Shout out to this McDonald’s for sheltering, my wife and me and many other travelers during severe thunderstorms in the area today. Reports of tornadoes close by. The manager calmly directed everyone to the safest places in the store and kept us posted on weather reports. Afterwards, he offered us free soft drinks. Many of us had not purchased food, but we were warmly welcomed during the storm. Thanks, McDonald’s!

I have driven 2 hours to eat at this location instead of others. The food at other mcd's pale in comparison to this one. Not to mention how clean this location is both inside and out. Every time I go here(which is often) I have an amazing experience with the workers, who provided me with a free meal once or twice thanks to a McDonald's app bug. This McDonald's is not just a restaurant, it's an experience.

The 2 times I gone there within 3 weeks was vary bad experience both times the 1st I got a chicken sandwich and frys and so I got home and the frys were like pure salt 🧂 like bad and hard I gone to eat my chicken sandwich 🥪 but weird thing was there was no chicken in the sandwich......
The 2nt time I gone there to give them a nother chance was with my brother we got to the window for are food and they tried giving us the wrong food wich we told them that's not it and she thought it was funny and laughed and said sorry I gave your food away then shut the window and then kept laughing....... so then we ended up waiting a while for are food wich suprzed they got it right this time i won't be going back there both times tho it was a different red head gril for the 1st time it was a more thin one and the 2nt time it was a little bigger red head i do not recommend going there vary unprofessional. I had to order in the store on a kiosk no issues with that but it took 22 minutes to get a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets kids meal. They appeared to fully staffed. The employees were talking to each so that's probably why my food took so long and my cheeseburger was gross, it tasted funny so I didn't eat it. Will never go back.

I've never had an issue with mobile order before so I'm not sure what happened, they didn't offer an explanation. I wouldn’t call myself a food critic but I’m definitely can tell this food lacked a critical part of the process. The food I ordered was just so depressing. I don’t know how to emphasis it into other words than how sad it just looked. Literally when I tasted it, not even the hottest it could be and the fries lacked salt. The nuggets lacked heat and tasted old. This whole place just ruined my whole mood when I walked in, It just gives off very monochromatic depressing tones. Everytime I come here it’s loaded with sauce to the point where your hands are covered. Didn’t ask for extra? The real reason I’m writing this review is that the service is bad even for McDonald’s. Two drive thru lanes right? So I pull up to the first one and I’m asked if I’m using the app I say no thank you. Then the worker proceeds to help two cars in the other lane who came after me!! First car she helped before me I was like common mistake what ever second one made me mad because they had a huge order at this point I wish i went inside but there’s cars behind so I can’t back out. Get to the window and she doesn’t say anything not a hi or a total. Waited for ever in the drive thru finally got my food and of course it’s a mess in the wrapper. Just drench in sauce.
