I placed a mobile order for just an iced coffee. Once I arrived, there was someone in front of me, giving their order. Once I pulled up, no one said anything for 5 minutes. I decided to pull up to the window thinking the speaker may have been broken. I honked, and honked again after about 3 more minutes of waiting. Once I got their attention, the guy came to the window, said nothing, so I explained what had happened and that I had a mobile order. When he handed me my coffee, it was a small, not medium. He proceeded to tell me, yes the speaker is working, he was just busy fixing a machine..?

It’s been a while since I came through this area and thought I’d try again. There’s been no change, still not cleaning.

Just stopped to get a drink.

When I opened the door there were 3 employees standing near the register, one seating on the counter, apparently just shooting the breeze.

When I got to the soda fountain it hadn’t been cleaned in a while since some of the spilled soda was dry already.

There was standing water on the floor and the apparent way to clean it up was to place a “wet floor” cone up versus using a mop.
Just maybe one of those employees who were just standing around the register could have checked the area.

About half of the insides of both my eggs were gray in my Bacon egg and cheese mcmuffins. The bacon didn't even looked fully cooked. Portions of the bacon were floppy and raw.
That doesn't happen when I cook eggs and bacon. Sick.

On two different, subsequent occasions, roughly a week apart, our small orders were incorrect. The on-shift staff were unwilling to remake or rectify in the moment, due to being 'too busy' (we recieved wrong food items). One order was 1pm on a Saturday and other was 10am on a weekday.
Tried for a refund in the McDonald's help site and they needed so many details and information, we obliged, but still denied refund for incorrect and missing items. This location is only place we've ever had an issue unfortunately.

Breakfast service has always been good but when I go there for lunch or dinner, I either wait forever, get the wrong order and/or the mobile app says they are out of something and I don’t get a discount when I order from scratch. Good drive through. Efficient like other McDonalds.
If you’re stopping by off the highway it is not an easy off then back on the highway. You have to drive through the parking lot of the shopping center and take a few turns to get back on the highway.
Like other McDonalds the French fries are great and the Big Mac is always good. Always get a Coke to top off the meal.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. They had everyone pulling from the drive thru into parking spots. 04/18/25 went to Grafton McDonald's after the appointment I a had Quarter pounder meal large wife had regular hamburger small fries food was great we also ordered 2 Iced mocha 1 medium 1 large they neither one had a dome lid no whip cream no chocolate drizzle they both "SUCKED" tasted nasty could not drink either one went to the McDonald's in Germantown,WI a block from our Apt.
Got 1 medium and 1 large they were both made PERFECT they both looked like the pictures on the order board

Placed a mobile app order. When we picked up the order, part of it was missing. We went back to notify the employee of the error, they stated they were out of apple pies and the minecraft meal collectibles. Ermmm, why were we not notified in the first place? Why wasn’t it updated in the app? Seems to me like they were just too damn lazy to package them. The employee stated there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund for the apple pies and they stated we had to request it on the app. Excuse me, since when was that a thing??? When we got home the 1 Big Mac we ordered was the bun and 2 patties, nothing else. No sauce, just some cheese and a few strings of lettuce, and the top patty was bare. This is now the second time we had less than adequate service at this location. The employee didn't even apologize for the error. To be quite frank, he was extremely rude. Providing good customer service doesn't seem to mean anything at the Washington Street, Grafton, WI location. Seems like if you work there, then you don’t give two craps about keeping your job. And it seems like the employees just don’t care about themselves either. You’d be better off starving than eating at this location. Not that the food is good anyways, because it isn’t. I don’t plan on coming here ever again, I’ll be taking myself somewhere that actually provides decent service. This was horrible. 🤦‍♀️

I went through the drive-through. It looked busy, butt it wasn’t. There were a lot of cars in line butt the service was really fast. I had fresh french fries and they were really hot. I ordered a large french fries. The french fries were really delicious. I’ve been through this McDonald’s twice now and got the same order and the french fries are always great. I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s to a friend. This is my favorite McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is the best. This McDonald’s is awesome. This McDonald’s is better than all the rest. This McDonald’s is amazing. This McDonald’s has great employees. Even though McDonald’s in general is expensive, it’s still worth it to me. I always enjoy myself at this particular McDonald’s. This McDonald’s employees are always friendly. The service at this McDonald’s is always fast.

I placed a mobile order on my way to McDonald's, expecting a quick and smooth pickup. When I arrived, the drive-thru was completely empty, so I spoke to the operator, who told me to "give him a moment." We waited for a ridiculous five minutes, and when I tried to talk to them again. The worker yelled, “I already told you to wait a moment!” I responded that his “moment” was over, and he had the audacity to yell at us again, telling us to leave. I left and I didn’t take my order though I already paid it online.

