Spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive thru for my mobile order. Finally got up to the window and was told their mobile system was down and they couldn’t process my order or give a refund for 2 business days. Left with no food and less money. I had to go back to work hungry because I didn’t have enough time to go somewhere else. I would have appreciated being told at the ordering process that the system was down. Then I could have left and had more time to get food somewhere else.

The employees are nice, and friendly, but... I had an online pickup I waited 17 min for when the parking lot was empty when I got there, after I entered my pick up spot# more customers arrived at the window, as long as of duration they spoke on the speaker it was obvious these were window orders and not window orders, only 1 out of 5 vehicles that went through the window to order was fast enough it could have been a pickup. After the 6th vehicle had gone by I went in to cancel my order, but there was noone at the register and noone ever came to the front for me to talk to, while I was waiting I seen my order on the counter just no drinks, so I went back to my car thinking it would be right out, it was not it took about 5 more minutes. After waiting a while we started watching the clock and it took 17 minutes for us to get our food from when we started watching the clock till when we got our food. It happens, what should not happen and did, is all the food was lukewarm if not could, everything was soggy and mushy, most the food went in the trash and the kids ended up eating few of their French fries a couple nuggets and one of the 4 sandwiches, two sandwiches were supposed to be plain, they were not. I won't be doing online orders at this location again, it was a huge waste of money. I was visiting family and was trying to get the kids dinner because after dropping them off at the house I had to rush to Walmart before they closed. I found out when I got back over an hour later noone eat their food, found out from the oldest that the food was all cold, i knew about the fries because thats what I gave them to eat till we got to the house. Cold fries is common at this store, they are always soggy and my guess old. But usually the rest of the food is at least hot as if they could be fresh. One of the kids eat half of their cold sandwich, one wouldn't eat at all, went to bed without dinner and our 6yr old who was still wake but in bed, found some chips to feed her so she wouldn't go to bed hungry. I should have checked the food, thats on me, but the rest is on McDonald's. I will be calling it in later today to the customer help option on the map, but since i had to search the store number because it's not on the receipt, I figured I'd leave a review while I'm here.

Two breakfast sandwiches served on a NOT fresh biscuit that was actually hard. Not crispy...hard. the orange juice was sour and not friendly service either . This is only the second time I have purchased anything from this location and both times it was horrendous. I've had no problems with other locations but this one on military I would not recommend.

Went to the drive through after traveling through southern wisconsin. Stopped here and got my daughter a happy meal. As soon as she opened it and moved the apples a stink bug popped up and scared her. I immediately closed it and took it back inside. The lady that came up to the counter was helpful, threw away the old happy meal, and remade it. When describing what happened to the drive thru person, the drive thru person said, "She's probably just trying to get a free happy meal" not realizing I could clearly hear her. She did come up to apologize, however I made sure to point out that the happy meal in the trash was completely untouched, and I did NOT just want a free happy meal, just one free of bugs.

Started fine. I asked if I could have new fries because they gave me refried old ones. They said ok and came back with more refried fries. I could see the oil. It was clear they weren't going to make me new fries, so I'm writing a review. In the middle of a 7 hour road trip to upper Michigan in a snow Strom with my kids. Every single time I go here nothing is right. For example every time I get an iced caramel coffee it seems they don’t put a single drop of Carmel in it. It’s very bitter and you can’t even see any Carmel at the bottom and I even ask for extra. Also I always ask for sauce like ranch and they charge me for it but they never put it in the bag. I also ordered a big breakfast with the hotcakes and when I got home I saw there was no hotcakes In there just egg and biscuit so I called and the lady on the phone was being very rude and I was being very nice about the situation but I’m sick of spending money here and not getting what I payed for.

I went this place twice in this week, through curbside order, I ordered my food before arrived there, I sat in my car and waited for 10 to 25 minutes and had came in and see they're slow and I saw my drinks sat there for long time. I asked about my order because they took long time. They said we cook fries, I was like it took long time to cook?? Bullshit. They are not even busy, only 5 cars passed while I sat and waited for long time than them.

