I went there to get the Minecraft adult meal and when I got it it didn’t come in a box like it’s supposed to and no toys included, fry’s were soggy and cold, when I called to tell them about the complaints they were rude and off putting even the manger they said come get different fry’s and said ig you can get the toys in a rude manner, and when I got the fry’s they were still cold and soggy.

I ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin meal, and all I got was egg and cheese on a burnt English muffin. Contacted the store to let them know that they had messed up my sandwich, but I couldn’t come back because I had to go to work and I live farther out. The lady on the phone, which I would assume was one of the managers, her reply was to me “okay so they messed up one sandwich is what you’re calling to tell me?” As if wasting money on a sandwich I was not going to eat wasn’t a big deal. I had to get to work and won’t be able to eat for most of the day now, so for me it is a big deal and wasting money is a big deal to me too, especially now with the higher cost of everything. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this restaurant.

ON Tiesday September 3rd, 2024, I called the McDonald's on Falls Rd in Grafton at 11:34am to see if they were still serving breakfast. I asked bc the last time I ate McDonald's breakfast, they were offering many breakfast items all day. (Guess that didn't last.) When I called there, I had to repeat my question due to the background noise in the restaurant. I repeated it, trying to explain why I was asking. She talked over me, cutting me off. After telling me that breakfast stops at 10:30am, she felt the need to backhandedly call me an idiot by stating "AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FOR THE LAST 50 YEARS!" For her "grand finale" of incompetent customer service, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. As I write this, I am parked at the A.Z. next door, and though I'm pretty hungry, A TEAM OF WILD HORSES COULD NOT DRAG ME INTO THAT PARTICULAR RESTAURANT! PLEASE FIND OUT WHO ANSWERED MY CALL & NEVER, EVER LET HER NEAR YOUR PHONE AGAIN. I will simply use the McDonald's in SAUKVILLE.

I ordered at their drive-thru the other night and they skimped on the fries big time. I asked for the large size, but they gave me a medium size portion at best. I don't know why I go here. They always screw up my order. If I ask for a plain hamburger with lots of grilled onions, I either get one with everything on it EXCEPT onions , or plain , but one little chip of grilled onion on it. When I came in, the very nice man, I believe his name was Kenden, came outside and helped my in, as I recently broke my leg and am on crutches. Kenden proceed to help me at the register. Kenden then brought my food out, and helped me back to my car, and put my crutches back in my car. Kindest kid ever, wouldn't even take my tip because he said he doesn't do kind things for money.

Today I was greeted by Kenden what a fine young gentlemen and hilarious get this kid in stand up immediately. But I paid for my food got my receipt and told me to have a great day and Kendrick the young man at the second window is super nice and charming and handed me my food and told me to have a good day great service love these people man. I’ve been seeing a lot of complaints about the poor customer service online about this specific McDonald’s lately and I usually ignore those type of posts because you never know what someone is going through that day. But when I went there today is solidified how accurate people are when they say the lady blonde (very) young lady at the first window has a TERRIBLE attitude. It’s not ok to be customer facing and to take your frustrations out on every single customer. If you hate your job and people, go work at a factory. The first window people always make a world of a difference how a customer foresees their entire visit. Management needs to handle this issue as it is clearly ongoing based on the other review I have just skimmed as well.

(Edit: Original 1 star, i no longer see this guy working at this location) Ive been going to this location for awhile and have never had experience like this! I use to go to this location 2 or 3 times a week due to convince but now i go to the other location after this. I had used the mobil order and it put me in a west allice since i was near that location previously. (Not the locations fault) i had ordered a meal deal on there because me and my bf wanted what was on it. I said may i speak with someone after i relized the mistake and asked if they can just put the price of the meal to the deal. Well after explaining this to Jordan, one of the afternoon/night managers, he said i could cancel it and reorder it (you cant) i explained to him from what i was told in the past you cant cancel an order and he started to argue with me. After realizing i couldnt cancel it he said 'i cant touch your phone' no kidding. So i said 'tell me what i need to press so i can do a re order'. After this exchange he had asked me to go into spot 1 and SLAMMED the window... i kid you not he slammed it hard enough where it re opened all the way. He didnt tell me what he was doing so i was also confused???? I was more then willing to pay but they brought out free food, ok cool. I was concerned about it after the exchange we just had so i didnt eat it. I believe Jordan should not be a manager with his poor customer service skills and should be demoted after this.

