One of the worst experiences ever. Wasn’t busy at all, yet it took them 7 minutes of me waiting in line to take my order. Flies were swarming me. My friend had ordered a cookie, and they said it’d be out shortly. We waited 20 minutes and his cookie hadn’t came. We left, and left disappointed.

I just left the Mcdonald's on 76th and Rawson ave in Franklin. I ordered through the drive through. When I told the customer service person that she was missing two mcdoubles. She rolled her eyes at me.Someone was yelling at her in the background. And she basically threw the two mcdoubles out the window with no bag, acting like I was bothering her because I told her that they were missing. I can see why this mcdonald's only has a three star rating.

Tried this location for another go through a mobile order hoping the experience would be better. Ordered 20 minutes before even showing up, waited another 15 after giving them the drive through code. Still got items incorrect. How do you mess up a plain burger with no cheese. Also told me “pull into spot 6…” meanwhile there’s only 5 spots. 🤦🏼‍♂️Lost brain cells coming here, don’t recommend.

This McDonald’s location has the worst customer service. They make you wait forever, forget sauces and items (once they even forgot my 3 cookies), and today I ordered a medium Land Shake. Since the machine was down, they offered me a replacement smoothie — but gave me a small instead of the medium I paid for. Not only was the size wrong, but the value of a small strawberry smoothie is not equal to the price of the milkshake. On top of that, they served someone else’s order before even starting mine. Constant mistakes, slow service, and never worth the hassle.

It's rare that you don't have to wait for food. Even with a small order, nothing is ever ready. I don't know why they wouldn't have a constant flow of fries and burgers being cooked but they don't. What worse is that even with the wait, they'll still mess up the order. The food you do get is usually pretty good though. Plan on a 5-10 minute wait

One of the worst McDonald's on the south side. Weird because Franklin is supposed to be very educated. They're always extremely slow. And rarely busy. And tonight they took 20 minutes to get 2 meals out. No special order either. And then they shorted me a cheeseburger from my meal. And then both sodas were incorrect. Ridiculous. The workers were great and knew what they were doing I got my food within a few minutes… I ordered a frappe and this old lady handed it to me I asked for no whipped cream but she put whipped cream on it, I told her I ordered it no whipped cream and she got all hostile and told me I can take it off myself then walked away, this other lady came up to the counter to ask what was wrong and I told her what happened she apologized and re made the frappe no problem her attitude was amazing just like all the other workers in there. The way that I seen the older woman interact with the other workers and even customers isn’t right I feel like if she can’t take a simple question she shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry because I was welcomed in with smiles from everyone but it got shut down because I asked the older woman for no whipped cream. This is not the only instance I came one morning early and it was pretty busy I had been waiting for a while and asked the older woman how long until my order would be out and she told me to wait it’s coming rolled her eyes then walked away I said okay and just stood there. The older woman had red/orange hair and this neon green safety jacket.

I would like to come here more often but they usually short me on my order. Definitely a problem here with paying attention to detail. Maybe someone should double check orders. Great location time to step up please. I keep trying to come back but the same thing happens over and over. It always looks to be well staff I will give you that. Let's get it right.

I placed an online order worth 36$ and when I went through the drive through to pick it up the gentleman gave me a dog treat for my dog. That's was the last good thing. Then I was asked what I ordered by the worker and was given the wrong soda and was told to park in spot 3 which someone else was already in. Then when the food came out I was missing my wifes ice cream...Unhappy wife unhappy life...Then when trying to talk to a manger about it I was told I can get a refund online. When I got home I noticed I didn't even get a 20 peice nugget I got a 10. Then found out I had to call them for a refund anyways. It's fast food not rocket science. The cashier was nice and tried to get the manager but they refused to come up. Soda was flat, I got a diet soda not normal, I was missing 2 ice creams, and 10 nuggets.
I should've went to Arby's.

I am frustrated with this spot and won’t go again I tried more than once to give them an opportunity to get my food right and they just can’t. I always get cold miss made food. Was out with a friend running errands and we decided to treat ourselves to a couple of ice cream cones. They had just advertised $.57 cones last week. We ordered at the drive-thru two cones and the total came up to $4.38! I said for two cones? The person responded by saying the owner just increased cones by $2! I consider this to be the worst McDonald’s in this area of Milwaukee. The staff are always rude and you’re lucky if you get out of there without something wrong or missing. But today broke the record for incompetence. I used my points to order a cheeseburger. As it was for my dog I ordered it plain. My notion of a plain cheeseburger is no onion, no pickles, no condiments. Imagine my surprise when I got it home, opened it up, and in addition to the previously mentioned ingredients, imagine my surprise to find the CHEESE missing too!! Avoid this store like the plague. Been to this location many times it is always clean and no issue with orders, the district manager always talking to the staffs and improving things, greeting customers. There is always a person at the register in case customers need help or ordering. Unlike other locations rarely able to find a live person and associates always pass you by like air.

