Killian who works there was giving staff a hard time while there and when my food was taking forever, I walked up and asked if I needed to come up and get it. He had some sass with me and said you are waiting on hashbrowns. As soon as he saw me sit back down he called my number. Just absolute horrible customer service.

This place will mess up your order every 3 or 4 times (I know, I've gone here several times per month for over a year). The employees are very unprofessional. I've witnessed an employee babysitting their child while working. The same employee I witnessed start arguing with said child in the middle of taking someone's order. The staff here seem lazy and incompetent, but the food is fine as long as they don't mess the order up.

Gave me no fish with my 3 double fish fillet sandwiches. I asked the manager why would someone order double, and then request none. He said he was going by a strict interpretation of the order ticket, which sure enough said 'no fillet patty'. So, just going by a strct interpretation of the ticket order, no fillet patty, there should still have been at least 1 fillet patty on it. No, just three buns with tartar sauce. When I tried to speak with the manager , he yelled out that he was going to call the cops, then slammed down the phone. What a great manager. Would want my kids, or anyone else I know working for that guy

Some lady in there was screaming at people and was rude to my wife picking up our food.

I understand bad things happen at work, like people calling in and you have to work late, but that doesn’t give you the right to yell at your staff that IS there and definitely doesn’t give you the right to treat a customer like trash.

All she wanted was a damn drink carrier for the McFlurry, two milks, and large coke. No need to slam stuff around and throw it out the window at her.

I see from reviews that some woman there seems to consistently be an issue and maybe someone needs to actually do something about it.

ZERO. Ordered and paid for an order via the App. Weather was 6 degrees. We were in the car. I am recovering from knee surgery and asked if the ordered items could be handed to us via the drive thru window. We were instructed to *leave* the drive-thru window and walk in as the order is sitting on the pickup counter. When I made it inside, no food, only a refund receipt with cash on it and a Completely Rude shift manager refusing to serve us.

I ordered 2 McGriddles off the mobile app at 10:17 got there at 10:31 they told me that even though I already paid through the app that I would not be able to get my food they gave no explanation besides they can’t do it which doesn’t make sense I already paid for the food it should already be prepared and ready to hand out by the time I get there very frustrating the app should at least tell you even if you pay and order breakfast you still are not going to be able to pick it up after 10:30 looks like somebody got lucky working there today and got some free McGriddles

Never really had a problem with this location until today. Ordered 2 McGriddles at 10:17 breakfast time, got there at 10:31. The food is usually almost always good, and the service is okay. The only problem that there seems to be is when you go up and you try to talk to them. Especially if you go up to the cash register to order food. Usually, they don't pay attention to you for 5 minutes unless you try to get their attention. If anything, use the kiosks. They're so much faster.

Definitely recommend getting the chicken nuggets and fries though!

We came to this location after a concert at Alpine Valley was delayed. We arrived at around 10:10PM, and the location closes at 11PM. The location was busy, as many had traveled here from the concert venue. There were only 3 people working, and I initially had some respect for the main individual working. He looked to be working extremely hard to fill orders. We placed our order at the kiosk, and began to wait. As time went on, the main individual working got more and more frustrated with the other staff and patrons. After waiting until 10:50PM, another patron went up to ask about their order, and were told the number had already been called and that there was nothing he (the main individual working) could do. I went up next, and he also told me that he had already called my order. He was extremely rude, accusing me of missing him calling out my order. He had in fact not called my number, as I'd been sitting there waiting the entire time. I realize he had been extremely busy, but treating customers in this way is not acceptable. I was respectful in my tone, and did not receive the same treatment back.

The McDonald's I visited the service sucked. I waited at the window to pay for 5 minutes while I watched 4 team members laughing and shooting the breeze. I finally paid and waited another 15 minutes for my food. An employee finally came out to see what I was waiting for. Showed receipt and waited another 10 minutes before I walked into the store to see what's up and got my food only to find my fries were ice cold. I asked for replacements, and they were barely warm. The employee acted as if I was bothering them. For 5 bucks for fries, they better be right. I will never go back to that place again. I'm starting to enjoy boycotting these places now.

After waiting for 43 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and a couple dozen orders after us pass by I finally spoke up politely and asked them where our food was. The lady said they were making it etc so I told her I see the two sandwiches sitting up there under the heat lamp and I have watched them get passed by and other orders finished etc. Im usually very patient and I respect fast food workers but really 43 minutes. I travel all over the U.S for work Ive ate this restaurant the last 2 days as im working next door. I can say honestly that this is one of the best McDonald's I've been too. The kid running the register and the morning manager need a major attitude adjustment. Both highly rude and refused to listen to the order causing us to miss an entire meal and then when I went in to re order it the kid was throwing around tools and throwing a fit for every person that ordered.
