Place seems to be run by 5 teenagers who do not seem to care about service or cleanliness.
The fountain machine inside is surrounded by fruit flies and the tables are usually left with ketchup smears.
Drive thru will always make you pull off to the side and wait in the tight little waiting area on the side for something as simple as an order of fries or a drink even when there is nobody else in line.
If there are more than 3 cars in line at the drive thru expect to wait about 15 minutes stuck there.
Food is subpar, yet again it is McD’s and expectations should be kept to a minimum but this McD’s sets the bar so low.

Arrived to pick up order for a delivery at 1114 and was the 6th car in line and dining room was closed. 26 minutes later I made it to the drive through windows and got food.
I pulled ahead to the road so the next car could pull up to the windows and stopped to take a picture of the receipt. Less than 15 seconds and employee leans out the window and yells for me to park on the road if I need to park..... they made me wait that long being the 6th one in line and then yell at me because I am holding things up? What in the world.... all of my stuff is time stamped for McDonald's if they don't believe I was in line that long and watch your cameras if you need to see if i was yelled at while stopping for a few seconds to take a picture of receipt. Updated Review: used APP order was incorrect. Asked for no lettuce and got lettuce buried under and extra slop of mayo. There was so much it had to be wiped off to make sandwich edible. 2 sodas marked no ice, ice in one. Small fry was cold and limp. Ordered 3 6 piece nuggets received 2/6 and 2 4 pc. Asked for ranch and Buffalo. Received honey mustard and ranch.

It's hit or miss to be honest. It depends on the staff. Things go well when the manager with blue hair is working. Other times I always seem to have something not right with my order, ranging from the espresso machine not being open because they're waiting for a truck delivery or my drink having a gross curdled substance in it.

This McDonalds is hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Their shift manager the other day was complaining about being short staffed and was swearing up and down at other employees. The one girl at the counter helped me carry my order to my truck, she thought she was doing me a favor but I felt more like I was doing her the favor to give her break from that atmosphere. Usually the store manager is there and she makes it fun to be there and knows all her regulars by name and what they usually order. The food, well it’s McDonalds so it doesn’t differ that much.

Ordered no onions, the person repeated the order back with no onions I said correct, then I pull up to the window no other cars where in line and I'm told to pull around since my order is being made just for me. In order to do this at this location I have to pull out unnecessarily back onto a busy and dangerous street with my 2 year old in the car just to go wait for my simple order. Do not come to this McDonald's. Avoid it at all costs. My wife got some lunch here today. When she was eating her burger, she noticed something moving inside it. There was a bug in her sandwich. This is absolutely disgusting and shows how little they care about health and cleanliness. They should be shut down. There is no scenario where there should be a bug INSIDE a sandwich. I will never return here and suggest you don't either. I wish I could give an even worse review. There are a few issues at a restaurant that are unforgivable. A bug in your food is one of them. It's not a situation where a fly came and landed on the sandwich. It was between the buns. That can only happen intentionally or with gross negligence. Please go anywhere else. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 hamburger meals with only ketchup and one hamburger meals with only ketchup and pickles.
With a large dr pepper, large coke and a medium fanta. When we got up to the to get our food they handed are drinks to us and the coke and Fanta were right but instead of the regular Dr. pepper we got diet Dr. pepper. Then when they handed us our food they gave us a apple pie and a burger which is obviously is not our food. Then they told us to go to curbside #5. And waited for 15 minutes. And still didn't get our food so we had to go inside and complain that we still haven't gotten our food. And the workers were like that order was brought how long ago and we were like no we did not we have been 15 minutes. Then they had to get the manager and give her the order for the third time. Then she yelled at us for telling the order to her to fast. When it like we are kind of pissed off. Then we went back out to the car and 10 minutes later we finally got the correct order that the manger brought out and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. It's like what did they have to do kill to the cow and grow the potatoes. Know one should have to wait 30 minutes for their food. It should have been ready and correct by the time we got to the window. I mean isn't that why its called fast food?

My daughter wanted to go to this location because they have a play area. When I entered the doors had sticky fingerprints and hand marks all over the glass. Got in line behind two young ladies, who bought cookies. When it was my turn to order, the cashier walked away, another employee to her to go to the front and take our order. She didn't look at us or ask us what we wanted to order. I spoke up and let her know we wanted two five dollar chicken meal deals and a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. She asked us what drinks we wanted with our meals, we said two lemonades one large one small. She charged us extra for both drinks "frozen up charge". When we got out order it was sprite lemonade with slushy ice and tasted horrible. We dislike carbonated drinks that's why we ordered lemonade. I drink a few sips of it while my daughter played in the play area. Both my daughter and I got a horrible stomach. I definitely won't be back.

Walking into the McDonald's the outside entrance was littered with cigarettes. The door glass was dirty and the handles were greasy. I sat down to make a order via the McDonalds app it took me multiple times to aqure a table not coved in soda, half eaten fryes, or one that wasnt sticky. I finally found a table (113) located by the play place window. This window was covered in greasy had prints and splatter of what I hope is water or atleast coke. I didn't think it could get worce until I gazed my eyes down to the black trimming. You could see the various amounts of liquids that left sticky stains. Under olmost every table was trash and reminents of McDonald's classic fry. I orderd some frys witch I truly love but they were cold and hard. I made my way to the soda station to find trash and liquids including what I assume was milk witch yiu can't quite see in the photo I provided but it was there it was everywhere. I looked at the windowsills and they were filed with Nats and other asorted dead bugs. Once I took the last photo I was told by a 16 year old boy to stop taking photos. I promptly left and I can grantee I will never go to a Mcdonald again in my entire life. No to mention the mess under every table snot, grease, sticky mess. On top of everything it wasn't busy so I would have expected a employee to clean up this mess

It's a decent McDonald's for the kids to play at and it's spacious. However they barely clean the playland. We've been here multiple times over many months and it has not been cleaned once. Just because the "COVID scare" is over, doesn't mean your cleaning habits should change. Kids are full of germs, crumbs, and boogers. Call Fun things to get it cleaned properly.

One of my favorite McDonald's. They are fast and efficient and actually fold the bags shut before handing them out to me. I like that old school treatment. The best McMuffin? Try the Sausage and Egg McMuffin, without a doubt.

Multiple times I’ve been inside dining and overheard one of the managers (female, short, chubby with glasses) yelling at the employees behind the register so that the entire lobby can hear. The store is usually pretty messy regardless of when you go. The drive thru is a mess and needs to be fixed before it causes an accident. The kiosks seem to just be an excuse to ignore their customers and have seemingly done nothing to keep the prices from skyrocketing even if inflation is accounted for. When I can get more and far better tasting food with personable customer service at a similar or cheaper price by going to Culvers, it's clear that McDonald's has lost itself a customer.

Haven't eaten food from McDonald's in a long time. Went thru the drive thru and they were very busy. Burgers were good, fries were hot. Also got a kids meal for my grandchild. My mistake was not checking the order before we pulled away from the window. They shorted us the apples in the kids meal. My grandchild is crazy about apples and so we had a slight problem when we got home and there were no apples. The young man at the first window was very nice, but the young man working the second window needs a bit more training in how to address customers even when busy. He opened the window and just stuck the milk out it, didn't say hello, or even a comment like, " Here's your milk". Then he went and got the bag with the food for the adults and handed it out the window. And left. Several minutes passed and I wondered if they had forgotten about the kids meal. Finally he came out with the kids meal, handed it out the window and said "Thanks". I realize they were busy, but a greeting and a heads up like "it will be a few minutes to finish up the Happy Meal" only take a few seconds.
