Was ordering take out and was missing a happy meal so I called and Kathy their said that she was going to send me coupons for a free happy meal. 15 day later I call because I have yet to get my coupons through the mail the worker said that I was not on the coupons list and then said that I said a bad word to Kathy even that I didn’t and then the worker rudely hanged up and never got my coupons and also Kathy I didn’t say a bad word to you

I confused the poor kid at the counter, talking too fast which caused him to omit something I ordered. They promptly fixed my order, gave me fresh food and didn't charge for the missing part of my order. Things dont always go as planned, but its important how you respond. Food is McDonalds food, nothing to write home about. However, the customer service is fan-freaking-TASTIC. Specifically from their new employee Edgar Mulato. On his first day, he already has the social skills of a professional, speaking with such elegance and respect. Not to mention his buzz cut which served as the finest eye candy while he took my order. The food was mediocre, but give that it delivered to my table my Mr.Mulato himself, I couldn’t have enjoyed it any more. God bless this establishment for recruiting such a fine young man. 😁

Horrible customer service. When I got to the ordering mic, I sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Then when someone finally came on they asked if we needed more time? So I was confused, and said how we’ve been waiting on them and laughed about it. But the worker had a crazy attitude and snapped back saying “the robot asked you a question and you didn’t respond.”when I also kept saying “hello?” Every like minute before they finally said anything. Then they wouldn’t let us order a shake because it was “past 1:30” it was 1:32 at this point. So we would have had more than enough time. I understand we got there kinda late, but the store is 24 hours. The attitude I got was wild. Very disappointed cause normally I love this McDonalds.

Normally love this McDonalds, during the day. Just went there early 2 AM 05/25/25. Was the only person in the drive thru. Ordered two quarter pounder meals, Sat in the drive thru for 10 min, when one guy came to the window he said nothing to me at all. Then waited over 10 more minutes and finally got my food and still nothing was said to me at all. Very awkward encounter, took way too long for a meal like that, especially with being the only customer in the drive thru. Wanted to leave this here so it can be a better experience because during the day with the daytime workers it is very good, I am not sure what went wrong here tonight at all.

They give half full fries. I ordered a large fry and got a half full large. Asked for no onions on the burgers, and received onions. Service was alright. Wish it was better. Your food is also prepared with no gloves. I watched the manager touch someone else’s fries with his bare hands and threw them in the bag. Hope he washed his hands at least. My wife visited this location on October 14th at around 1:40 A.M., and the experience was very disappointing. A young, overweight, blonde man was working the drive-thru, and after receiving our order, my wife realized in the parking lot that our fries were missing, even though they were listed on the receipt.

She went back through the drive-thru to get the missing fries, but instead of resolving the issue, the employee accused her of lying about not receiving them. It’s frustrating that something as small as a $3 order of fries led to such an unpleasant and accusatory interaction.

I had just finished a long work shift and was waiting at home for her to return. Instead of relaxing, my wife had to drive 20 minutes to the location, and now I’m stuck awake waiting for her to come back, when I should be resting for work tomorrow. This lack of professionalism made an already inconvenient situation much more stressful.

I had a very simple order of a double quarter pounder meal with bacon and I ended up getting cold fries with the wrong burger. It’s definitely not the first time I’ve been there and the fries were cold or they messed up your order. I have never seen people care less about their job in my life. This location has always had ups and downs, but mostly downs; but tonight takes the cake for a huge down. The same big employee at the drive through around 9:30 PM went to hand me my money back, except the coins first. Before even asking if I had it, the wind blew making the rest of my cash and receipt fly away. He didn’t even say sorry or attempt to give me money back, he just asked if I was able to get it. Like holy hell I’m in a drive through, you want me holding other people up because of your mistake? Worst employee service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid using cash when it’s windy and busy especially with that one employee working. The past two times I've gone through the drive thru and got nuggets they never asked if I wanted sauce, just put no sauce on the order. Tonight my son asked at the window because they didnt ask at the speaker, and the guy told him it "should" be in the bag. Well my son being 16 doesn't think to look, and of course no sauce again! Can never do something as simple as put mayo in a little plastic cup. Any other McDonald's usually does it but when they even say "a cup? yeah I can get you a cup of mayo." Then you get packets theres a problem. Okay so the Mac & Don Supper Club has more to it than meets the eye... one day, upon using the restroom (after dining on McDouble and McPie), I found a switch on the underside of one of the toilets in the men's room. Don't ask me how I discovered it, nonetheless I flipped it to see what it was for.

The toilet flushed, but also the water drained out completely and the floor broke away at the area around the commode, along the grout lines of the tile. The latrine was now slowly turning clockwise as the void in the floor gave way to reveal a tight spiral staircase that led downstairs.

While descending I could hear a faint chant of what sounded like soul-less children (also don't ask how I know what discerns a soul-less child sound from a soul-ful one) singing railroad songs. When I made it to the bottom of the staircase I chanced to witness a brightly colored foreman with a big red afro cracking a McWhip in the vicinity. This guy was a clown - always making people laugh. Red hair, red and yellow pantsuit (with hi-water bottoms), and signature clown shoes, this was Ronnie Mcdonny and he looked to oversee any funny business (or clowning around). So I paid a shady character from Shaw Town to give him monkey pox. Since then, life has never been as animated as this situation... and the McDoubles have more soul.

When he finally did open the windows to take the money, I told him he better have hot food or I was going to be really ticked off. If that had not been the only place open, I would not have gone there.
