Missing an entire meal. Said I had to come back to get a refund or they would send me a coupon in the mail. I have little kids, one of which is napping, I can’t do that. I don’t want a coupon, just a refund for the food I didn’t receive. To me, this is stealing. If I didn’t receive the food I shouldn’t have to pay or come back another time with a coupon. I have never complained here before. I ordered on the app and did curbside. Ordered at 11:04 and didn’t get my curbside order until 11:25. Food was really cold. My toddlers wouldn’t even eat their fries. It’s just beyond frustrating that a company this large can’t refund a $7 item. Called customer service and waited on the phone for 40 min. They are just forwarding the complaint and “will get back to me”. Meanwhile, my kids are fighting while on the phone because they want attention, this was so not fair to them. Will not be coming back and told the kids we will not be going to McDonald’s anymore. Obviously, the food is grossly unhealthy to begin with, so probably a good thing. Just disappointed in the way everything was handled.

Worst customer service I have ever had at this location or any Mcdonalds for that matter. The drive thru lady that takes the money has very poor customer service skills. Screaming at me about my online order and the process in front of other customers. I usually use the app in evening and few times the workers tell me to bypass the pay window. So I did that today and I got an ear full. I think she wanted me to back up and smash into the cars to give her the code again. Unprofressional. She could have simply told the worker giving me my food to make sure next time I stop at the pay window first. No reason for her to scream at me like she did and try to argue with me in how I have done it in thr past. She wasnt there so how does she know. And i could careless if there was new workers, not my problem. Maybe get someone more friendlier to work the pay counter and have her retrain how to speak to customers. Unreal shitty experience to start my morning.

I HATED IT!!! the worker deprived me of my thirst because i was super tired & wasn’t thinking straight...i got a water cup & accidentally had put iced tea in it, when the manager brought me & my friend our order he took it away from me after i was just about to stand up & go get water to make him happy. but no, he took the cup & never brought me anything back...i’m dying of thirst at the moment. ALSO they screwed up BOTH of our orders, my friend specifically said no pickles & both burgers had pickles. i specifically said i wanted cheese on my mcgriddle & guess what?? no cheese. last time i go to this mcdonald’s.

Update** 6/17/2025
I will admit...I did ask for a water cup and knowingly dispensed iced tea into the cup. However, this does not change my feelings toward the manager (if he even still works there after that). Fwew, now I can sleep better after 5 years.

Rude clueless workers. Drive through person without adequate memory to remember basic orders one at a time. At the food window we ask to add the fry that they missed and the guy says "you're gonna have to drive back around because we have a line full of people." Most restaurants would've just quickly sold the fry or just handed them over for free since their worker caused the snafu. Instead I get sass talk for a $3.89 soggy fry. How bout I drive to Culver's instead?

Went through drive through ordered $6 meal with BOGO for $1 for chick nuggets charged me $11+. Got home not second box of nuggets. Called to ask for coupon or pick up tomorrow and manager (or whoever answered phone) stated I don’t have that on my window. He then hung up on me. Um was on window or I would’ve ordered it. If I could give zero stars I would went there on 2/24/25 at 10pm I ordered a Big Mac meal and a fish meal the Big Mac buns were covered in mold the fish was not cooked all the way the manager was extremely rude And said “that’s not my problem you can leave now” this place is a food safety hazard I would not recommend anybody to go here unless you wanna get sick from mold

My teenage child ordered and paid for shamrock shakes on the app. The workers refused my child her shakes saying it wasn’t a real order . I called to get a refund and Manager Makayla refused to refund me. She refused to get me anyone higher up and said I’ll send coupons or you can lose money. I guess the moral of the story is McDonald’s has gross food, gross atmosphere and nasty worker attitudes. Save your money don’t go there!

Place needs some help. Placed a remote order with table service. When nothing arrived after 10 mins (store empty), my order was sitting at the pickup area. Lady said the store wasn’t offering table service “at this time”. Then, she looked at the number, is that even table number in our store.

ADVICE: Even if y’all are starving, don’t do it - this franchise ain’t gonna give you the food you ordered. Ordered McDouble and got a cheeseburger (that was wrapped in the McDouble wrapping) instead. Ordered a caramel frappe and got a mocha frappe (w/caramel drizzle) instead. Didn’t have time to go back to get it fixed when it should be pretty damn simple, no customer should have to waste extra time to get the correct order. Pretty much donated money to this franchise. This ain’t even the first time this location has messed up my order, but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Moral of the story, you can’t change something that doesn’t want to be fixed.

Not good" ordered 2 bacon cheese burger meals price was outrageous almost $25".. the burgers and fry's must have been pre- made they where half lukewarm and cold inside. Also requested without mustard, one had mustard on it. The only thing good about this place was the young lady at the window. Very respectful and polite. Thought about calling and complaining but what good would it do? They would tell you they will send you coupons in the mail and you will never see them. This isn't the first time I had bad service at this location but it will be the last..

The "manager" Makayla should not be in any leadership position or in customer service. As a customer, I did not appreciate how she treated the team of young staff. She demonstrated zero management skills and clearly lacks in professional communication and in courtesy. She was toxic and emitted negative vibes. She should go work at a trashy big box store in the backroom where no one has to see and deal with her poor, unprofessional attitude. If I come back and overhear her brash, unprofessional behavior towards these poor kids again, I will not hesitate to call corporate on her. Please fix your attitude ASAP or stay home.

Workers are nice, but the service could be better. They are always so slow. I will also stop here in the morning sometimes (4:30AM ish) to grab coffee before work, and it's annoying because some days they are open early and some days they are not. It's kind of like they open early when they feel like it? There have been times when I stop there one Monday, and they are open and stop again the following Monday, and they are closed.

Stopped here with my son for breakfast because we wanted to get the famous McDonald’s hash browns. We went all out and got 3 hash browns and one sausage patty each. No drinks or sandwiches or anything like that. The bill was $18. I know everything cost more these days but dang, that’s outrageous. We left still hungry and spent almost $20.

The gentleman at the first window seemed new or was just more concerned with the conversation he was having in his ear piece than doing customer service, took me a min to realize he wasn't talking to me or to himself! The second window gentleman handed my bag and drink to me as fast as possible shut the door and walked away for over 2 min. Before the window was shutting I was asking him to come back cause I was missing something. Only got service due to another car coming through the drive thru! He seemed upset that I was still there, told him nicely what happened handed over more money and waited for another couple mins only to recieve cold food! Besides subway and kwiktrip this is the only place around here. Wanted hot food at least! I get it's McDonald's but come on!!!

I frequent this drive through often during my Uber Eats delivery route, and they are always very prompt and do their best to make sure that the order is 100% accurate for my customers which I greatly appreciate. In my opinion they're the best McDonald's drive-thru in the city!
