I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.

They screwed up my order and never gave me a receipt. When I went in to ask if they could look up my order and print one, the guy looked me dead in the face and said "Sorry we ain't got no paper for the machines." So mcdonalds stole 4 dollars from me because they wouldn't look up my order and see they missed an item. My bank transactions will show the total amount, and through adding up the food I got (pictures were taken) a lawsuit is being filed.

Stopped here for lunch on 10/20/24. Ordered a big Mac meal. Fries were hot, Coke was refreshing, but it looked like someone sat on the Big Mac. Terrible! Looked like it had half of the ingredients missing and the special sauce was the bottom of the barrel. Plus, it looked like someone was trying to set the land speed record for making one, then put it in a salad spinner just for fun. I had to reassemble the thing. Anyway, hopefully it is better next time.

1) App didn't work not their fault so we had to go inside
2) Order kiosk was broken and they didn't know how to fix it
3) Drink machine was completely out of ice
4) Ordered a burger with no cheese and got a bun with cheese and no burger. How can you mix those up. Who wants a bun with cheese? Lack of critical thinking there.
5) In the last 12 months, we've probably had over $50 worth of food forgotten in our orders. Better to go to Saukville, Belgium, or Plymouth.

Went to McDonald's in Fredonia around 2:30 afternoon 7-15-23 and ordered a orange HC and fish felay with cheese. Expecting a dried out old fish felay sandwich.But when I got my meal from the young lady. She Saying have a great day! With a Great attitude! I was very impressed! The manager was rude, in front of customers, to his employees. Criticized and talked down to them. No ice in the soda machine. When I informed the manager, he gave an excuse, and was rude, telling me "you didn't let me finish" and then said I was being rude. Terrible customer service by a manager. This was on Sunday, April 28 at 12 pm. The employees otherwise gave good service.

Who doesn’t love a good McDonald’s cheese burger on your drive home.. there’s barely any fast food facilities en route to my boyfriends. Chose to stop at this McDonald’s location on my way to his house (hours saying open until 12) arrived a little after 11 and no one was there… Called the store and an employee answered to tell me they’re closed… then why are you still there and answering calls, it’s fast food, you can’t cry over spilt milk. I went here expecting to get a Oreo Shamrock McFlurry. Wanna know what I got in return? A half filled, half melted, half STRAIGHT SYRUP, and not even filled all the way. Plus, I waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes and got a melted McFlurry in return. I also saw an employee putting their BARE hands in my McFlurry and scraping ice cream inside the cup. And no gloves. The Oreo crumbs kept floating to the top and separating from the soup. Please think twice about going to this McDonalds.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Told to wait at drive through ordering area and then proceeded to go get food to then wait an additional 10 minutes. I literally wrote this review --waiting-- for my food.

I did use the app to order the food, so I didn't have to wait when I arrived, and there was nobody else in line ahead of me.

Well let's start with my order was incorrect. The boxs were marked right with what shouldn't be on it. Then I got home and opened everything to eat and the special had everything on it. How do you put the tag on and make it wrong anyways. The fries were cold. I was so upset and didn't want to drive 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back home. What a waste of money. I gave one of the buyers to the dog and my family wouldn't eat the ones with everything on it. So I ended up making them something else and threw away more then half the order. The kids were doing a good job but the manager was swearing and the kids even said she didn't know what she was doing!!!

This McDonald's shares a space with a gas station. Parking is very limited. Staffing is short. When it's busy, expect your food to be incorrectly made and not as fast as you would expect from a McDonald's. On the plus side, this is a Killian's McDonald's so the management will make it up to you if you've had a bad experience.

The lady at the drive-thru window was EXTREMELY rude. We simply asked for 2 McChicken's with cheese, and in a very rude and condescending tone she said "...so how they come?". Very easy to instead kindly say "That's actually how them come!". I've been in customer service and understand it can be tough, but really? Your minimum wage is incredible. There should be absolutely no reason to talk to a customer who is doing all they can to be kind and clear with their order. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen.

The scanner didn't give me my 2nd item for 29 cents. When i pointed it out to the lady who helped me, she wasn't happy about it. She was extremely busy, and was a little rude as she pushed the orieo mint shake i ordered at me, saying take this its worth more than 29 cents. She did not understand that that she actually owed me $4.00. Because one of the items i ordered should have been 29 cents not $4.59. This location never fails to disappoint. Crummy staff, horrible food, and too often do they forget something, like the main part of the meal. The only reason for going back is the convenience and every time, I regret it.

My review went from 1 star to 4. I gotta say, I don't know if the management changed, but the food and service is so much better its like night and day.