Its honestly so gross and unsanitary. the bathrooms were gross and the inside of the toilet bowl was filthy. the play room tables were all dirty so obviously they haven’t gotten any attention at all, and just could just imagine how bad the playground is. also, if im paying $8 for something thats made out of fake ingredients for the most part, that’s not even close to being good for you and doesn’t look as good in the picture i don’t think ill be buying again. though, the manager was nice and employee as well. we stayed for at least an hour, maybe a little less after rush hour and became dead the employees didn’t go around and clean up a little. maybe, just maybe even though its a fast food chain, put a bit more effort specifically for normal employees.

Wow! Is all I can say! I am not sure how Emily, the manager, got in this type of position with her horrible customer service skills and combative attitude. I tried calling to let them know my daughter's happy meal was missing the main part, her cheeseburger, only to get an attitude from her then I got hung up on. I went in again to get her replacement only to get backlash from her as she proceeded to grab the happy meal back and said she was going to take coupons out because "she didn't have to do that"! Um.. you my dear Emily inconvenienced me, not the other way around. I think customer service training needs to be done before putting an individual in management positions. Poor service. Went thru the drive thru. I was not greeted, instead got "yeah, what do you want?". Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes until i got to the window to pay. No greeting at the window. I was given my food with no napkins in the bag or happymeal. I had to ask for napkins and got 3 to be used for food bought for 3 people. We all know how thin the napkins are and how one does not go far. I think some focus on customer service is needed.
Wow, even better service. I got to my desti ation to find that the 10 piece chicken nugget meal i ordered was missing the nuggets! Almost $9 for a meal and the main part is missing. I called the store, was told i needed to come back for them. I explained my displeasure of the experience in the drive thru and got hung up on. No customer service offered. I tried calling back and no answer. I used to think this location was better than others in the area but it has definitely gone downhill.

I ended up diagnosed with food poisoning after eating a breakfast sandwich at this location. We rarely ever go to chain restaurants. This was the only thing I ate on this day. Who is very unprofessional and her conversations are inappropriate for an open floor business atmosphere. She stands around while doing the absolute least to prepare orders. Meanwhile, the whole lobby is full with customers waiting on orders . So majority of the time the staff are wonderful. I know they are short staffed, so some days are slower than others receiving my order. Especially in morning. Order and pick up went smoothly. Although there were many vehicles in line, it went quickly. Order was correct, napkins in the bag. A good day at McDonald's. June 4, 2022 Young lady taking orders at drive through was new, couldn't get my order straight. Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal was $12 and when I tried to get her to adjust, it went to $23. Gavin, the young man at the window went overboard to straighten out this mess and made sure I was a happy customer before I left. Gavin is a fine employee and I suspect great things in his future.

The store is open at 5 a m. Goo luck with that the 3 McDonalds in the Grafton/Mequon area are known to tell you at the drive thru "Sorry we're closed".

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This morning my workers made a big order in the drive thru, about $50 worth. They were up at a job site 2 hours from our company by 4am, the job site right next to this McDonald’s. They decided to treat all the workers with some breakfast, not having much time so they went in the drive-thru. Toward the end of the order a lady jumps on the mic, not the one who was taking the drive thru orders, and starts shouting at my workers. Telling them “the lobby is open! Next time come inside when you have an order like this! Now because of YOU I’m backed up ‘to the veins (?)’!” I worked in the restaurant industry for years, I get how frustrating and stressful it can be- but to legitimately yell at a paying customer like that because you’re upset they placed a big order? You can kindly say something when payment is taken. “Would you mind if next time an order like this is placed, you use our lobby? It’s open now.” How hard is that? I’ll be calling corporate and complaining about this worker. I am so ashamed my workers were treated this way by her. If it wasn’t next door to the job site and we weren’t on limited time, we would have left the food without paying. Absolutely shameful.

When I went through the drive-thru that evening, service was not to bad until I had to pay as the customer service cashier had no personality and when I finished and moved forward to grab my food the cashier at the window was pleasant when sending me off. Didn't feel rushed but it wasn't that busy. It was not to bad but okay. If I would of saw the name badge of they wear one I giver the young gal stars as she was pleasant...