Double Quarter Pounder was the worst burger I have ever gotten from this McDonald's ever. The meat was burnt on the outside n raw in the middle, and the fries were cold. My husband said his double handburger was as hard as a hockey puck, and both burgers were just so sloppily made the sandwiches weren't even presentable. That and the fact that my 10 piece nuggets weren't even in the bag, but the sauce was. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes for a very bad meal. I can tell you it wasn't a very good experience. It was a big thumbs down.

I can tell all the workers here were high!!! Including the manager! They got my order wrong, charged me with the wrong receipt order, also only gave me half of my food. The person handing my food over was clearly high.. didn’t know what’s going on. Several trips to this McDonald's over the last month has been very disappointing. Asked for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and received 9. Okay it happens. A week later the same thing happened once again. Complained via survey on receipt, no response. Tonight, I ordered a 6 piece nugget Happy Meal with extra fries, no apples. There were 12 fries to be exact. This particular location has really been declining in the food service. Customer service is usually good especially when the older employees are working.

More than half the times I do a curb side pick up here, the employees bringing the food out go to each car and ask “is this your order?” rather than knowing it’s correct based on how you’re forced to order. You have to enter the spot you park in in the app, yet it seems to make no impact on how they deliver the food. Also seems to take longer than other locations.

Another disappointing trip to McDonald’s. I swear when my kids get a little older I’ll stop going altogether. Food took forever (10 min+, and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant.) And the food was awful. Is it just me, or do the patties continue to get smaller and smaller year over year (like the “1/2 gallon ice cream” in the store is only 1.5 quarts now)? And you’d expect fresh food if you’re waiting 10 min here, right? Nope—my spicy chicken patty had to be at least an hour old. Lukewarm on a semi-firm, almost-stale bun. Restaurant is dirty. Kitchen looked worse from my view from the counter. … Dessert took another 10 min (two Oreo McFlurrys). … Kids loved it as always, but I’ll take Culver’s any day for fast food.

Usually the wife would Door Dash it, but because she couldn’t find a sausage biscuit on their menu for me I just decided to drive there instead. She asked for a Chicken McGriddle . Food is at McDonald's standards, if you can get it. Staff couldn't care less, screwed up 75% of the orders including mine. Restaurant is dirty, drink station is filthy. My wife went through here on the way home to get food for our kids. They are picky, it is what is is.

"Cheeseburger only ketchup" took 4 tries and 45 minutes for them to get right.

Three days later, I went through the drive through here and ordered a Hamburger, extra pickles, and got a hamburger add cheese, only ketchup and a soda that had the syrup mix all out of whack.

I don't normally bother with reviews for these chains, but avoid this one, franchise owner clearly doesn't care.

Why do the value meals cost $1 more in the drive thru than it says on the menu outside and then you get an attitude from the clerk when you ask about it? "I just work here. I didn't put the price on the menu."

Edit: fries were ice cold 2 minutes away from the restaurant and the burger was drenched in...grease? Not sure. A $12 value meal was thrown right in the trash

Waited 20 minutes for 1 Cheese Burger and 1 Large Fry. Got to the window they said I didn’t have a large I had a small. I confirmed it with the employee and he still seemed confused on what to do. He told me to park in spot 2, I waited for about 15 minutes along with 4 other cars. Just For a cheese burger and large fries. I think the management needs to change or something, that was ridiculously time consuming.

Went there Sunday for lunch. Stood in line behind two other customers for several minutes. Employees kept filling drive thru orders and ignored all of us in line. I believe it was the manager who looked in our direction several times but she ignored us. Not a "Hey, I will be right with you, nothing". The woman in front of us threw her arms up and left. We waited another minute, then left too. This would never have happened at a McDonald's years ago. Horrible customer service.

Rude. They were rude taking my order, didn’t give me a receipt, and made fun of me while I was picking up my food at the window. I was legit right there and heard everything. No “hey there” or “have a nice day” just hung out the window with my stuff and shook it like they were irritated. Gave me my bag and said “here” all while laughing about me and the order I placed. I’ll never come here again.

i ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and extra pickles and that's what it said on the receipt and burgers but it was loaded with onions and had no pickles. they get my order wrong about 40% of the time

My friend and I came through the drive through last night where she ordered a meal and I also ordered a drink. We were told to pull up to the railing and she will bring our drinks out. She never did. When I went inside an employee saw me standing at the counter while she was just standing by the fry machine , facing me and smirking and staring at me instead of helping me. When the manager walked past she had asked if I had been helped, I said no and explained the issue. She was very apologetic and got the drinks to me. I appreciate the manager helping me but for the female employee who just smirked and turned her back to me, do better. I understand places are having to have the bar incredibly low right now just to staff but that is ridiculous.