New, very attractive store, poorly maintained. Unbelievable! Walked in at 5:30 PM on a Sat. Not a person inside. Drive-through lane has 6 or 7 cars in the lane. Standing inside at the counter to order, three separate employees looked me in the eye and either turned away or walked off. One employee walked by me from behind and I said “ma’am?” She turned, looked, said something quietly then turned to the person handing food through the window and said something. He looked at me then turned back to the window. My wife and I turned around and left. The customer service at this place is horrendous. Not only was I not able to order any food but insulted by the lack of basic courtesy or decency to acknowledge my presence. I suppose I should be grateful, though, considering McDonald’s food is the worst in the industry.

visited on 8/11/24. Tried to order a double cheeseburger meal and was told this was nopt available. we were not given our change. the shift manager had to give it to us. There was a large pile swept up behind the counter that had been therefor a bit. the cup lid holder was empty. the ketchup dispenser was empty. Table could have been wiped down prior to our visit. the counter in front of the soda machine was very dirty, puddles of water and soda. the dining room floor needed attention. the soda machine was leaking water, dirt or mold was seeping from under the soda machine . from my observation there were only three empl. Lots of competition around this store. Will not be back to this location

When my order was said back to me I said with cheese on the Mc chicken. And then immediately got the attitude! Big lady with glasses which I’m assuming was the rude manager and the tall boy comes around from the back to her rescue her claims when I was asking who took my order.

Stopped this morning on the way to church to grab an iced latte. I ordered a medium iced sugar-free latte. The cost was $4.21. The night manager of this store needs to be fired. The entire store was filthy. The bathroom, all floors, cooking machines, everything was filthy. They slap my fish & cheese halfway on the bun, so much so that when I showed them, he offered to make another, which wasn't much better. The lady didn’t take my order right so when I asked to get it fixed they charged me for their mistake instead of just letting me have the egg on my sandwich so now I was refunded back the amount they first charged me just so she can charge me for the egg. It’s not that complicated to provide good customer service. Waiting two weeks on a $5 refund when I didn’t make the mistake. Last time I go to this location that ran by incompetent humans. Tonight my husband and I pulled into the drive-through at 10:35 waited for five minutes and was told that they were closed even though there were clearly people in the drive-through getting food. When I asked the young man when they close, he said 1030 but the website clearly says 11! I called the store with obviously no answer. I am just super upset that I was lied to either by this young man or the McDonalds website. Corrections should be made immediately in my opinion.

The place was dirty fountain area no napkins soda and water all over the prep area needed cleaning customer could see how bad it was. Dining area wasn't cleaned.

Very poor customer service. Nothing is stocked. No receipt printed. Bathrooms are nasty. Employees are sitting on their phones. Food was cold. Have syrup and soda spilt on the floor. Overall very disgusting place.

This looks like a fairly new Mc D'S. We just wanted a ice cream cone so we got their micro Mc mini cone which only comes in 1 flavor and not even dipped in Mc chocolate ? ? Did the Hamburgler steal and hide the Mc Chocolate?
What is happening to our world. Should have stopped at Wendy's.

Horrible service! Always getting things wrong, constantly serving double dipped fries. Can't believe the owners who care so little. Their solution is to give you a free sandwich or replace the already horrible meal. Can't explain how there are two mc Donald's in Grafton and they could have so different quality expectations. Maybe they hope the freeway traffic will keep them in business and not realize how bad it is until it's to late to turn around.

So normally I don't make reviews but this is something I need to tell and see it this has happened to anyone else. I ordered a double cheeseburger and medium fry my fries were cold and soggy like there were siting there all day and my burger was cold as well I opened it up and it was a mess bun was halfway on, mustered and ketchup all over I couldn't even pick it up so I went back and said I need a new on the cashier was like what's wrong with it she seemed mad at me i was thinking if you guys did your job right this situation would have not even happened. so the gave me a new on and it wasn't any better ( they weren't busy at all) so there should be no reason why the food would old look and taste like it did. Anyways I gave them another chance and the same thing happened after the 3rd time I won't be going back there ever they need to either get new employees or show them how todo thir job ..The cedarburg McDonald's is 💯 time better

Not the first time I've been cheated at the drive-thru, but first time leaving a review. My filet of fish was dry and hard. The double cheeseburger I ordered was replaced by a double hamburger. My fries weren't even full, I was lucky to have 10 french fries and they were stale and chewy. Management needs to start leading this store. They need improvement desperately.
