Don't go to this location unless you like poor quality food. My burger was overcooked and there was so much ketchup on it that it was falling apart. Also, the fries were oily and dark brown. Went through your drive-through today we’re told we couldn’t get breakfast burritos. Your morning manager who came to the drive-through after I complained about it was very rude and said I didn’t mean I wasn’t sorry for being the way I was and I was sorry. The two girls in your drive-through who were ordertakers were very rude to. I think if you’re not gonna have something on your menu board what’s on your menu board? I stopped at this McDonalds drive through on my lunch break yesterday. It took so long that I thought I was going to be late returning to work. Ordered breakfast and got there before 10:30 and was waiting in line and watched the signs switch and the person in front of me was able to still order breakfast but my mobile order was denied. They said I was ONE MINUTE late and they already switched the grills over and didn't have the materials...I get if I was like 5 minutes but 1 minute while I was waiting in line?? And to lie and say you don't have the materials when the person in front of me ordered breakfast is bs. Also telling me to leave a little bit earlier just incase someone is in line?? Wtf?! How can I account for how long y'all take to take orders? Not to mention the manager was rude and told me not to argue with him but sorry man I was only a minute late and instead of having good customer service you want to fight me and lie to me. Can't get an order right and very slow. Don't know what the 1 car in front of me ordered, but they never told them to pull forward. They sat there for 10 minutes until they got their food. They could have sent them forward so I could have gotten mine. But that was just a start to problems. How hard is it to mess up a cheeseburger with no pickles order? Well, for this place, it is extremely easy. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles, and I got 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles and mayonnaise. Plus, for some reason, it was rocket science to get a large fry for $1.29 after they used my code and punched in a medium fry for a $1.29. They couldn't change it because the code was already used, so they asked if I still wanted a large fry, and when I said yes, they added a large fry to my order at full price along with the medium fry. I told them I wanted the large fry for $1.29, and their response was this, and trust me, you can't make this up. "The code is already used, so we can't get you the large fry." I told them that the price is the same and just to put a large fry in the bag. Then the response was, "Let me get a manager." Wow!! Between ordering and waiting, it took 15 minutes, and this was at 10 at night. It's not a busy time of the night. If you want fast food, go find a sit-down restaurant, it will be faster and the order will probably be correct.

Waited for lunch to start and I ordered my food at exactly 10:30 am. All of my food was burnt. I waited 10 minutes in the parking lot for my food which was fine when I thought it was because everything was being made fresh, but everything was burnt and gross. If you can just avoid this location, the one in Menomonie is amazing and they have a play place.

I used the McDonald’s app to purchase a quarter pounder and I got a FREE box of 10 chicken nuggets with it! Within minutes this food had directly affected my brain chemistry. Update: went back today. There were 2 cars in front of me. Both had to hook because they forgot things and then just ignored them. It was my turn and they opened the window, handed me my food, and closed it. Didn't even talk to me. Looked in my bag no barbecue sauce for my nuggets.

I usually don't mind here but since my son is sick my dad dropped us off mcdonalds. My mcchicken which said extra mayo on the special sticker had no mayo at all, almost no Lettuce AND A CHUNK OF PLASTIC IN IT. I'm glad this one wasn't for my child.

Passing thru town...Sunday afternoon 5pm observations: employees standing around the drive thru window chatting while no customersat the drive upbut while 3 customers waited for service at counter, employees had to finish their chats. Soda area sticky with spilled soda, a half dozen old customer receipts on dining floor, old food on floor under tables, service was slow. Worst place I have ever been to. Food is cold and gross! If I could give it a negative 10, I would. The wait wasn’t worth the cold and messy food. Didn’t appreciate the ‘kid’ saying is that all after every word I said. Do better and get management. Waited 20 mins for 1 single McChicken add cheese and bacon no lettus. After waiting 20 mins, I got my sandwich and it had no cheese no bacon and had added pickles.... ok, no biggie! mistakes happen.. I returned my sandwich and informed the person at the counter (witch was the manager) that it was wrong, there was no rush put on the employees to make my sandwich correctly, immediately! Instead there were 3 more orders that went out before my sandwich was finally made... all in all I spent over 30mins for 1 sandwich.... that is just unacceptable, and poor effort of management!