A woman made racist comments about a customer. Not myself, but it doesn't matter. Racism and discrimination towards anyone in my vicinity is not going unnoticed OR ignored.
I'm waiting about 15 minutes at the very least for a McChicken. Already annoyed as I ordered well ahead and still waited a long time for one item. I decided to brush it off as I know restaurants get busy and orders get lost sometimes. However I used a other deal to get another item off the mobile app since I waited long enough to do so (because you can only use rewards/deals once every 15 minutes or more.) I'm near the counter when I hear a girl talking about a customer who made a complaint, but drove off before she could get her manager. She mentioned that he had just driven off, and that "he was a black guy, anyways". My head popped over the counter and I gave her the most disgusted look.
She looked embarrassed and covered her mouth as she giggled, apologizing (as she's still laughing) that she should not have said that. Clearly, as anyone with a brain should, she knew what she did was wrong. Shame on whomever she spends so much time with that made her think this mindset or language is acceptable.

I currently work at this place. It started off great. Good folks. And decent pay. Then two weeks pass my days got cut to 3. To 2. Then to literally 1 day a week I tried contacting the managers. They didn't help. So I went up higher .they told me to wait for a phone call . Not only did I not get a phone call. I literally have to "again" speak to the manager at that store. I have bills to pay. If I'm doing bad. Tell me. Don't just cut my days Update: as of September 6th I have been terminated for stating how I feel which was in my right to speak so for all who have autistic people who wish to work here. Very friendly staff, food is fair (just enough to satisfy) at best (it’s fast food) and I often find I get the wrong items in my bag/order. It doesn’t seem like they check for corrections in the food bags/boxes at this location at least. I’m always on-the-go so I don’t check on my end and just eat it anyways. It’s food. i like how this mcdonalds can never get anything right. whether i'm doordashing or going their for food, it's disappointing. the number of times they have forgotten sauce and sandwiches is ridiculous. and then when i'm trying to doordash, the cashier yells at me for checking. yells. blew it way out of proportion when i tore 1 out of 3 stickers on the drink bag to MAKE SURE that I did not get the bad end of the stick and get blamed for their mishap when my only job is to deliver. fyi, doordash is really sensitive about making sure all drinks and food are there, so maybe you should've used your inside voice and have a civil conversation with me. not to mention, if the sticker needs to stay on and i'm NOT allowed to check.. why? it's not your responsibility anymore, it's doordash's. so if the customer is mad about me checking to make sure YOU didn't forget anything (again), then it's on me. not to mention, doordash prompts you to check that the drinks are in the bag right before you press confirm pick up. if you gotta get your mackies fill, go to the one on west johnson.

Afternoon and expressly weekends they don't add mc Nugget sauce in the bag? Think about this? If you ask for extra sauce packets you are charged a pretty high premium? So then when you don't add any packages it's like your stealing from the consumer? If it happens once or twice a month so be it.. but I come in a couple days a week nothing more frustrating then getting home with your 20 piece chicken nugget especially if not fresh and no sauce at all kind of a bummer this is happening probably three times in the last 10 days usually I'm afternoon shift please address your problem if you keep stealing from your consumer pretty soon you won't have any consumers to pay your paycheck

Typically most locations during their peak lunch rush would be a significant wait and huge lines, inside and in the drive thru. I never mind waiting for my food if the wait was worth it. The one issue was I ordered my Double Cheeseburger without specific items it seemed as if they actually doubled the onions, ketchup and mustard, which made for an extremely unappetizing sandwich. I took one bite and tossed the rest of the burger. I was on a very tight schedule, I had no time to turn around to request my order be corrected. The rest of my order, 20pc Chicken Nuggets 2 Large French Fries NO SALT was VERY HOT FRESH AND FANTASTIC. I had to give the overall food as a 3 Star considering the one sandwich I was assured he entered the order I had given to this young man. The kiosks weren't syncing/connecting with the register for me to place my order AFTER I entered my items. The cashier was very nice, friendly and was able to give me both large French Fries on the $1.29 special price/promo.

3/27 slow as hell. 3rd week in a row. (Old 5* review) Went there during school hours so an older lady took my order. I say this as a good thing.
