Most ridiculous experience of my life.. order a large fry, plain double cheese burger and a fanta with no ice..
Pay and get to the pickup window - where im given the wrong order and when I say "that's not mine", im told "yes it is" to which I said "no its not".
For context it was a bag of burgers - at least 8. So clearly that isn't my order.. I ask for my drink and some ketchup (didn't get my fries or burger yet) - handed ketchup, see the lady get my soda and sit it down then say "that's not hers" as she proceeds to get another fanta and hand it to me..
5 minutes later I get my fries and burger - the burger isn't right, so I say "I asked for plain". Im told "you didn't tell me that" and I said "yes I did and its on the recipe". Closes the window and then comes back to say "I told them 3x it was plain"... show my receipt to prove i said, plain.. she takes the wrong burger back and 7 minutes later comes back with the correct burger.
Meanwhile 4-5 staff are standing their arguing about the burger being wrong and what the guys order is behind me because hes been through 2x for wrong orders.

Awful service. Mobile order placed at 8:44 am for drive thru pick up. When we arrived, drive thru was packed, we opted to go in. I informed the cashier about the change. We waited patiently as we watched 6 customers come in to the counter, order a couple large orders, and get their food and leave. When I asked if there was an issue, I was told there were 10 people ahead of me. Hmmmm. We got out order at 9:11- and it wasn't complete. Very upsetting. One of the employees 'screamed' that she couldn't anymore, and kept screaming as she walked off the job and out the door. POOR MANAGEMENT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I recently visited a McDonald's and was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bathrooms were in dire need of attention, with dirty sinks and filthy floors in front of the urinals. Finding a clean table was impossible, so we ended up eating in the car. This experience fell far below McDonald's usual standards. I hope they address these cleanliness issues soon.

Quite possibly the most pleasant drive thru staff that I have ever encountered at this location. Today April 1st, 2025. I’m a LONG-time McDonald’s customer… back to the mid-60’s. We walked in to this McDonald’s so that my wife could have a cup of coffee. They are “directing” customers more strongly to use the kiosks. No fault of the employes. Management. Given we wanted a senior half caf/half decaf, we still required human service.

The topper was the loud music… louder than any of the 1,000 or so McDonald’s that I’ve been in. The shift supervisor told me that corporate had been in and set it at that volume and forbade it being put any lower. My wife and I pondered it for way more minutes than we should have. The only possibility we see is they don’t want people to stay in the restaurant longer than is absolutely necessary. I have a feeling that this is a corporate policy that is not going to work out well for McDonald’s.

The food was fine nothing amazing and nothing horrible. My cheeseburger was a little messy but that’s okay it seemed busy. My daughter and I went to the bathroom that smelled horrendous. Order was quickly prepared, actually hot and accurate! Great service! This location has had many ups and downs through the years but is actually trying to maintain positive customer service even with large volume and staffing concerns.

2 of the 4 ranch they gave us were open and I couldn't use a gift card I got today because it's damaged and they couldn't type in the numbers. I also asked for barbecue sauce and idk if the person taking the order didn't hear or what because we didn't get any
