Awful customer service. Took 25 minutes and I had to bring my receipt up to them because they lost the order. No acknowledgement on how long you this took. Still took 15 more minutes to get food. Missing an item also. Then brought the cup so I could fill it. For some reason they always forget the soda also. Again no acknowledgement on how long this took and that I had to go to them to fix the issue. Food was cold also. Not sure how it can be late and cold. Should be hot

We don’t come here often, it we made the choice. And kindly regret it. My son barely ate his food because the fries were so salty. They just went to the garbage thing with mine burger was dry as all hell. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. Save your money save your time. Cook at home or go to a different McDonald’s.
The people across from my table were also complaining about their food, and the lady went up to talk to the boy that was upfront, and he told her that she never asked for a new fries and straight up, lied to her face when I was a witness the people are not very nice . If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a simple iced Carmel coffee with no ice in it. Watched the guy put water and cream in it. It’s kind of hard to mess up a two step ingredient drink and yet it happened. Can’t even be disappointed at this point, just annoyed I paid money for that. Was told by the register people that the drink was made correctly and they would not remake it. Even if it’s 7 o’clock at night don’t have coffee on your menu if you’re not willing to make it.

Probably one of the least over packed locations. I can easily move throughout the floor & likely if was in a (LARGER) wheelchair have no issues getting to the tables or games. I might not fit in the kiddy TV section easily in a wheelchair, but as a walking mom, I could sit on it's floor.

Biggest client list inside during the morning are the Vets. Thank you to those that served. Next biggest are families using local business or business folks trying to escape the office!
Drive thru doesn't seem to stop, so understand you might wait a few minutes for food, but it's hot & fresh!
We fed 4 people bigger breakfast meals for about $50, can't say that about lunch & dinner!

Our experience has been awful the last three times we have come in. We went in for dine-in. There was no one in the dining area. We placed our order, waited 25 minutes. Then went up and asked where our order was. Waited another 5 minutes. They brought our food out. Fries were cold. Our nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. Went thru drive thru a couple weeks later. There was 1 car in front of us and 1 behind us. They asked us to pull forward and wait for our order at the courtesy window. Waited 12 minutes. They brought us our food. We order 2 mc Chicken sandwiches. They brought us 2 hot and spicy sandwiches and they were hard and cold as well. Took them back into the restaurant, to get regular
ones. And we had to wait another 10 minutes for sandwiches. We are now boycotting mcdonalds. There seems to be a great down fall in the aspect of respect, pride, consideration, and customer service.

I just ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. I asked her if I could add either a six piece or 4 piece nuggets for my wife without a meal, she told me nope not possible only can order 10 or 20 piece nuggets meal nothing else. Not sure why on door dash through this location and every other McDonald’s I go to I can get a six piece nuggets separate but apparently not with the gal taking orders today. Kind of a joke when you factor in the long wait which is a given during dinner hour but I don’t like how their menu changes day to day depending who takes your order. I’ll find a different location next time.

I came in during breakfast and ordered a couple things and when I checked my bag we were missing one item, I came back to the store and asked them if I could get my food I was missing and the young worker was very nice but when the manager came to talk to me she was very rude and told me they weren't going to make my food again and when I asked for a refund she was again very rude. And when she finally only gave me my refund she only gave me the refund for the sandwich and not the whole meal I was missing the side as well. And she walked away before I could tell her. The young employee had the decency to apologize for the managers behavior. If the 15 year old kid getting paid min wage has to apologize for a grown adult thats embarrassing. I really wouldn't have had a problem if the manager wasn't that rude but I probably won't go to this McDonald's again after that.

Came there to order food tonight and come back home to realize I didn’t get what I ordered, drive all the way back only to be told only one part of my meal can be remade after it was sitting there cold from me having to go all the way back after not getting what I paid for. So here I am with $30 worth of cold food and only a refund on a couple cheeseburgers. I’ve worked in fast food before, and I totally understand the offer of remaking an order before a refund. Went in the drive thru to get two small frappes and a slushie. They had us pull up to the next window then let us sit there for 5-10 minutes until I went inside and asked what was happening and was informed the frappe machine was broken. Why would you not let us know the machine is broken and just let us sit there? Worst McDs I have ever had!! When you eat McDonald's in another state, you instantly notice the difference. You remember for a moment all the reasons you loved it as a child. Ive been unimpressed for many years.. but TONIGHT was the WORST. I Left my dry tastless "cheeseburger" open on the counter. It consisted of four microscopic fragments of a chopped onion, a partial peice of pickle, and a tint of ketchup on the top bun, over a charred dry slice of fake cheese.
My daughter was the lucky winner of a deformed crusted dry nugget. No a single apology for wasting my $17, nope they couldn't be bothered from serving the next crusted buger for order number #911.
