This McDonald's disappoints with customer service. We always have to check our bag when we before we leave. We should have had 4 BBQ sauces. There were nine in the bag. Let them know it was missing. The response was to frown with an eye roll and act like we were lying. I would have been happy to hand the bag back to her so she could check. She gave me two sauces and honestly I didn't care to waste my time so we left without getting the rest of our sauce.

This McDonald's location has always been my 'go-to' choice if we go to McDonald's in Fond du Lac. This time we went because we wanted the K-pop BTS happy meal toys to collect. We bought 6 Happy Meals and only got 2 different characters out of the 6 meals. :(
Getting all the BTS members would have been awesome, but they are also hidden in a box where employees cannot see. We received JungKook and Suga from this location! The staff were super nice and helpful to us. Offering us extra carrying bags and drink holders. Always happy with this location! Thank you McDonald's staff!

Food was hot and fresh and service was fast. When the staff brought our order to the table in the play area, they noticed a full garbage can and took care of it right away.

The indoor playland was ginormous and the kiddos loved it. It was a great place to stop for some grub and let the kids stretch their legs and burn off some energy before continuing on our journey.

Just arrived out of town to stop and eat at the Mc Donalds with our kids here. Upon arrival, a girl with a patrol vest was nice enough to take our order at the desk. However, her supervisor in grey comes up to her, starts to yell at her in front of me, stating that the girl isn't supposed to take any orders and serve food only. It was really rude of this supervisor to do that in front of a customer. Then, the entire time we're eating, all I could hear is the same supervisor yelling at the rest of the staff working hard behind. At least she could thank or acknowledge their hard work in the process but could tell she is super bossy and concieted. Really ruined the atmosphere and vibe here.

Dan ruined my experience. Walked in and he immediately sighed and left the counter. Made me wait 5 minutes to order. Then gave me a table tent and said he’d bring it to me, then 20 minutes after my food was done, and he made me come pick it up. I’ve contemplated writing a review but I simply can’t believe that I’ve gone 4 times this month at different times trying to get a strawberry banana smoothie and they could not make it because they just cleaned the machine or it’s in “cleaning”… not sure what’s going on?? Maybe there are specific times to get smoothies? Idk? However another thing is the classic chicken nuggets are never that fresh. Never crispy on the outside… again not trying to be a Karen however this has happened many times.

Ordered from the Kiosk but the receipt didn’t print so I had to tell the old cashier lady what order mine was. I then paid and went to fill up my drink. When I finished filling, I slipped and almost fell on something wet. During mid slip the same cashier lady who I presume is some type of manager, came from the corner and said angrily that I need to pay then disappeared. I was confuse as I just almost fell. After cleaning up the spill from my drink from the slipping, I was about to walk to my seat however the lady continued on from behind the counter demanding about how I need to pay for my order. I looked at her in the face which was all twisted and furious. The order she wanted me to pay for was $10 while I only had gotten the $5 meal deal. I remember saying “What do you mean pay for my order? I literally just paid for my order and you had just given me back the change” She goes on and which I think she’s trying to accuse that I or someone else is stealing. I had my receipt in hand and showed it to her which she snatched, looked at it and then set it beside her. She asked for my sisters receipt too, which too showed PAID on it. She gave me my receipt back still pissed. I walked to my table, embarrassed and confused. Mind you there were two different groups of people witnessing. I processed it as I eat and I’m actually pretty angry about this baffling situation. Tbh I wouldn’t had written a bad review if she had apologized. Definitely not professional at all! Also like to mention she gave attitude and told my little brother that he couldn’t order a happy meal before all of this. Anyways, to the old cashier lady with really short reddish brown hair: you need to work on your customer service. I get it, you probably had a long day. I worked at a customer service job before and I know what it’s like but still.. making sure your guest have a pleasant time should always your priority. So fix your face and learn to speak gentler. If you were genuinely confused, there are other ways to go around it. Don’t ruin my appetite. The food was good tho lol. But I still wouldn’t wanna come to this location again.

Some days the service is amazing, however most times out of not something is wrong with my order. Never been the cook or the people making the food. It's always the register that makes my order wrong. It's always the drink. For instance today at 0829 had to switch drive through lanes to even get my order taken. I said large iced drink they said medium I corrected them. Well now I'm stuck here with a hot drink. Starting to really get red up with this location.

My family goes to this McDonald's nearly every Saturday morning for breakfast, and we have for around 2 years. We are recognized as regulars by the staff, and even got the "I didn't see you last week!" a few weeks ago after we'd been out of town. That being said, it seems that a week doesn't go by without errors with our order. We order the same thing every week, and something is always incorrect, whether the cheese is missing from the sandwich or the biscuit is replaced by a McMuffin, or the Hotcakes are missing from the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, etcetera. They are always very quick to fix the issue, and are incredibly friendly. I know there are staffing issues that hinder productivity, and they are always so friendly that I will give 4 stars anyway. We like this McDonald's and will continue to go for the friendly service.

I bought a McDouble last night. It was $3.68, including tax. It was a Dollar Menu item less than a decade ago. I'm sorry, but that is absolutely ridiculous. The prices at McDonald's are far outpacing inflation, while the experience is getting less enjoyable and the food stays the same. I miss the burger seats and the colorful and fun atmosphere McDonald's used to have. Now, everything is gray and brown. McDonald's used to be fun. We have dropped our Saturday morning breakfast down to maybe every 3 or 4 weeks. Breakfast at home is becoming much more worth it.
