This is the WORST McDonald’s there has ever been. Ordered a $50 breakfast for 4 people on Saturday 6/7/25, waited THIRTY MINUTES just to be brought sandwiches that weren’t even part of our order and told “we’ll make it right tomorrow.” Husband comes in to collect 6/8/25, it is ANOTHER thirty minute ordeal- and they tried to just give a couple McGriddles instead of replacing the entire order like the woman said. Husband rejects rest of order. He then watches the woman bring OUR order to another waiting car and almost give it away to them!!! We look in the bag to see that the sandwiches are WRONG!!!! Two days, two complete wastes of time, and we are there regularly. Not anymore. I’ll go to Baldwin from now on. I have worked at McDonald’s and it’s not that hard to read an order and fill it. Absolutely ridiculous. This “manager” should be put on dish duty.

Went through drive thru this morning and foolishly did not check my order before driving away. He largest item in my order was missing. I called Ellsworth and the person who answered the phone said that if I come back they could give me a "free breakfast ". I asked if they were going to comp the one they forgot, and I was told "no, you will get a free breakfast" 🙃. What I want to know is how is it free if I already paid for it and didn't receive it? Went to drive thru. They told me they were having issues with drive thru. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting. Then 2 cars pull up in the other drive thru lane and place their orders with no problem. I moved to the other lane and was told to wait AGAIN, while someone else pulls up in my original lane and places their order! After that I drove away and will NEVER go back to this location.

I have been here on 2 separate occasions now and been very dissatisfied. I used the mobile app but, when I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my food at 1:30pm . Not only was the restaurant filthy and looked like it has not been cleaned . I got my food given to me in a happy meal box and all I did was say” I didn’t order a happy meal “ the blonde manager gave me attitude and talked to me like I was stupid and walked away mid conversation. I paid for extra sauces (3 honey mustard) on the app and noticed I didn’t get any so when I asked the blonde manager to get me some nicely.She only gave me one and refused to give me the rest, she just kept walking away from me and wouldn’t give me my receipt so As a rewards member I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AFTERNOON STAFF!!.
***Note*** I never get treated like this from the morning staff. The morning crew always treat me with the most respect and all deserve raises but the afternoon manager needs to be fired for how she talks to loyal customers who come in weekly. I should be able to ask questions and enjoy my whole meal with the sauce I PAID FOR

We placed mobile orders at 10:30 and arrived at the establishment at 10:45. Their website and sign on the door claimed that they were to close at 11:00. Wanted to go inside to use the restroom as we waited for our food to arrive and the doors were locked 15 minutes before their closing time. We knocked on the door where an employee told us we could not enter the establishment because they were cleaning their lobby. Through the window we could see an employee sitting at a table inside eating. Why are you closing your doors and cleaning before the posted closing time and refusing service to paying customers? The employees were extremely rude throughout this whole process and showed no display of customer service. If you are going to lock your doors and refuse lobby service before 11:00, change your posted hours to match your actions. We will never eat at this establishment and recommend others do the same.

Just waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. By the time i got my food, my fries were colder than my sprite with ice. Also the wait probably had something to do with the fact that the few workers there were all congregated around the front window telling jokes and goofing off. Wish i could say this is a first time occurrence at this Ellsworth McDonald's but it's not.
