conversation with us and pointed out to be careful on the wet section of floor just cleaned. We really didn’t expect this level of service and were pleased. It felt homey and more comfortable than most McDonald’s.

waited 20 mins for my order because i came in during peak drive thru time. then when i was on the free way i went to open my order and they messed it up.. not driving all the way to green bay to get off the free way and turn around to go back to denmark! waste of money and food. this stuff happens here all the time!!! So after getting parked for our order. The employee dropped our bag of food while on the way to our car. Turned around and went back inside. After more time we had to go in to get our order. They didn't even start remaking it. The whole time the ripped bag of food was still laying on the sidewalk where the employee dropped it. And the manager was wandering around while on a cell phone. Ridiculous. No discount was offered. This ordeal took over 20+ minutes. Nothing but disappointment and regret. I guess I should have lower expectations.

They messed up my order then told me I had to drive back to my house and get the food to prove they gave me the wrong thing, then proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong when I clearly know what I ordered. When we went in for our food, the lady behind the desk was not In a proper fast food working mood. She did not smile what so ever, and she had a very snappy attitude at all of us. Then while we were eating, a guy came in and apparently he has been waiting 20 minutes for his double cheese burger. So he had to get his money back and had a lot of waisted time on the restaurant. When we looked at our recipe, I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget MEAL. But I did not get the MEAL aspect. I told the lady, "I'll take a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, with a large fry and a Mc flurry." She told me that she couldn't substitute the Mc flurry in for a drink, so I had to get a drink and the Mc flurry separate.. then while we were about done with finishing our food, my little sister was sitting next to the wall with this big painting over her. The painting FELL and almost hit her, it would have hit her if my grandma didn't put her arm out. It took about a minute or so for someone to come out from the back and look at what happened. I told him that the painting fell, and he just nodded. Only a nod and nothing else, I gave him a look and he took his time to come out. My brother, who was easily lifting up the heavy painting, had the guy go up to him and was told "I got this little man". But the worker couldn't lift it up, and had to get the chick that was serving us to lift it. Then they were going to put it back on the wall.

My experience was very poor and I hated it. I don't know if I'll be going to this McDonald's again

Seems odd to leave a review for McDonald’s but I feel like it should be said. I have a 30 min drive to work everyday and I pass 3 different McDonald’s. One being directly accross the street from my job. But I literally always get off on the I just to stop at this one because the morning ladies are such a joy lol! Whoever is working that second window is always in a great mood and it makes me happy. I have even be running late, inpatient and crabby. I was extremely disappointed today. I decided to treat myself at 1:30 p.m. I always get a quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I ordered I politely asked that my fries be fresh and hot. Guess what? I got my food at the drive through and pulled straight ahead and parked to eat. Fries were COLD! (My quarter pounder was barely warm but I ate it). I'm not one to complain but I told myself do it! I went through again and explained what happened. They gave me new fries but they were obviously reheated. I ate less than half and threw them out. They didn't taste good. I understand food prices are up but I'd gladly wait longer in order to get hot food. I'm never going back there.

This location was perfect as I stayed at the rest area just up the road. Was able to get in and get out with my food and coffee that I desperately needed. The Mcgridle might be the best I've ever had. And kudos for the free Wi-Fi that I used to do all my Google reviews from my road trip.
